The terrace is absolutely phenomenal: spacious, with amazing sea view, quiet, with the perfect range of furniture (sunbeds, sofa, table and chairs and even a very comfortable hanging chair) and a great jacuzzi. The inside is decorated with a modern touch, great taste and quality. Rigas took great care of us and was always quick to accomodate any needs or answer queries. It was lovely to find cookies, good quality coffee that was restocked during our stay and tea as well as cold water and fruit juice when we arrived. We felt instantly at home and never wanted to leave.

It was the perfect stay and we will definitely be back.

I spent a fantastic vacation in this villa and I am absolutely impressed! The place is beautifully decorated, with attention to every little detail. Everything I could possibly need was there – from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable and stylish furniture. The villa was spotlessly clean, which made a great impression from the start. It's also incredibly peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and stress of everyday life. The hosts took care of every detail, making me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. These are holidays I will look back on with a big smile! I can highly recommend this place!

We were travelling around Crete for my 40th birthday and had pre-booked this accommodation for one of our stays for 3 nights. The customer care from Phillipos before and during our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We arrived early and we were able to check in at an earlier time and were greeted by Mr Regis who was very helpful and friendly. The accomodation surpassed our expectations, it looks beautiful on the photos but in reality it is a magical place to stay, absolutely spotless and decorated to a high standard. The area is out of this world and really did steal our hearts. We cannot wait to come back here and will never forget the time we spent in Kastri at this amazingly beautiful accommodation ❤️

Nothing at all the dislike it was perfect

-Beautiful new accommodation in a wonderful location, a few steps away from the sea.The area is quite calm, with some nice spots for swimming and with very good fish taverns. -One of the cleanest rooms (Jacuzzi suite) I've stayed in. Spotless cleaning. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. Very good layout and space ergonomics. The outdoor facilities are very well taken care of too. -Excellent value for money ratio, stayed during shoulder season (mid September). -Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent communication. I will definitely be back in the near future :)

The property is just as described and on the photos - it had everything that we needed - close to sea, nice beaches close by, quiet place, fully equipped kitchen, open area kitchen, couches, chairs, umbrellas; pool and gardening were great

Unfortunately, a couple of things that I am sharing so that the owners can improve (I believe they will) - broken toilet brush and strong smell of urine coming from it; smell of drainage coming from the bathtub in the bedroom, I think

Fantastic view, very quiet, the room was spatious, clean with all necessary equipment, the terrace was amazing and the hottub very nice to relax. the distance from the beach was 5 min. The village is super nice, not very touristic, with very nice taverns and cafes. We had very good contact with the person that was responsible for the rooms, and he immediately responded to all our questions before and during the stay.

Fantastic location, Kastrí is a lovely quiet traditional village with plenty of excellent options for dining out, the beaches and sea are beautiful for swimming. The suite terrace has a beautiful view over the harbour, very spacious and relaxing place to spend the day. The suite is very well equipped and comfortable, loved everything about staying here!

Small thing to note, addition of wine glasses would be great 😊

Isolated, own pool and terrace. Great view.

Perhaps you can set up a breakfast option (client chooses an option of 2-4 menus, an employee brings breakfast on a tray next morning). Another good idea is to pave the road to the apartments.

The most relaxing way to spend my birthday. The villa is fantastic, the location is so quiet, and the restaurants in the area are delicious. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

Beautiful suite with a big terrace overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi was big. The room was equipped with coffee machine and a small kitchenette. Brand new apts. Very close to the beach, a minute walk to be precise. Beautiful beaches near by.
