We booked a last minute trip to Mykonos for a special occasion and we were so happy with Livin. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Particularly Athena who really looked after us and gave some great recommendations, so thank you!! Breakfast was lovely and the pool area was small but loungers very comfortable. Good location. Parking available on site which was super handy. Little supermarket 1 minute walk away and great place for lunchtime Gyros over the road at Paprika which is very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

The showers have no door or curtain so the bathroom floor and sink area got soaked everytime we had a shower which wasn’t ideal.

They offers a delightful experience with its sumptuous breakfast, featuring fresh local options like Greek yogurt and honey, and an impressive selection of pastries and coffee. The rooms are modern and spacious, with minimalist decor and private balconies that provide breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, making it a perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunsets. The overall ambiance is a harmonious blend of Cycladic charm and contemporary comfort.

All is perfect nothing to complain with walking distance 10 mins from the airport what to you need more than that. Everything is walkable.

Location was brilliant - 15 minutes walk from town, 15 minutes taxi / quad from beach / Soho house The hotel is gorgeous with amazing views on the sunset. All white, super clean, we booked the room on 2 floors with 2 terraces - it was brilliant (and the AC is super strong, always a + when it’s nearly 40• outside!!) Staff were brilliant also, super helpful, nothing was too much (help booking quads, gluten free options for breakfast etc etc….)

Exeptional friendly staff awaits you here, which makes such a difference. The room was great, huge, very clean and comfy. The bathroom and especially the shower generous. I liked the open architecture the hotel provides and the pool area. The breakfast buffet is delicious. You can walk to town which takes only about 15 mins and is duable despite the rather heavy traffic.

More sunbeds and parasols would have been great at the pool area.

The room was very big, clean and felt luxurious. The balcony was great, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant - they made the stay better. The location is also great, less than a 10 minute drive to the airport, town, and most beaches.

Livin Mykonos was such a cozy hotel with everything you needed. Athina who worked at Livin Mykonos was an absolutely wonderful receptionist and person who made us feel so welcome, she was warm and incredibly helpful. Athina made our stay so much better and we felt comfortable the entire stay. As soon as we stepped in, she welcomed us and was at our service the whole time.

Everything was fantastic at the hotel. It truly felt like a dream, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast spread offers a diverse range of options, including some delightful local treats. The pool was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the staff's warmth and helpfulness. They went above and beyond, assisting us with restaurant and beach club reservations, and even facilitated our ATV rental. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

The location was perfect so close to everything. The staff were so amazing, nothing was too much from knowing our coffee orders or helping plan surprises for our anniversary. They were always there to help with a smile!

Loved this stay at Livin. The room was really nice, bed was comfy and we had a nice terrace. The hotel has a cool boutique vibe and nice details. The location is perfect if you like a relaxed area (between airport and Mykonos town). Most times, you can walk to the city in 15 min and access all restaurants and dining experiences in town. From there you can also take a bus at Fabrika or walk to the Old Port in 20 min. From those, you can reach most popular beaches in Mykonos. If you move around by taxi, the cost is usually 10 euros and self organised or you can rent scooters or cars from nearby services. The breakfast was rich and facilities were really cool, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing, both for spending a relaxing day and also enjoying a drink from the bar. We really loved our stay!

One evening there was a bit of noise coming from other guests. This is understandable, Mykonos can have a lot of party people, but this hotel was still pretty quiet overall in my opinion, so it wasn't a big issue. In addition, walking to the city in 15 min can be nice, but if you are tired of walking, consider taking a taxi or renting a car / scooter. From the city it's 5 min drive, and you have more freedom to go to anywhere in Mykonos.

Location was perfect, everything was clean and stuff was super friendly. There was a blonde girl working on a reception, she deserves to be mentioned as one of the people who made our stay beautiful. Because of her we are definitely coming back again next year at the same property.
