The hotel was wonderful, beautiful large room, lovely balcony, pretty view. Comfortable bed.

Their was flying ants flying around the light above my bed, also ants in my room, think they were getting in from balcony, attracted to the lighting.

We enjoyed our stay at Matogianni Hotel. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The location was very central and in Mykonos Town, close to bars, restaurants and cafes. It can get very noisy at night so if it's quiet you want, maybe go a little further away from the centre. The balcony door shutter was broken and kept making a banging noise on a windy night. However, when we reported this the following morning, it was attended to and fixed immediately.

The shower floods the bathroom floor as the shower screen doesn't seal the water in and there is not enough slope towards the drain.

Great small hotel with amazing location right on the edge of the cliff over looking the sea from your bedroom to enjoy the sunset without the crowds. Great small shared plunge pool infront of our room's terrace with 2 private sun loungers.Large bedroom and big bed Owners were more than friendly and the breakfast was amazing with loads of local pasties and fresh fruit. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

The hotel clings to the steep cliff of Santorini so there's steep stairs down to the bedroom. So maybe not for people with mobility issues.

The balcony overlooking the fruit garden was definitely a strong selling point. As it was October, it wasn't busy or noisy at night- I don't think it would be very quiet or relaxing during the high season. The location was excellent. It also has a quiet fridge (this is very rare, so well done).

The shower water splashed everywhere in the bathroom, including on the toilet paper. I just moved the toilet paper out of the bathroom when I had a shower though. Staff were professional and functional, but not overly warm.

The service was brialliant and the desk team was really helpful. The room has surprisingly well equipped, and the safe was free, which is always a bonus. The cleaning team came often and changed towels whilst turning the beds over, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to local amenities but not over run by the cruise ship crowds. The restaurant at the hotel was outstanding as well. A gem on its own.

Very decent hotel in the middle of the city centre. Very kind receptionists. They also let us shower after we checked out, as our plane departed at night.

Bathroom doesnt have a shower plate meaning it gets completely wet after showering. It's that kind where the shower and the toilet and the sink share the same sapce and it all drains in the same drain. Bring flip flops.

The room was on the ground floor and had a little balcony to sit and relax after a busy day on the beach. Nicely furnished and decorated. Wonderful array of sockets, more than even I would need. Staff were totally guest focused and in particular Anna, who listened to the events of my day with grace and patience. She also went the extra mile when I missed booked my flights home and had to stay an extra day. Unfortunately the hotel had no vacancies for that night and Anna managed to secure me accommodation close by at very short notice and at a very reasonable price. She saved me from having to sleep on the beach and I am forever in her debt. Evan after a long hard season the staff did not show their tiredness and greeted me each day with a big Kali Mera and smile.

Great location & friendly staff, they offer baggage storage and showers and bathrooms to use after you have checked out. We have stayed at this hotel many times and love it when we visit Mykonos. Thanks again for another lovely stay & the restaurant tips!

a few minor maintenance issues, just little things like a light bulb not working. It was the end of the season & I am sure if we had of asked the staff they would fixed it.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. They helped us to our room. The hotel door was open all the time so that you could come and go even at late hours. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, they had a nice garden out back where you could sit, and a balcony up front with seats. The location is outstanding, surrounded by restaurants and shops.

There was nothing I did not like. If you are headed to Mykonos, this is the best deal around.

Location is on the most famous shipping street in the centre. Extremely beautiful, close to bus stop and many shops and restaurants. There’s also a breakfast place downstairs. Staff was so kind and they let me know I forgot my clothes on the day of check out and called me immediately and offered to store them till I can come and pick them up. Thank you so much for that!! They also provide beach towels :)

The only thing was the noise that the AC was making… it was making it difficult to sleep at night.
