Location is amazing and view of all of the yachts in the cove below the hotel. It is possible to easily walk to either Nammos beach or Platis Gialos in between 2 min for the latter, and 8 min for the former. Nammos beach is where the front row beds cost 400 Euro, but Pllatis Gialos has more spending options and restaurants. Also more kids, but it is a mix of party and kids. The pool is great and the breakfast buffet is solid while the view again is incredible. Staff are nice, friendly and on the ball. Also easy to walk to the bus stop into town. Right down the road. One cute shop and little cafes.

The staff, facilities (spa, bar, pool, restaurants) were some of the best we have ever experienced, in fact they were so good that we often found little point in leaving the hotel to go to other bars/restaurants. The staff were excellent, extremely knowledgeable and friendly which made this 5 star hotel feel like you were staying in a much smaller family hotel. The hotel is located 10 minute walk away from Psaraou/Nammos (which I would avoid due to the price of the beach clubs) and a 5 minute walk away from Platis Gialos (which was an excellent beach with great restaurants/bars). Hotel operates its own shuttle bus which was extremely useful for going into Myknosos town (a 15 minute drive). Overall a brilliant hotel with world class facilities.

Nothing the hotel could do about this but just an fyi that Nammos beach club is right across the water and it often played music into the early hours of the morning, part and parcel of Myknosos life but it should be mentioned so that young families could perhaps go for another room in the hotel not facing the bay.

Perfect views, close to bus station to get to town, walk to the beach but you must pay for lounge & umbrella which was too expensive! They provided complimentary shuttle to & from airport/port which saved money.

No water bottles provided & poor breakfast choices for a 5 star hotel.

OUSTANDING! From the moment we arrived at Nissaki we felt special! The whole process from checking in to the welcome drink to the tour of the property, everything was amazing! We cannot fault our stay here it was just beautiful, a special experience for us. We were upgraded to a "honeymoon suite" with a hot tub on our little terrace. Our particular room, I believe it was 506, had a separate cool Jacuzzi for the rooms in our area too which was a nice touch, was like having a private pool without having to go to the main pool area if you didn't want to. The hot tub was for 2 and really nice! The room itself was stunning! Beautiful 4 post bed with sheer curtains, the comfiest pillows (there were 6 of them) and bed, the bathroom was great, the shower had a huge rain shower head as well as a hand held shower fitting and then there were also wall jets, it was fantastic! Then the beautiful deep bath in the main part of the room was stunning also. All rooms have a view! The view is stunning of the beautiful bluey green water, yatchs everywhere, overlooks Namoussa Beach which you can easily walk to, also 2 min walk to Platis Gialos Beach for food & drinks, we went to a Greek Night which was so much fun. Bus Stop just up & across the road, 2euro into Mykonos, easy! Food was beautiful here too, a Great Chicken Club Sanger by the pool, Prawns, yum, it was all yum. Also have your own private little beach, not a sand beach, more of a water front with big rocks to swim off which we did and just loved, we were usually the only ones down there, there are very comfy beach lounges and umbrellas down there as well & staff always checking on us for drinks etc whilst we were down there. We just loved loved loved it here and would definitely go back if we go back to Mykonos!! 10/10

Our stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel in Mykonos was absolutely spectacular! The breathtaking views of the famous Psarou VIP beach from our balcony felt like a dream come true, making each morning feel invigorating and magical. Every breakfast was a pure delight, offering a vast selection of mouthwatering options to suit every palate. The fresh Greek yogurt and seasonal fruits were particularly enjoyable, setting a perfect tone for the day on the enchanting island. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the incredibly kind and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their warm smiles and outstanding service were heartwarming. Special thanks to Mary at the front desk and Maria at breakfast for their exceptional hospitality. Having traveled and lived in various parts of the world, both my wife and I truly felt that this hotel was a cut above the rest. We both agreed that it's a place we're eager to return to. We loved fantastic view, delicious breakfast, convenient location and impeccable service. We stayed in Executive Suite with seaview, that has 2 bedrooms. Location of the hotel is excellent and you can walk to few beach clubs. There is a public bus outside of the hotel and you can travel to the city, which is 10 min away. The breakfast in the hotel has many food options, good coffee and healthy food . Maria gave us great recommendations and take care of us during the stay.

Sometimes the yachts that parking in front of the hotel playing loud music at night, but it’s Mykonos , the party place. 🤣

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel in Mykonos! It was a surprise 40th birthday trip for my fiancé, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable. From organizing a beautiful birthday cake to decorating the room and ensuring the surprise was perfectly kept, their attention to detail was remarkable. EVERYTHING was Perfect, This property is a GEM! Every staff member on this property felt like family on day one! So warm so welcoming, they would go over and beyond to make sure you had a great time! The breakfasts and the dinners at this location are superb. The views are spectacular and so incredibly peaceful. I cannot say enough good about this resort. So clean, so perfect, and loving… We are already making plans to come back. I love all these people and wish I could've stayed longer… Next time we will.! I love them all.

I can't say anything wrong about this property whatsoever. The communication, the efficiency of the staff is just fantastic. If you find something wrong with this property or their staff, I'm thinking the problem is you.… These people are fantastic.

Location is very convenient in Platis Gialos where the hotel is located between two important beaches, Platis Gialos and Psarou where the famous Nammos is located, both within 5 minutes walk. Bus stop is one minute away from hotel door. Many restaurants and bars around, but I highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant where my wife and I undoubtedly had our best meal in all of Greece in our two-week trip. Staff always smiley and helpful, Maria from reception, Georgina, Maria from restaurant, and the tall man who helped us arrange transportation and helped us with luggage, all added to the place and we felt safe to leave them as we checked out. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the room was very nice and well organized with all aminities available, it had a nice terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. Pool area is calm and clean, with bar service. Toilet had a bidet spray (شطاف) which is a very big bonus for us. All in all, do not hesitate to book here if you want a nice relaxing experience and benefit from their amazing restaurant for breakfast and especially dinner, with marvelous views and near to beaches and bus.

Parking area is too small and one night we were trying to go out and there was a car blocking our rental bike.

Excellent quiet location away from the touristy bustle of Mykonos Town, very relaxing with beautiful views, outstanding restaurant with open air seating. Service was top notch and phenomenal from all staff. What was amazing is that we went at the end of the season and everyone was so spectacular even though they were close to closing for the season. One of the most beautiful resorts I have ever stayed at!!

Pool bar service could have been better and more attentive. Breakfast was great the first morning however the next few mornings it seems there was a challenge in getting items out and not as much selection, I think there was an issue in the kitchen.
