We stayed in the studio with the queen size bed. The room was adequate, exactly as shown in the photos. The balcony enhances the overall experience. The building is recently renovated and very clean. The maid comes every day and besides cleaning, changes the towels and sheets. Mr. Antonis, the owner, is always very polite and ready to help with anything needed. He truly enhanced our stay. The location is excellent, walking distance from the port, tge center of Parikia and the Livadia beach.

The bathroom was a bit small and the stay was a little bit overpriced, like ecerything in tge island.

We were four friends traveling together, so the four separate beds were great. The location of the property was good - not far from the beach & a 10/15 minute walk into town. The full size fridge was good to have & the bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Plus, we had our laundry done too!! That was wonderful!! Having AC was good on one of our nights. We liked having the verandah to sit out on & have breakfast. Antonis was really great to deal with & the pick up/drop off at the port was very welcome.

The bathroom was extremely small. Ok for us but would be a tight fit for any larger guests. It was pretty loud being close to the busy road.

Antonis is a wonderful host, picking us up free of charge at the port and taking us to his apartment. He explained everything we needed to know to make our stay as pleasant as possible (local life, where to go, where to eat...). The apartment, although located in a semi-basement, is bright and very comfortable. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. As we arrived before our room was due to be vacated, Antonis was able to store our luggage and put it in the apartment when it was ready. The apartment is very quiet, with no road noise, and is just a few minutes walk from the town center. If we ever come back to Paros, we will definitely return to one of his apartments. The location turned out to be amazing. So close to the beach, just off the main road. So so close to restaurants and a lovely beach. If you are visiting the first time, you really choose of reviews, so hope this helps. Accommodation close to the port, very appealing, attention to detail, roomy enough for two people and EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN! But probably the gem of this place is the owner. You hear of hospitable people and owners who give advice etc., but Antonis went out of his way to make this stay memorable. He found the time to do both transfers from and to the port, helped us arrange a car rental, sent so many recommendations. We had some trouble with warm water, that is maybe the only reason why we did not score this place 10, but again, Antonis apologised for this and immediately attended to the problem. We got free use of the washing machine outside our room, which comes in very handy! While we waited for check-in, Antonis sorted us with water and juice, which in the Heat of Parian Summer, was amazing! Really an exceptional stay, and will highly recommend.

I can't even begin to express how amazing our trip to Paros was! Our host Antonis was very helpful, he gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to see and he even picked us up from the port after midnight, after our ferry was delayed, and offered us ride to the port when we were going back. We travel a lot and he was definitely the best host we've ever had so when we come back to Paros, we will definitely stay at Ragousis Apartments again! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had a reasonable price, plus the cleaning lady will always clean you room and provide you with new towels upon request. We had everything we needed and it's safe to say we are coming back here as soon as we can! 😁

We felt like home in this accomodation, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including a Nespresso). The owner was very nice, he offered a free ride from the post office (just 300m after the port) when we arrived and showed us around the main street till the property. Water and a small bottle of wine was complimentary. We had a semi-basement room, but it didn’t bother us. Bed was super comfortable, the room very clean, and in the kitchen we found Nespresso capsules, sugar, salt, oil, and all the ustensils we may need for breakfast or any other meal. The property is well maintained and looks very pretty, it’s about 5 min to the town beach and 10-15 min to the center of Parikia; alos very well connected if you rent a car and you can park around the property with no problem.

Our host Antonis was amazingly organised and so helpful. We were upgraded to a larger apartment, provided with a late check out, and even dropped at the port for our next ferry. Antonis organised our hire car and laundry for us as well at great rates. The apartment itself was very clean, with comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. The apartment was also tidied up each day by the housekeeper, which we didn’t expect, but was welcome. It was an easy walk to to the old town, port and beach, and so much to see and do. We would definitely stay again and recommend the property.

Antonis, the owner of the hotel was really nice and helpful. He upgraded the room for us. He gave us all the info we need and offered a lot of stuff that make our trip easily. Room was clean and decent size. It's located at the area quite but close to the centre. For those who are thinking to rent a car, even the property said there's no parking, there are plenty of parking space on the road in front of the property.

You might feel the location is a bit far from the port only if you carry luggages. (But not impossible at all.)

He allowed us to early check-in and late check out and even gave us a ride to the port. the location is central and there are many restaurants, supermarkets, bars in a walking distance. if you’re looking for an apartment in Pariki don’t think twice and book Ragousis apartments.

Very spacious and nice apartment with two bedrooms, small kitchen, living room and balcony and terrace for a fair price. Location is excellent. 200 m from the beach and 900 m from the ferry. The host Antonis is extremely friendly and caring. Does the transport from and to ferry himself although only short distance. Donated us a bottle of wine and asked every day about our needs.
