Beautiful resort. Service outstanding. Very luxurious. Food was at a high price point - but very good. Particularly loved the Japanese restaurant and the beach restaurant. Would describe as a very high end resort

Although it is a high end resort, did not like the fact that there was no access to a normal shop to purchase water and any basic essentials. I drink a lot of water on holiday and felt that is was unfair to pay a hotel price for a very average sized bottle that would only last half an hour. Perhaps this wouldn't matter to others. I have a young child and needed reasonable priced water and milk for our two week stay. Also felt that the whole buggy run way was a little annoying. We rarely felt that our toddler could safely walk the path ways with the amount of golf buggy traffic which often came round the corners very quickly!

We are a family of four. Our kids loved it , especially the activities at Morias grass. Magic Toldo was amazing. Also, the magic sandcastle was a plus since the kids could spend some quality time there, and the parents could relax a bit. Everything was on walking distance . The restaurant, the pools, the fitness centre. (Fully equipped fitness centre and great indoor swimming pool). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough, and the cleaning ladies did a great job during our stay. Always responsive and discreet.

The food at the buffet restaurant could have been of better quality. Also, there were not so many options or food based on regional and local products and raw materials. Navarino Agora was a bit boring, and no events were arranged in the night.

1.) The range of facilities and activities possible at the resort are unrivalled. There is something for everyone 2.) The location is fantastic and it’s easy to move from pool to pool and down to the beach 3.) There is a really good kids pool for toddlers and young children 4.) The breakfast buffet is superb 5.) The staff are all very polite and service is very good 6.) The rooms are all very well kept

1.) Far too many activities are ridiculously overpriced. And there are no discounts at all for being a hotel guest. You’ll pay the same as someone not staying at the hotel 2.) The menu and food at the pool bars is really poor and incredibly expensive. I had a couple of dishes which were inedible 3.) The room service menu is also very poor and expensive 4.) The restaurants on site are stupidly expensive for well below par food. You will find significantly better food outside of the resort, in Giavola especially 5.) The sun-loungers around the pool are very basic and not what you’d expect from a luxury resort 6.) It can also be quite hard to find your way around as the resort is quite poorly signposted, especially at night

The rooms are spacious and clean with good sound isolation. The surroundings are beautiful. The beach is super and the sea is deep near the sore so it’s only for kids that swim well. Many pools and a mini water park will satisfy the little ones. The staff is very polite and willing to help you with everything. We had a fantastic staying

So clean. Amazing pools and the room was beautiful. A truly magical location, quiet and peaceful. We came around off season, everyone was very nice, very helpful staff. Every request we had was responded. The water park is great. The lagoon pool was very good for small children. In one word - wow. We will definitely return in the following years.

Coffee in the morning buffet was not good in my opinion. It was a big dissonance from the entire experience it was shown that it wasn’t made with Love. As coffee lovers we felt that was lacking , for example basic “latte art” or even pouring the milk with some technique would have improved but also the basic espresso flavor was a bit funky. In addition, water price in the dinner restaurants was very high, when you’re paying so much - water could be priced a bit more reasonably.

Very spacious and quiet room, great landscape ans surroundings, very good breakfast and several facilities to use (indoor pool, bicycles, gym). Very friendly staff.

The room should have a door mat in order to clean shoes before entering the (especially when it rains as was the case when we stayed). Cleaning service staff should replace the used soap in the sink or provide an additional one on a daily basis (for a 5 star hotel this should be obvious!). No hanger to dry wet towels or swimming suits is available in the balcony (this should also be obvious!).

This was our 4th year in a row. We have always had a fantastic room, we arrived and sadly had been allocated a room totally overlooked opposite the kids football pitches which meant zero privacy. Also. Maybe the room design had changed but there was no drawer/wardrobe storage for 3 children (in their room) apart from a very small broom cupboard. This was not the case in previous years/rooms. Staff have been very good and we recognised many from previous stays, especially the kids club which has been exceptional, thank you! Our only ‘complaint’ would be to consider the location of your guests when at the pools so they do not have to often wave or come to the bar to get attention to order - happened too often at Lagoon and Westin pools and not quite the level of attention seen previously.

We booked this hotel as we had been before and had come for a double birthday celebration. The staff couldn't have done a better job of celebrating our birthdays with 3 cakes over 2 days. We had not requested this, but the hotel arranged this themselves! Our memories of Costa Navarino are engraved forever and we will surely be back. Everything was simply perfect and magical - room, meals, pools, staff, facilities, simply outstanding! Our favorite restaurant is the beach restaurant (Barbouni)... wow... fantastic meals, by the sea, served by fantastic staff!

There is nothing, absolutely nothing negative to say...

This is the second time we visit the resort and as always it didn’t fail to impress and remains our resort of choice in the region. Perfect for families with children but also for those that want to relax in a beautiful landscape full of flower and other plant aromas while hearing the sound of birds happily chirping around. Staff were amazing almost all across all service areas.

Unfortunately I noticed a decline in the meal consistency at Morias restaurant both for breakfast and dinner choices compared to two years ago. Back then I felt that the variety was truly impressive and most choices were lower sugar choices compared to now which was sugar heavy almost all across all food items aside from the obvious fresh produce like salads and fruit. So not really health conscious. Overall still a very very good breakfast and good dinner choices at Morias but just in comparison not really healthy like before. Also it felt like there were less choices.

The buffet was always amazing. The staff here are extremely helpful courteous and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily, gyros food is the best and delicious. The pools are clean with lifeguards with pool restaurants, grass area to sit as well- pool towels given - Nice rooms excellent pressure water

The pharmacy lady that served us was extremely rude and would not listen to my concern. We had a drs script putting the blame on the doctor. I’ve never had such a rude lady speak to myself and my son like the way she did. Extremely disappointed in the service.
