Various diferent options of rooms, nice pool, everything was included in our all inclusive board, no extra hidden costs. Staff was very polite, all the time smilling, decent level of english, all staff together. Very nice playing ground for kids... in and outside. Big choice of food and drink for every taste. Close to Heraklion. Rooms with jakuzzi nice option if you have a baby sleeping inside... you can still enjoy and be close your baby. Aquapark a big plus if travelling with kids. All resort nicely done, no feelling of being crowded even in the high season. Really nice pool side music programme

Beach... it is not even enough to bath your feet. It was enough for the kids only. There are other places near but it's a extra cost. As it is new resort, there are some trees planted, but it will take long time to grow... so count NO natural shadow. Not big minus, but still. Greek restaurant, they will offer it as a separate resto, but it's just a couple of tables on the roof-top. my advice, book the night time as it's very very sunny... could not be there with our daughter even at 19h00. Menu is nothing special, calling it greek, but having a paste bolognese on menu it's not a smart marketing thing. Nice try, but still has to put some extra thinking from marketing side.

At first, we were a little skeptical when choosing the hotel because of other guest reviews that differed greatly from each other. Was it because of the recent opening of the hotel and its services? Based on previous reviews, we decided to take a risk and head to the destination. It turned out that we were not wrong at all, in fact, we were very delighted. There are so many options that everyone will find something that suits them. The rooms are beautiful, large, comfortable and modern. There is such a large selection of delicious food that you simply don't know what to choose, and in the end you always go to your table with overfilled plates. At night, the area around the hotel is beautifully lit in a way that takes your breath away. The water beds in the pool are a phenomenal hit because you feel like gods. The poolside bar is open all day and has every drink you want. Fresh fruit is also available throughout the day. The area around the pool is decorated with palm trees, the background of which is decorated with a wonderful view of the open sea. There are many options for water sports near the hotel and lots of sandy beaches to walk and enjoy. If you have an inconvenient flight back home, you can request a pre-travel room option where you can take a shower and get ready before departure, for which you will not be charged. Many thanks to all the staff for their hospitality, service, kindness and wonderful memory. We will not reveal all the secrets and possibilities to you because they cannot be described in words (eg "A la Carte", wellness, ...). If you want to have a good rest, enjoy, and at the same time have fun, come and experience moments to remember. Romance is guaranteed, the magic of Greece remains in the memory. Definitely, this is a destination worth returning to.

We really liked the general atmosphere, the staff in the dining room who provided service with a smile. We especially liked the girls who run the kids club. My granddaughters (almost 3-year-old twins) called them the princesses. They were so nice to the children, full of creativity and the children's disco every evening was the highlight of the day. We want to thank the room attendant of our wing (a double room with a sea view) who was kind and strict. The cleanliness of the room is commendable. And apart from that we liked the main pool which is built especially for families with the shallow part, we liked the private beach which was very nice (except for the seaweed - but that is no longer in the hands of the hotel). And we felt very comfortable with the hotel's handling of environmental issues.

Not that we didn't like it, but some recommendations: We would be happy if there was a large, more accessible mirror, when changing into a swimsuit at least twice a day, an accessible mirror could be effective. It would be good if part of the general pool was shaded. The Mediterranean sun is scorching and completely unhealthy. Sometimes we felt that the menu in the dining room was repetitive, but overall we also enjoyed the food. Not gourmet but certainly varied and tasty.

The hotel is pleasant, and every member of the staff we met was kind and offered help, the room is spacious, clean and fun to stay in. The food in the hotel is amazing, there are many options for vegetarians and healthy food. The water park is great, the kids really liked being there, the food at the buffet is very tasty and varied. The children loved being in the kids club and the staff of the club was caring and full of joy.

The resort is recently renovated, everything is new, clean and working. The staff is very friendly, very professional and hard working. The hotel is less than half an hour from the Heraklion airport, making the journey swift and pleasant. We have received one of our rooms already upon arrival at 11:30 instead of the official check in time at 15:00, even though it was high season. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely designed, which is true to the whole resort. It’s big enough not to feel stuffy, but it’s convenient to walk anywhere in less than five minutes. There’re several pools and an aqua adventure park with amazing water slides and two kids water playgrounds to top it all. There’s food, a vast variety of good food from morning till night, and alcohol from wines and spirits to fun cocktails to all ages. I would full heartedly recommend Senseana and definitely go back again. It’s an amazing resort for all ages, we tried from 8-51 the whole range and had an incredible time. Thank you Senseana.

Very comfortable resort with all the required facilities. Very good mini club for the kids (shame it not working on Sundays but it's the only downside). An excellent water park. Great private beach with waves-breaker. very big parking lot, so no problem renting a car. and an excellent dining room, the best foods for a dining room I had so far. the "regular" rooms could be a bit bigger, but you get what you pay for. next time I'll take a better room with a private pool.

‏The vacation at the hotel was perfect! Much more than I expected. The hotel is new, very nicely decorated. The service at the hotel is excellent, there are so many staff members, there is always someone providing service. The food is varied, everything is fresh and delicious, very high level!! There are two bars, most drinks there are included! Crazy water park suitable for all ages, the central pool overlooks the sea. We got a room with direct access to the pool, the pool was shared with several other rooms- it was very quiet! Everything was perfect, I didn't leave the hotel once! A perfect hotel for both couples and families.

The hotel was fantastic, beautifully decorated with a stunning main pool. The staff was courteous, especially in the bar, always greeting us with a smile. The room was comfortably furnished, and the jacuzzi temperature was adjusted to guests' preferences. The food selection was more than enough to avoid eating the same thing every day, and the dishes were delicious and prepared with care. The bar was wonderfully stocked with delicious drinks. I highly recommend it.
