My wife and I stayed in room number 228, on the 2nd floor.The room was of a decent size and the amenities were basic but lack of space to put clothes/items was a problem.The balcony was quite narrow and not really good for sitting on for any length of time with a small table/chair arrangement.There was no real view of the sea but the mountain scenery was impressive.Breakfast taken outside was maybe too much choice but great for big eaters.The hotel owner, Manolos, his wife Yanna, and son George were special so overall a good experience spent at Hotel Myrtos.

As explained clothes/items space was awkward ,in the room And having no lift made bag carrying hard work going downstairs and the hotel being old didn't have much in the way of soundproofing.

The (very rare) kind of property where you come as a guest and leave feeling like a friend. From the insanely delicious (and generously-sized) breakfast to the view from the balcony (either mountain- or sea-view, equally beautiful) and the cleanliness of the entire hotel, this was truly THE perfect holiday. I cannot put into words the generosity, ever-friendly and smiling faces of the family who runs the hotel (Gianna, Manolis, Iorgou - kai páli efcharistó!) - they are probably the best hosts in Crete if not the entire Greece! It was a holiday that none of us will ever forget and we are absolutely sure we will go back!

Everything, location, room, breakfast, very attentive family staff. You feel very welcome from the very nice owners. I had luck and was not very crowded at the beginning from my stay. That small village is perfect for disconnect and relax without any stress and also if you have bad weather (unfortunately in my case) Very good value for money and the breakfast is excellent!

Nothing, but it could be noisy if the neighbors don't pay attention and close the doors loudly. That's a problem everywhere if the people don't think about the fellows staying next to your room. Not fault from the hotel. The gears has eco and it can disturb sometimes.

Very conveniently located hotel in the centre of the town. Rooms were good, the staff were attentive and helpful at every point. The breakfast was excellent - a great range of things offered, actually too much to eat. But all very tasty

Everything you read in the other reviews is true. This is one of those hotels that you will add to a special list and vow to return. The room looked out onto a quiet street with a small terrace. The bed was comfy, everything worked and was very clean. The breakfast served by very friendly staff was exceptional with everything imaginable included and brought to your table on a tray. All in all a wonderful couple of days feeling very looked after.

Be careful what you wish for. The balcony was tiny and the view of the sea just a glimpse through buildings but they were there. Room was comfortable enough and we slept reasonably. Very central small hotel with exceptionally good breakfast. Satisfactory parking approximately 250 meters from the hotel. Very good strong Wi Fi. Good value for money.

A larger balcony would have been nice. There really was no room for people to sit and enjoy it. Ok for drying clothes maybe.

It was our second time staying here, and hopefully not the last. It's located just a few steps from the beach, all stores, restaurants and the pharmacy are also right next to the hotel. The hosts are very friendly and always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable throughout your stay. Our room had everything we needed, with exceptionally comfortable beds. And the breakfast is amazing! :)

The owners of the Hotel is a family. A super feiendly and kind family.! The atmosphere was very very familiar and warm! We had fresh and delicious breakfast every morning! The room was so comfirtable, clear, and nice! We are sure that we will go back to the Hotel Myrtos! Kaliméra! :)

Absolutely loved our trip. We were meant to stay for only 2 nights but ended up staying for a week and a half. The family who own the hotel were so amazing, kind and friendly and really made us feel at home. We enjoyed really great breakfast every morning with fresh orange juice and coffee - and anything else you may need. The view from our balcony was so beautiful. overlooked the village and onto the gorgeous mountains. we weren’t sad at all that we weren’t facing the sea. The village itself also improved our holiday drastically, such an amazing little place with lovely people - all very welcoming as well. We enjoyed many of the restaurants on the sea front with great food!:) We loved our stay so much and can’t wait to return!

The hotel is located in a lovely village. His localisation is very nice, close to the beach. The bedroom’s comfort is good, bathroom is quite small but we found all we needed. We would like to thanks the person who had take care of us. She is so friendly and kind. I promise to speak Greek next time, only if you learn French 😉 Breakfast is so delicious, don’t miss it. à bientôt !
