We had a wonderful time at Cosmopolitan hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Food was very good. We stayed for 7 days so of course after dew days it becomes a bit repetitive but it was really tasty, both breakfast and dinner. Pool area is vey nice, great cocktails. Hotel is very close to the center, 25 min walk, or less then 5 min by bus.

Rooms would need a bit of an update, but are very clean, good size and with a lot of storage. Our room was right above kitchen/ restaurant so it was a bit noisy in the mornings (which might disturb you if you are a light sleeper). Cocktails in the bar were not as good as the ones in the pool bar ;)

The staff was incredibly nice, polite, and helpful. Everyone had a good knowledge of English, so communicating with the staff was no problem at all. The hotel tried to keep its guests entertained with music and oriental nights organized in the hotel bar. The food at breakfast and dinner (we booked a half-table stay) was really good, and varied. A lot of Greek delicacies were offered. The location of the hotel itself is also a plus - close to Lambi beach, a few beach bars, and on the main street that leads to Kos Town, chock full of restaurants, bars, and stores. Maria at the hotel reception was especially helpful. Through her we got to rent bikes, a car, and get taxi transfers to the airport.

The room we got wasn't the one pictured on Booking's app when we booked it. It was located in a separate building adjacent to the pool, and didn't look as nice as the ones in the main building itself. The reason given was that we booked a room with a double bed, and the main hotel building had only twin beds. A better offer of fish meals for dinner would have been great, there's only one kind of poached fish we got during our stay.

The service is super friendly. If you arrive late for the included dinner they will keep food for you. The location is nice, very close to the beach, very close to everything you need. Room was nice. AC worked well, pool is cute and clean. Food is great, prepared super fresh, breakfast and dinner.

Coffee is included into breakfast price but horrible quality. Other drinks have to be paid separately and the quality of juices and cocktails is sadly very poor. Overly sweet and very artificial taste, could both not finish our cocktails. Really not the standard to expect if you look at everything else. Also, there is such great fresh fruits on the island so really no need for artificial flavors.

Friendly staff. Really comfortable bed, just what we needed for a 1 night stay. Drinks are reasonably priced, especially in happy hour :-) & good quality. The food is good quality but would have liked more Vegetarian main dishes, but enough sides to keep me fed. Would stay again. It's approx 1.8 miles walk to Kos town/Harbour & there is a bus if you prefer, we just walked, straight road with bars & shops if you want to stop & grab a drink, snack or ice cream on the way. Local beaches not great without shoes.

The room we stayed in was no attached to the main block & was very close to houses, one of the houses had a dog barking in the back garden all through the night.

From the moment we arrived, the staff ( an elderly man, not sure is name) we met was extremely nice to us.. We arrived early in the morning, and he let us in. He gave us a fan as our Ac was taking time to come on. He gave us water, knowing we were tired. He has great customer service and made us welcomed.thank you! Also, all other staff were so nice to us, the ones in the restaurant, the pool area, house cleaning and Maria at the front desk. Thank you all. Our room was very clean, too.

Maybe more choice of gluten, diary free diet as my son has allergies but overall happy with the hotel and service. I will look forward to returning again.thanks all

Even though it was a bit old facility, everything was comfortable, clean and well managed. Since our air conditioner was broken, they upgraded us with another room and they did not charge for it. And I have to add that the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly! The meals were delicious and the hotel offered different kinds of dishes every day. The hotel was very close to the Lambi Beach, you can find many Beach Clubs as well, they charge it for the sunbeds - 10 euros for 2 person. Highly recommend it.

Our stay was really beyond our expectations and we loved everything at Hotel Cosmopolitan. First of all, a big Kudos to everyone who works at the hotel; everyone we had interaction with were super nice, friendly, professional and helpful. The room was large enough for us; equipped with a tv, wardrobe, mini fridge, dolce gusto coffee machine (which you might pay for the capsules at the hotel or basically just bring your own), dresser, mirror, bathroom with toiletries and a balcony. There are also safety deposit boxes downstairs which can be arranged at the reception. Both the breakfast and dinner were quite good with variety of options both from Greek and international cuisine. Albeit the weather was not warm enough to make it to the pool, I can say the hotel has a clean and cosy pool as well, judging by the view. All in all, everything was pretty well and the hotel’s price/quality ratio is pretty good, therefore; it will probably be my first choice if I visit Kos again.

Just three minor things which weren’t any big deal but might worth to mention: - the walls are a little thin hence the noise can be a bit of a problem in the high season - We had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on for two days in a row but this was not enough for the housekeeping not to enter the room, twice when we were inside and once after we left (whilst the DND was still on). So it might be worth to mention, just as a kind reminder on paying attention to those signs. - It would be great if they name tags would be put for the dishes at dinner. I had to bother the staff to ask which dish was what each night, they were so helpful and nice but still putting names next to the dishes would help all of us.
