Staff is friendly and keen to keep the place clean and to make everything work. The place is just by the sea in a cozy place just by the Neos Marmaras. it is obvious that the owner constantly invests in the property in every way. Good value for money.

I would suggest some investment in services and education as well. Owner and the staff can’t take the best seats in the garden while guests are looking for the place to have a coffee. They are not doing it on purpose, the just don’t think about it enough. Otherwise they are friendly and kind and I am sure they are going to improve these little things as well.

Nice hotel. Room was very clean, cool location. We want to mention one exeptional young man, name we dont know, he worked as a waiter.. He's the first and last positive impression, very kind, hardworking, hostile and pleasant.

Stuff is giving their best and hotel will be great after little bit more experience.. But, we only have one problem we want to share: breakfast was limited with food, 3 days there wasn't enough food, so we left hungry from hotel. If you want to eat, you need to get there first.

Location was great! Right in front of sea, in a minute. Hotel has private part of beach, taken good care and it was always clean. In 5 min walking distance you can find delicious Greek & European cousin restaurants/ tavernas. App. 20 min walking distance (5 min with car) you can reach Neos Marmaras center with lots of places to spend evenings pleasantly. Hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. They even let us check-in 2 hours earlier and upgraded our room (instead of second floor with the garden view we could spend our vacation at third floor with the sea view) The room was very clean, bright, with comfortable beds. It had a balcony with sea and mountains view at the same time, which was really nice for spending some time. Very much recommended!

Great location with an easy access to the beach. Very friendly staff that is doing their best to accommodate guests needs. Excellent coffee. Probably the best value you can get in the area.

A bit more variety or options for breakfast would be useful particularly if you have longer stay.

I was very pleased with the price and performance, the breakfast in front of the sea is very good, the staff is very friendly.

I liked everything very much, but it was a shame that I paid more for the room than my friends with children. I made a reservation with my family of 4 at the same time through Bookşng and paid about 100 euros more. I completed the reservation because I did not want to stay at another hotel.

Everything was so nice, sea front, very good breakfast and food to buy, clean, very nice staff always smiling and polite, private parking, free sun beads on the beach in every time of the day. City Nea Marmaras is very near too for a visit.

The breakfast was very delicious. They serve it in a form of a buffet. It's not like you have anything you can think of, but it had more than enough and everything that was served was very tasty and high quality. Omelet was great and American pancakes. The view and the location. At the seaside, but in a very quiet part of Neos Marmaras. The staff was amazing, very polite, and ready to accommodate any need.

The beds could be softer. The mattress was a bit too hard for our taste. They should add the glass for the toothbrushes and a soap holder. The chairs on the balcony are pretty, but cushions are missing - not very comfy to sit in.

Location was great right across the sea and beach, room was cute, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Cleaning wasn’t very thoroughly.. Sheets and towels were not changed for a week.

the staff were so lovely especially Evi. She went above and beyond for us. She also gave us a very late check out as our plane was at 9pm and we got to stay the day in the room, she called us taxis and recommended things to do. The breakfast was great, walk out the resort to a beautiful clean beach. Would stay here again! Thanks Evi and staff for the warm hospitality.

property was great, about 10-15 min walk to main centre but we didn’t mind it. Taxis are also very cheap.
