I'll be honest: when I got there, I was disappointed. The rooms could certainly do with an upgrade and it's 2kms from town, but the longer I stayed, the more I fell in love with the charming little place! Whilst you are out of town, that is actually a benefit. You have your own private beach with crystal clear waters, near enough to town if you want a night out, but far enough away that there is no noise. Sunsets are exquisite. The view is to die for! If I went back to Paros, this would most definitely be my accommodation choice ❤️

Could definitely do with an upgrade & the path to town is rocky & pitch black at night. Perhaps a few solar powered lamps to light the way?

Perfect place right on the sea, the view is unmatched, as well as falling asleep and waking up with the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. The owners, Nico and Penny are very warm, welcoming and helpful with any request you may have. There is a tiny beach right under the rooms and Krios and Marcelo Beaches are 5 minute walk from the apartments. There is also a little ferry boat that takes you from the apartments, to Marcelo Beach and to Parikia town. We have been going there for 10 years and still counting <3 ;)

Beautiful location, literally on top of the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. The owner was cleaning the room when I arrived and she let me in early. Coffee machine and fridge. Water taxi from Parikia comes regularly to take you to and from the port. Beach chairs were free to use. Nice balcony to watch the water. Restaurant and beach bar next door were very convenient. A free port/airport pickup was offered but I didn't take the offer and got the water taxi instead.

Beds were a little small. Shower door was missing (that was fine, shower still worked). Room was a little bit average for the price, but you are paying for the location, so for me it was ok.

This property was at an incredible location overlooking Parikia harbour. There’s not many places in the world you could watch a sunset like this from your apartment for such great value. There was also a decent restaurant 20m away with excellent waterfront location. However, we would recommend to hire a car/scooter/ATV to access both the port and beaches close by as the path to the ferry arrival was about a half hour walk. The host Nick was excellent, and was very kind in providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the port. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Petalides Apartments are in a beautiful location on the water front and are right next to a great restaurant. The mangers of the property were so nice and accommodating. They picked us up and dropped us to the port which was great. There is a taxi boat that goes to the main city several times a day which is really convenient.

The only negative about the apartments were the bathrooms. The bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartment down stairs only contained a bath with a long shower hose that needed to be handheld. One of the apartments upstairs was missing a shower screen so water went in the floor.

I have never stayed in a property this close to the crystal clear water of the beach. The owner is extremely kind and caring, provided snacks for us on arrival and transferred us from and to the port so we would not miss our ferry. If you want to enjoy your time in a quiet but beautiful area of Paros at an incredible budget while supporting kind and hard working hosts, this is the place to be.

For us it was not a problem, but have in mind that the hotel is a ~20 min walk from the main city. The walk itself is beautiful as its by the sea, and you cross many people so its safe even at night. If you have a vehicle, its easier as there is parking as well.

Stunning views from your balcony. Right on the waterfront. Small apartment complex so it's quiet and very relaxing. The room was simple but we had a fridge freezer and coffee machine so it was perfect for our stay.

Taxis were 15 euro from Parikia at night. The walk into town is very scenic by but the cliff walk isn't very safe in the dark. Worth it for the views and access to the beach.

As has been stated previously, right on your own small beach, beautiful views, rustic charm, very accommodating owners that collect you and take you back to the ferry terminal. Lovely beach restaurants a few minutes walk away, the Krios Lounge was amazing.

The property is a few KM from town, we walked in and it takes ca 30 mins, we also hired quads, we knew this when we booked so not a problem. The restaurant next to the apartment looks idyllic, reviews are mixed but we found the staff, especially the owner, to be unfriendly and almost resentful! We wouldn’t return there. The water taxi picks up from the restaurant jetty, we did this once, very quaint but expensive for the 3 of us at 6euros each, one way, to town - nice experience though.

2nd time here and just love love LOVE it! The views situation are amazing, the room has air con and a very quiet fridge, also an excellent little coffee maker. The owner left snacks as well as coffee and water. This is just what us old school greekophiles search for, and there's not many places like this left. Plenty of hooks and coathangers for your clothes. Good water pressure in the shower. We were also delighted the cat we met there last year was waiting for us on arrival. A magical place.

The only comment is that it would be great to have a mirror in the bedroom, for doing make up etc

The setting was amazing the place was large and comfortable - host amazing fetched us from town and took us back at no cost - within walking distance to town around 10 mins . Local resturant good

Need more hooks in bedroom to hang towels and another mirror in each room would have been nice. kitchen ware needs a bit of upgrading Loved the fact we had a coffee machine and free pods
