We stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was quite basic, but overall, it was good value for money. I would recommend it.

The only downside was that one of the rooms we received was quite dark, while the other was much brighter, more spacious, and had a fantastic terrace with a table and chairs. If you prefer a well-lit room, make sure to book an exterior one.

Absolutely everything was amazing! The stuff was so helpful and hospitable. They helped us book our Santorini excursion and helped us find rent a car. The room was very spacious and clean. They changed towels every day. The location of hotel is perfect, just in center, around all top sights, shops, cafes. All in all, this was just one perfect experience and example of hospitality that mainly all Greek people offer. Would recommend whiteout doubt.

Zero complaints, everything was just perfect :⁠-⁠)

We booked a room without terrace and next to the lift. We asked another room because it was noisy and they gave us a room with terrace and away from lift. That was very nice. The hotel is at the center of everything and we could walk and take a bus to anywhere from hotel. The hotel is clean and most of the staff are nice.

I didn`t like that WiFi was very bad. It took a lot of time to load basic pages. The breakfast is nice, but same every day so it became dull after few days. The woman with glasses working on reception was not very polite and she said she booked us a taxi for airport but when it was time to go, she said she forgot.

What a gem. Very central to old and new towns. Clean, quiet and everything in the room worked! (No broken shower heads, taps or toilet seats)! Staff were always smiling and very helpful, especially the lovely receptionist who organised our very early taxi to airport (complete with coffee and cake at 4.30am)!

Room was cosy.

The staff were so kind! I had an early flight to Athens and needed to leave around 5:40. The staff called a taxi for me and even made breakfast for me two hours before breakfast usually opens. That property was nicely situated. It was close to the old town and several shops and well as a text stand and a bus station. The rooms were nice and clean. The lounge and breakfast was great.

It has a superb location at Heraklion city center with a nice bar downstairs. It was super clean, every time we went out we came back to a clean room. The staff were very polite and helpful I highly recommend this hotel !

It really did the job for me, I couldn’t think of something I didn’t like. I had a very good time over there.

Stated Olympic had parking but it was off site with no directions given. Had to drive round in a city unknown to me although only 100m from hotel door it was on a one way system. Adds to stress while travelling. Shower over SLIPPY bath

Nice hotel on a central location in Heraklion with airport bus stop just outside the hotel. Rooms were as described but also very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and gave me some very useful tips. Breakfast is basic but still with enough delicious options for everyones’ taste.

The room was clean and quiet. At the reception they were very friendly and the bar provided really good coffee and service. The location is perfect for visiting the city centre and weel served with taxis and buses.

Breakfast had tasty food and a bit of everything (sweet and savory), but fewer choices than expected.
