Fantastic location right by the beach. Beautiful main pool. Staff was very nice and attentive

Very bad wifi reception in my room on the 7th floor -my phone would get disconnected every two minutes. The bathroom in my room was poorly designed with toilet situated very close to the shower door to the point where you could not sit comfortably. Water from shower would also spill out onto the floor leaving a watery mess right in front of the toilet. The outside balcony needs an upgrade with better furniture. And the second pool on the 7th floor is a joke. Looks dirty, old, no umbrellas, and outdated.

The hotel is ideally located a few steps from the beach. You have beautiful views of the bay wherever you sit. The team are all so wonderful and helpful and cannot do enough for you. Sandy and the team at reception had all the best recommendations and made reservations for us in the best spots in Chora. Elektra and Spyros at the restaurant were so kind and made delicious drinks. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off.

beautiful clean, super spacious room with two terraces and couches. the breakfast was plentiful, the pools were immaculate and the service was wonderful. we stayed just two nights as part of a longer honeymoon and it was such a relaxing part of the trip. would gladly have stayed longer. there are several restaurants nearby and the beach is very private. transport to and from the port was easy through the hotel. highly recommend for a relaxing trip to ios!

not an issue for us but just for awareness the hotel does not have its own chaises on the beach so you will need to purchase one for the day if you like!

Everything was perfect. The pool area is amazing with great cocktails and nice food. The location is absolutely stunning.

Rooms needs new furniture

We had a wonderful stay at the Ios Palace. Have wanted to stay here for such a long time and we finally made it! The location is great with beautiful views overlooking Mylopota beach. The staff were brilliant, especially at Reception, and went above and beyond to help. We had the best Pina Colada we've ever had in Greece and the breakfast was fantastic too with lovely views from the restaurant. Would absolutely recommend staying here and can't wait to stay again. Thanks so much to everyone at Ios Palace for looking after us. We'll be back!

Great location overlooking Mylopotas beach. A short bus ride to Chora village that has plenty of bars, restaurants and a great view from the top over the whole island. Breakfast was always delicious with a wide range of choices included bacon, eggs, cereals, pastries, cakes, cheeses, juice, coffee. The room was very spacious with good aircon. Great views from the balcony over the beach. Such a perfect relaxing stay. The weather was so good that I don't understand why more people don't holiday in October!

Nothing I can think of. All the staff were so friendly and helpful that if there was anything it was quickly dealt with.

I must confess that I was a little worried after reading some recent bad reviews about the hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the view and location The view from the hotel is wonderful, and the location is perfect, just a few steps from Mylopotas Beach. Also, the bus stop is a few steps from the hotel and costs €1.60 to go to the center of Chora. The breakfast was excellent too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room cleaning took place every day. The hotel offers a transfer service from Porto for €5 per person each way. Some places in the hotel really smelled like sewage, but that didn't lower my rating. I know it's disruptive, but it's a hotel in the middle of an island, in the middle of the Mediterranean. I don't know if there's much they can do in terms of maintenance, you know? Please note that the hotel (and surrounding area) has a lot of cats. I know it's easy for me to say since I'm a cat lover, but cats just need love and food. If you can, it costs less than €3 for a pack of cat food on the market. Help the kittens.

I'm giving one less star just because of the restaurant. We had a problem with the order, which was wrong, but they apologized. But it is also an extremely expensive risotto dish with very little portion of food. You will find much better options at restaurants on the beach and in the center of Chora.

Amazing place!! Everything in it is perfect Breakfast is great with many options to eat and drink. The place is very well located, right in front of the Mylopotas beach, the best one in Ios in my opinion. The staff is super nice, friendly and supportive. The transfer from the port was arranged by the team, check-in was easy and they give good tips about places to go in Ios. The massage service in the spa is amazing as well as the two pools in the hotel.

The property is ideally located near the beach, great restaurants and fun shopping. Also only a short distance to the main town. The property itself is beautifully landscaped, very clean and the room was lovely. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile.

Location is next level! 2 saltwater pools with one being on the 6th floor with nothing obstructing your view of this bay. Best sunbeds I have ever tried, and all with zero cost to hotel guest. Staff are incredibly nice, polite and helpful, we felt very much accommodated from the very minute we set foot through the door. Front desk spend the 10 minutes giving us the full tour of the hotel.

If I have to mention one bad thing it would be the sewer smell near the lower pool, but you are so close to the sea, that it might also be why.
