Staff if wonderful, no discussion. Great people happy to help and time! We came very early and they still managed to give us a room. But don’t use their partner taxi as it is 40% more expensive than the regular (don’t know if this is some trick of the stuff, but worth mentioning). Location is pretty fine, as it is walk distance from the port and sea bus to the town. Beware that the road from the port or to the town doesn’t have pedestrian part and you will walk next to the cars/busses. It was really clean, and we had a table in the garden (as part of standard room). There is a coffee maker, big fridge. But that would be everything :)

It is partially called hotel on Google and there it has 3stars. This is not hotel and it is very very far from three stars. There were no facilities I can say. Bathroom has sink and that is it, no space for putting the cosmetics or other stuff. Rooms are pretty old. You can see that everything is used for a long time, and it has some smell (not bad, but strange - and it is not some fragrance). Access to the studios is very steep, and can be dangerous if you are in slippers. Writing all of this for others to know, but as I rated the stay, this is ok, if you are not too spoiled :)

I loved how close it was to the new port because we arrived late on a ferry and walked over. There was cold water in the refrigerator when we arrived. Farhan waited up for us to check in late and helped carry our luggage upstairs.

It is not in a friendly walking zone for food. One would be more comfortable using hired transport. But it was close enough to the public bus and Sea Bus to Mykonos town. I wanted to walk to the room from the old port and the host warned me and said there was a very steep hill to arrive at the property. I was glad I knew what to expect. The walk up with luggage is not for everyone but we made it.

Hostess is very kind and accommodating, the room had all the necessities, convenient location to the port. Fantastic value for the price.

As many places in Mykonos, it is located up a very steep hill, quite inconvenient if you have anything more than hand luggage.

Internet was pretty awful, dropped out every 5mins, staff were very friendly & did the best they could, good room, bathroom was fine, the location is good, but it’s a 2km walk alone the right road into town

Initially, I thought we were a bit far out, but once we understood how things work on the island, it became clear we were in the perfect spot. You can easily reach other places by boat, and if you prefer, it's only a 30-minute walk to the main town. The location is ideal.

The only downside is the hill leading to the property, but I’m just lazy—it's not a big issue, LOL. The reception staff is very kind, though it’s not a 24-hour service. They provided a contact number, but it would have been easier to explore the town with some tips if someone had been there. :)

Good welcome, very efficient, particularly what's app contact beforehand to check our arrangements. We appreciated the early check-in too. Nice comfy room, terrace is lovely, though shared - we were the only ones there art the time, but sat with a drink at night enjoying the temperature and sea views (and the cats) was so relaxing. Staff on site (Farhan) very helpful offering to support in any way needed.

More a Mykonos matter than the site itself, but while the location was great for the port, it's quite a hairy walk to and from Mykonos town. Not a long distance (about a mile) but the roads are not made for walking!

Mykonos is a rip off, so finding an affordable place to stay is difficult. This place was perfect. The property itself was very cute, traditional, clearly very well kept. The room was good, not too small. Bathroom was pokey, if you’re a larger person showering will be interesting. The place is clean. The balcony is lovely for a morning coffee. The property is near new port, about a 12 min walk to the sea bus and about 20 min to the ferry gates. You have to catch the sea bus into old town, the walk is 30 min and unpleasant along a busy road not designed for pedestrians. The sea bus is fantastic and only €2.

The balcony is small and there’s hardly a view of the sea as advertised. I didn’t mind too much because there was a lovely Mountain View. Taxis are a total rip off. €25-40 for 10 min drives. Better to use public transport and sea bus. Considering the accommodation is out of old town, think having pin drops for when to find the sea bus (both at old town and new port) as well as local bus information would be nice.

Semina was very friendly and helpful. She arranged transport for us twice at short notice. The room was clean, good view of the port and nice to find some water in the fridge when we arrived after a delayed journey.

The shower was very strong (which is good), but being low on the wall it was hard to control and leaked into the bathroom. Tricky but not a major issue. The aircon worked very well, but as it was directly opposite the beds we had to switch it off as we were both coughing. Location was a little remote, but we needed somewhere not far from the port.

We needed a quick stay because we missed the last ferry after arriving at the airport, so we chose an available room close to the port. The view was absolutely breathtaking, which we did not expect. We didnt find the hostess at first, because it was all very short notice. We arrived 5min after booking. But she was super sweet and friendly and managed to explain to us everything necessary with the help of google translate. We were able to just leave the keys at Check out and head to the port by foot, which was super convenient.

The bathroom and especially shower are super tiny.
