I booked the room only because I like organising my own breakfast myself, which was possible as ùI had a small fridge in the room and there is a supermarket nearby. My room was comfy enough for me but I must say I just use it to sleep basically! If you spend some time in I suggest you ask for a room with a view. I loved Kostas, he is such a nice host! I definitely recommend the structure and the sea view restaurants for dinner. Get a car if you are staying in Mastichari because the winds may be strong !

It is a basic place to you have to be ok with that. The furniture is a bit date but all clean. Bed is so comfortable. Mayve just an extra pillow, a slim one so you can have a choice.

In one sentence I would say, highly recommended place to stay. Location: Mastichari is a very convenient place to stay as Tegaki and Kefalos are both relatively close by private car and only take around 20 minutes. By public bus, anyone can easily travel to Kos town, Tigaki, Kefalos, and even other places, and the public transport is impressive in KOS. We traveled by public transport and enjoyed a lot. The bus station and ferry to Kalymynos are about 5 minutes walking distance. Restaurants(also have breakfast options) and supermarkets are also nearby. Hotel Service: the owner of the hotel is a very nice, helpful, and humble person. Excellent service. Although we didn't book for breakfast, they provided an electric kettle, cups, mugs, enough water bottles, coffee, and sugar as complimentary in the room, which was enough for our 3-night stay. Cleanliness: very clean. Our room and bathroom were top-notch and clean. No insects, bugs, or mosquitoes. The room also has an insect repellent. Room: The size of the room is big enough for 2 persons. The bed is very comfortable and cozy. Even the staff provides extra pillows and bed sheets when we ask. The room had a fridge and air conditioner, fully functional. The bathroom was also very clean. It's a bit long review, but I believe the honest review is a must to choose a good place to stay. This hotel has earned this review.

I have no complaints so far, but it is a little bit noisy when people talk loudly.

The hotel is own by an amazing man who gives a friendly welcome to guests, and his positive energy surrounds the hotel. The hotel was very clean, it was close to the bus stop and harbour , as well as to the beach . There are many restaurants nearby. The room was also equipped with air conditioner. A very good place to stay for your holidays.

While everything was amazing , two things can be improved : 1. Provide towels every day ( while the room cleaning was available every day, new towels were not provided ) 2. Make the rooms soundproof.

The location is amazing, just hundreds meters walk from the port of mastihari and few nice restaurants super close to the hotel. Staff is nice and kind and WiFi is good. The room is basic but has got everything you need even a usb plug, which was extremely useful for me. Most importantly, the room was clean.

The possibility to have breakfast would have been nice. A little pricey for one night as a solo traveller, considering it excludes breakfast.

Great staff. Our plane was delayed and we were late arriving at the hotel. Staff very helpful, phoned up to see if we were ok - thank you Angela. The receptionist gave us information about which ferry to catch to Kalymnos the next morning, times etc. Restaurants close by that serve until late evening.

The Sea Breeze is always welcoming and the staff are very pleasant. The rooms are basic but clean and bright. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the ferry port and local tavernas.

It was everything we needed for our short stay. We will be back!

The location was perfect, overlooking the sea, very close to all restaurants and bars and yet just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The staff were superb! Costas was so very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Breakfast was lovely, served in the courtyard, cooked fresh to order. Chilled water was provided for us and air con came at no extra cost (unlike some hotels!)

Nothing to dislike! We didn’t have a view from our room but that’s the only thing we can think of! We did book last minute so we wouldn’t have expected anything else really.

Very friendly hosts. Costas and his family are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. WiFi had a strong reception and was useful. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. I had a quiet room although no view whatsoever. The fridge was working. Good A/C without draft. The hotel is centrally located.

The room is rather small. The bathroom especially the shower is tiny. The mattress is too hard for me.

My flight was significantly delayed and I arrived late at night, but he gladly accepted my check-in. He is kind and friendly location very nice♡ I’ll go to there again :)

It was soo clean! That’s the most important thing! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Location is nice.

The bed was too short for me even though I’m only 180cm - my feet were just outside of the bed causing discomfort in the morning.
