Very clean and modern. Penthouse room with sun terrace was absolutely amazing! Staff was super helpful and friendly, they really took care of me throughout the stay. Peaceful area with shops and restaurants near. Highly recommend.

Truly excellent hotel! The rooms are extremely comfortable with beautiful beds, all natural products in the bathrooms and large wonderful shower. We had a pool view room and absolutely loved it. Speaking of the pool area - gorgeous! Plenty of lounge chairs/umbrellas and the staff are all very kind and attentive. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool down in the hot Crete heat! The hotel location is excellent as well, approximately 20 minutes by taxi from Heraklion airport and about 50m walk from the ocean. Endless options of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bars, beaches etc all within very close walking distance. The complimentary breakfast baskets are such a lovely touch as well. Highly recommend this hotel, great value for money!

Not much to dislike! There's no spa or gym facilities so if that's important to you that's something to consider but it wasn't essential for us.

The hotel was brand new and the staff was really nice. Even though they had two options in the breakfast, they let us mix-and-match to create our own breakfast menu. In the room the AC was more than adequate and I liked the overall design of the room and the bathroom. They had a nice pool area where you can chill or have breakfast.

Only negative side is the place of the hotel, which is NOT the hotel's fault :) Hersonissos is a bit far away from the nice touristic parts of the Crete, therefore if you'd like to stay here I'd say definitely rent a car and be ready to drive 4-5 hours a day.

Few days ago we had a privilege to stay in Cosmeen Boutique. Our stay was exceptional in every way. The penthouse room was a dream come true, with its sun-soaked terrace, private jacuzzi and the kind of privacy we were looking for. The location proved to be the perfect base for any adventures, conveniently close to the vibrant beach scene, many shops and a wide range of dinning options. Yet, it was the professionalism and warmth of the staff that truly set our experience apart. Their attentive service around the clock made is feel valued and well-cared for.

Very difficult to find a fault!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The aesthetic and design of the hotel were impeccable - from the elegant decor to the thoughtful details, every corner was a visual delight. The room itself was a haven of comfort, and the mattress provided one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional jacuzzi in my room. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring, and it truly maximized my vacation experience. Being able to relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the beautiful surroundings was pure bliss. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. It's the perfect blend of comfort, style, and exceptional service that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and pampered.

The only downside of my stay at this fabulous hotel was that I couldn't extend my visit indefinitely!

Gorgeous pool & bar area, no issues with sunbeds, lots of stunning greenery, perfect little oasis. Close to everything but quiet. Luxurious room, super friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast!

Breakfast was very nice & quite healthy however by day three I was a little bored of it but I mentioned to staff on leaving & they were really appreciative of the feedback.

The hotel is brand new and very comfortable. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The pool is very nice and clean and the perfect place to relax after a day of visiting.

It was quite loud outside of the hotel due to numerous restaurant and bar down the road. People got rowdy after 12am. I would recommend to pick a room with pool view vs room with mountain view.

The stuff was really friendly and helpful, they always wanted to make sure the everything is ok and they did it in the kindest way and always with a smile. Was really a pleasure to talk with them! The room was very clean and tidy, the hotel itself is new, modern and beautiful.

The breakfast was really good and tasty but it was the same everyday and could be a bit more diversed

Modern, small set up, very clean, luxurious feeling and very friendly staff

Even though you walk straight to the boulevard of Chersonissos, most places do not share the luxurious look and feel of the hotel. Then you need to drive to places like old Chersonissos, Koutouloufari or Agios Nicolaios. We often did that during the day or for dinner.

We had the most amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful and so clean. All the staff were so lovely, helpful and made sure we had a perfect stay. The food at the hotel was delicious and the location is great for a walk around the sea. Would definitely recommend this hotel, perfect holiday for couples. Thank you so much
