One of the only hotel-run swimming pools in the area. The pool itself was exceptionally clean at all times, and was a perfect temperature. Sunbeds were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff provided fresh towels upon request at any time, which you could also take to the beach etc. The room itself was great with very comfortable beds and pillows. The hospitality of the hotel staff was exceptional. They were always friendly and happy to help. The downstairs bar is absolutely beautiful also, featuring a classical piano and very pleasant decorative features. I would really recommend this hotel.

The interior of the room itself could do with modernisation (i.e. new shower heads), but this was a minor thing and did not impact the quality of the stay at all. The one aspect of this hotel that would boost it from a 9/10 to a 10/10 would be the breakfast. The breakfast was continental, however, the quality and selection of food and drink could be improved substantially.

Very good central location with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff which made my solo stay very easy. Room was comfortable and the lighting was excellent. Comfortable sunbeds around pool and nice roof terrace for breakfast.

Rather larger than expected for a boutique hotel with poor views from balcony, on lower floor, but understandable as this is a central hotel in a busy town. The swimming pool is refreshing but access is not easy for an unconfident swimmer. A kettle would be of more use than the coffee machine, but that is a personal opinion.

Very beautiful hotel, comfortable room, nice administrator (good advices, help with restaurant reservations, and so on..

Breakfast. Compare to the hospital very nice lady on reception willing to help, you step into the roof and.. nobody meets you, you don’t know where to sit, where to get a plate.. working ladies even don’t say hello, fully ignore you. Vegetables were finished, eggs were cold :(( orange juice was not fresh, just chemical :(( Jams are also not natural, no fruit, sausages were very untasty. Cheese and coffee were good! I was very disappointed - no any service during the breakfast. No view - all shades are closed. The condition is not able to present nice atmósfera to guests. Beautiful lobby on the 1st floor (not used at all for guests) and breakfast hall are like from the different planets🤷‍♀️

Good size room and bathroom. Very good breakfast selection and taken on the top floor/ roof terrace - in the sun! Excellent location for first visit/ passing through Preveza. Pool size bigger than expected; you could actually swim in it.

No complaints about the hotel who were very helpful but a note of caution: We had great difficulty getting a taxi from the airport. Noone wanted to take us on the short journey to Preveza although we were first in the long queue because all the taxis cherrypicked the people wanting to go to Lefkada for twice the fare.

Breakfast really excellent (both for meat eaters and vegetarians) on the roof top. Incredible service. e.g. I called down to reception (the in-room phone actually worked - rare these days) and I had accidentally pressed the wrong buttons so the receptionist couldn't hear me. Within a couple of minutes there were two members of staff at the door checking what we needed! Towels provided for pool then fresh ones for the beach and free push bikes to use to get to the beach - a very easy walk and ride.

I think a couple more options on the menus (pool/bar/lounge/room service, which are all the same) would make all the difference. A cold meat and/or cheese plate with fruit for eg. Maybe olives and some bread or crackers with dips These things are served at breakfast anyway so the kitchen have them and it should be simple. I think it would also hugely benefit from just a couple of cocktail options to complement the amazing lounge. Finally, if they had the budget they could make far more of the roof top - a hot tub and bar and lots more plants maybe.

We had a three bedded room for three friends which was spacious and well equipped and.a double room for two other friends My husband came a week later and had a single room which he said was also great Great location quiet area just off the seafront nearby all restaurants The staff could not have been more helpful - giving us directions to a nearby fab restaurant, booking a taxi for my husband to go to Lefkada town and re arranging the taxi pick up time three times due to our changing plans The breakfast on the third floor terrace was perfect with nice views over the town We had the free use of five bikes provided by the hotel for the five of us which meant we could cycle to the beach and local taverna which was a real treat There’s also a swimming hole pool which we didn’t use but looked welcoming clean and private with plenty of sun beds

Nothing it was all fab

Absolutely everything. The hotel itself is very special but what truly makes it is the staff. From the moment we stepped foot through the door we never stopped smiling. The gent at reception who's was amazing so welcoming and never without a smile. Love him and a true gem and credit to the hotel was our gorgeous lady round the pool area,Ellie. Again never without a smile , a drink , towels and lovely conversation always wanting and willing to help to make you stay more than comfortable. Was gutted to be leaving the place and the people there. Can't wait to return. Thank you to the whole team for making everything so special ❤ loads of love Gary &Rachel. See you all again soon xxx

Leaving

I arrived around 1:30pm and was very kindly allowed to check in early as my room was ready. The room was clean and spacious Bed super comfy. Air con worked really well and having a fridge in the room was a bonus. Great sunbeds around the pool area, comfy mattresses with head rests. Location wise - a 2minute walk from the marina and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Slight drainage.smell when first walked in the room but this soon disappeared. Wasn't allowed to use the pool on my 1st day as it hadn't been cleaned yet but was available the following day.

Loved the pool area, the location to the harbour and tavernas, use of bikes, staff especially the young lady who worked around the pool, so friendly and informative. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We would love to return. Oh and toiletries in the bathroom lovely touch (you will understand this is a nice addition if you are traveling with hand luggage only!) also fridge in the room for storing water.

Nothing much but as other people have mentioned, could make better use of the roof terrace outside area. Breakfast served inside but would be lovely to have more tables outside. Good be beautiful up there and a great addition to an already lovely hotel.

Suite was a good size, everything in the room was good, room had fridge,water, coffee making, Aircon, large bathroom shower and separate bath, seating, TV. Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet but only a short walk to the atmospheric old town and harbour with lots of bars, cafés and restaurants. Balcony had no furniture but upon asking 2 chairs were provided so we could sit outside. Pool and pool area is bigger than it looks. There is parking but not much, first come etc. Breakfast on the roof terrace is pretty good, coffee good and food choices decent. Housekeeping on the ball too.
