LOCATION - It's at the end of the town, quiet, not noisy. Can reach till entrance with car. The hotel building is above the three bells of fira and blue dome can be seen but need to go round about to reach the three bells - about 5 to 7 minutes walk STAFF - They were really accommodating. We left our luggage for 2 days before checking in. They messaged us saying the room was ready if we wanted to check in early. Accommodated us for early breakfast since we had to leave at 7.30 am. Also smiling. Though not many frills otherwise CLEANLINESS - Very good ROOM - Good, airy with basic amenities like fridge and kettle BATHROOM - Basic toiletries, good shower pressure, drainage average as on island BREAKFAST- Basic limited edible breakfast. We were given packed breakfast early as we had to take the ferry in the morning TERRACE - Can see caldera, volcano, sunset and sunrise. It's small but cute

LOCATION - Although very good views of the caldera and volcano, we had a great difficulty in finding the hotel to keep our luggage. We went around the area twice before we could find the hotel. About 20 minutes walk from fira bus station with slight elevation POOL - it's on the terrace but small, not heated, too many dead insects, not usable BALCONY - It was very small and felt claustrophobic. We were unhappy because we couldn't enjoy the great views from our room which is why we had booked the hotel

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. - a good value for money accommodation choice in Firostefani area - location with panoramic sea views - quiet area - wonderful rooftop hotel terrace - the facilities are kept clean everywhere

- this place is a bit far from the centre of Fira - some of the facilities need renovation - the internet speed is sketchy at times, especially during morning and eve hours - not all rooms have views

The view from the room over the caldera was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is a little bit away from the main areas in Fira (5-10 min walk) but that also helped keep the outside noise down. The staff is very helpful and thoughtful with planning any bookings and answering questions. One day I had to leave early before the breakfast time and they went out of their way to prepare mine extra early and brought it over which was very kind of them.

The bathroom is very small but mainly the shower. Shower head was very low and if angled up too much water gets all over the bathroom floor since there is only a shower curtain that doesn't quite reach the floor to keep the water in. The wifi was not usable in the room. Either did not connect or when it did the signal was too weak to load anything.

The property is in a great location. We stayed in a suite with a jetted tub and sea view, which was amazing as we could use these facilities when it was windy on a couple of days. The room was clean, modern and bright and breakfast was brought to us each morning. The roof terrace was a nice quiet area to enjoy the views also.

Nothing major stands out, however the balcony area would have benefited from a slightly better seating arrangement, especially as this is where we ate breakfast (but we understand there are space constraints). The breakfast was slightly basic on one of the days, however the majority of them were tasty and a good start to the day.

This hotel is the best. I recommend it to everyone. It’s Very very clean. Cleaning was every day. Breakfast was very good. What about view- omg… it was amazing. Location is in the heart ❤️ of Santorini. And the price is very good 👍 It was a big surprise for me when Nikos gave me a superior suite with a jacuzzi for my birthday. I was pleasantly shocked. Nikos, thank you 🙏 you made my day wonderful. Also, there was an early check-in without extra charge. 👍 Staff in hotel is very kind and helpful. Thank you very very much. I got wonderful impressions. At the hotel, I felt the desired guest. Thank you for the warm hospitality. We want to come back to your hotel. I recommend it to everyone! You won't regret it. There are perfect everything!! Great location! In a few minutes' walk, you are at the pedestrian walking path between Fira & Oia with gorgeous views and shops/restaurants all around. Hotel is easy to access with a car/taxi and offers free parking. Breakfast included is good. Room is basic, but very clean and beds are comfortable. For a party of 3, they have a room with 2 full beds and a twin, which we appreciated. Most places have just a sofa bed for the 3rd person.

The bathroom is small with little counter space. The shower is also small. With breakfast being delivered to our rooms, a larger table would have been appreciated. It's a bit difficult to eat on a bed. Our room had no view and no jacuzzi.

We really liked that it was close to Fira (walking distance ) but in a very quiet location as well. They have an amazing balcony with a superb view and you can enjoy the sunset there. The room was comfy and big and the jacuzzi warm and spacious. The best part though was the staff and owner's hospitality. They did whatever was possible to have an amazing experience. Niko's recommendations for restaurants were exceptional and he made our stay amazingly pleasant. We felt like we stayed with familiar people and here you understand what greek hospitality is all about. Thank you so much!

From the moment we booked, Nikos was incredibly helpful. He checked in with us about our arrival arrangements from the airport and if we needed help. Since our flight arrived in the morning, we were hoping for a place to rest till the time our rooms were ready but instead, they provided us with an early check-in, which was a wonderful start to our stay. The views from the hotel terrace were breathtaking, truly capturing the beauty of Santorini. Our room was cozy and well-maintained, showcasing the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and comfort. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of all the major tours and attractions, making it easy for us to explore the island. Overall, our stay was delightful!

Location is great - you can walk to Fira downtown or immerogivli in 10 minutes. Personal - very kind, helpfull and smiling - helped us to arrange airport pickup, bike rental, allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after checkout View from the terrace - the best view in whole santorini - literally the highest point in the whole caldera. Really Beautiful Breakfast - served daily on the terrace or in your room - in a basket, basic breakfast for us it was perfect (some sandwich, joghurt, fruits, coffee, juice, bread, honey)

Stay at the Kafieris was incredible amazing. I travel with my family/friends and we ask to get closer rooms to stay all together, the owner Nikos made it happen! Rooms were perfectly cleaned everyday. Spacious and amazing views from both balconies, MORNINGS, SUNSET AND NIGHT can see Caldera View, cruises and Volcan is clearly seen. Breakfast time you can choose your preferred time, The staff bring your food and drinks in the room and prepare everything in the balcony to enjoy as best. You can spend sometime in the rooftop pool , sun-beds and the pool are extraordinary the weather is fantastic up there! Couldn’t ask for better stay, staff is definitely on top of everything. Location is perfect, step out of the apartment you have the famous 3 bells of Fira, restaurants, bars and souvenirs shops. 5 minutes walk you have Imerovigli and 10 minutes walk City of Fira.
