Friendly owners — they bumped us up to a bigger room which was nice. Clean with nice touches.

Had to use shower as handheld since it didn’t attach. Beds were a little hard.

It was super close to the port, beach, food and scooter rental. Our host Georgios was soooo nice! The sweetest host we have ever had. When we first met him we arrived in the evening and he took my luggage up the steps for us, I was tired so it was sooo thoughtful. He took such good care of us. We didn't see spoons and he gave us some without a problem. Anything we needed he was here for. He even stored our luggage so we could walk around before our ferry. And then gave us a present for after our stay. I mean he really treats you like family. Oh and it is SPOTLESS! I am a clean freak so when I say it's clean it's clean. Oh and you can drink the water from his place. Saved us sooo much money from buying water. The price is sooo affordable! If you don't book here for your stay in Paros then you will be missing out on a wonderful stay.

Perfect accomodation in a great location with the most funny and attentive host - Giorgios! My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and it felt like home. The villa is spotless and so well maintained. The rooms and very clean and have everything you need, including aircon! The location itself is perfect - 5 mins walk to a beach, a scooter rental and restaurants. It’s on the quiet side of town too, which means you can actually sleep without hearing the late night parties! 15 mins walk from the ferry. Giorgios was so accomodating. He works hard to make sure we have a great time, is very generous and made us laugh many many times! Big thank you for taking us into your home Giorgios! We will be back!

We had the room on the third floor with the private terrace. The terrace was very nice and it added space to our room. The room and terrace were sparkling clean. Georges the host is a very nice and welcoming person. He kept asking us if we needed clean towels or bed sheets. And he was always there to answer questions or to give recommendations.

The wifi was sometimes slow inside the room as the router is fixed in the outside terrace. Also, the closest supermarket is about 15-20 min walk, which might be difficult on hot sunny days, but this is something personal.

My husband and I stayed in Paros for 4 nights at the 3rd floor Kontaratos apartment. You have a spectacular view of the mountain/hillside. You get the entire patio / seating area to yourself as you are the only apartment on the 3rd floor. The location is fantastic, only a couple minute walk to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are, about a 15 minute walk to the port where you get on and off the ferry. There is a small bakery / convenience store less than 10 minute walk for your morning coffee. George met us at the apartment later in the evening for a late check-in and was very pleasant and accommodating. He went through the typical house rules and walked us through the different features of the apartment. All of the amenities listed on the booking were present and functional. This is a great apartment for a couple or maybe a family of 3 as there are 2 single beds pushed together. We had an amazing time on Paros and would definitely call George again! Kontaratos Studios & Apartments if we come back to Paros in the future.

Nothing, everything was great!

George and his wife are amazing hosts, and the property is impeccably maintained and well-equipped with great showers, laundry, mini fridge and other key fixtures. My partner and I stayed on the 3rd floor and the view was stunning beyond belief and porch vast. Every day we slept peacefully, were greeted by the sense of calm and rural/sea life yet we were just minutes walk from the heart of town, incl. ferry and buses. The garden and landscape were gorgeous. Parikia is the best home base to explore Paros (and easy to get to Antiparos, Naoussa, etc with bus or ferry). Most of all we felt both cared for but given privacy to enjoy several days. And the price is fully reasonable.

A simply incredible experience that makes Kontaratos Studios & Apartments the top desination in Paros! The place is tucked away in a quiet street just a few minutes away from the beach, with the heart of Parikia and its charming old town close by. The house was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with facilities, and everything was extremely clean upon arrival. George himself was an outstanding host, meeting me on the property upon arrival and going above and beyond to provide everything I needed for my first time on the island. I can say with certainty that I'll be back - Ευχαριστώ πολύ Γιωργος!!!

Our initial location with Booking.com was cancelled due to a "technical error" with the host. After that cancellation, we booked another location that was very near the port. Unfortunately, I missed that they didn't have air conditioning and parking wasn't nearby. I then booked with Giorgos Kontaratos and it was an AMAZING STAY! Although it was very last minute (booked around 9pm), he had the rooms ready for us within about 20 minutes. He even upgraded us to a larger appartment that had a full kitchen and bunk beds (that we would love to use in the future). He was a most gracious host and his place is clean and extremely comfortable. There is a few minute walk to the restaurants and port, but not bad and honestly very enjoyable walk to stretch my legs in the morning to get coffee. (Side note, we ate breakfast at the Symposium that had a GREAT waffle and the Paros Hotel that had amazing pancakes and filtered coffee!!)

There wasn't ANYTHING that we didn't like about our stay.

I was greeted by George at the door :) He was so lovely with the check in process! My stay felt safe which was important to me as a solo female traveller! I stayed in a double bedroom semi basement and i really liked the privacy the room afforded. The room was clean, presentable, aircon was so good and the free wifi worked really well! The location was so good, just a 20 min walk from the port or 7 min walk to the beach/ main town. They gave me a complementary cold water on the house which was generous and on check out I was given a lovely Paros fridge magnet which was so kind and lovely of George and Marianna! 10/10 would stay again!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, George was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. Service was exceptional across the board. George was attentive, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. location was ideal—centrally located and within walking distance to many popular attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was easy to explore the city without needing to rely on transportation.

Everything was excellent.
