Nice property with well equiped suits( fridge, kitchen) a.c working properly, big rooms, everyday change of the towels The nicest thing on this property- the swimming pool, big and not crowded, quite a pleasure to use it. Heads up: the property serves a very good breakfast and also some stuff at the swimming pool( chicken nuggets, club sandwich, greek salad, meatballs), but there is not a restaurant working for dinner unfortunately. You can reach the property easily by car, Preveza City is a must visit if you stay here-harbour area represents a pleasure walk with restaurants and bars. Now getting back to the property, a car is mandatory to reach different areas/beaches/shops.

Now this is not a con, just a thing you should know-there is not a beach nearby or from the hotel, there is an unorganized beach down the road from the hotel, i do not recommend it, maybe in the future they will accomodate a beach too :)

The pool bar was close

Very convenient place to visit Préveza if you have a car. It is close to the access to the main road. It is in a very quiet area, with gardens and swimming pool that invite you to rest. Family atmosphere. All apartments have good views of the garden. The very large private terrace. While it is true that the sea is very close, the immediate beach is only good for a walk. Don't miss visiting the Acheron River. We enjoyed staying at the Kalamitsi Hotel.

Absolutely wonderful in every way. We stayed for a mini break with a five year old and a baby and my wife is pregnant and we couldn’t fault it. Firstly location is brilliant being just 10 minutes drive from the airport and Centre of town and literally a 2 minute walk from a beach ( this beach isn’t so nice but good enough for a swim and a change of scenery ) and a 5 minute drive from an excellent family beach. Secondly staff are just the very loveliest. Lastly accommodation was super clean , aircon worked and the pool was wonderful. All in all exceptional and the only place in 9 years that my wife said she wants to go back to next year.

A very beautiful, quiet and well looked after place, run by a lovely and helpful family. It's surrounded by Orange trees and Olive groves, and all we could hear were birds. Big swimming pool and super comfortable bed! The whole place was impeccably clean. The room had a large balcony which got all the afternoon sun. We loved our stay. It's a short drive to Preveza or nearby beaches but it's easy to rent a scooter/car, and taxi's are cheap. Would absolutely recommend to others!

Lovely place, with a huge swimmingpool. The seashore is not far from the accomodation (2-3 minutes walk), also there are other more beautiful beaches nearby. The owner and staff were helpful and the apartment was clear, comfortable and well equipped. We drank cool coctails next to the swimmingpool, the owner helped us to order food from a nearby restaurant.

Transportation. The apartment is not far from Preveza airport (which can be a benefit too), but you have to rent a car or a taxi to get to the accomodation. Anyway you should rent a car to visit Lefkada's beautiful places.

what you see is what you get the pictures are exactly what they are no catfish business staff are great and polite and on point check in was easy and check out was fine only issue had to catch a taxi everywhere but after speaking to locals it made sense there’s a rear bus service

staff great very family oriented it seems like a family run business so it makes it more comfy and chilled pool is great and clean and also cleaners are so nice

The staff were amazing and so friendly. When our flight was delayed at night, we were allowed to stay past check in time until we had to leave for the airport so we weren’t wondering around Preveza on our own, with our luggage. Our room was also very clean! The bar staff were also very polite and the drinks were amazing!

Perhaps the bar could be open a little later so we could grab late night drinks.

Great resort for quiet relaxing days. Apart from the nice pool as an option to chill on hot days, you can also find 2 beaches pretty close. The 1st is only 3 minutes walking, but not so great, the other one is 15 minutes on foot and is almost "private" if you want to avoid crowded ones. Staffing was very welcoming, everything clean and taken care of and great breakfast!

You should get provisions from Preveza if you want to cook there or have your own snacks, because there is no store around. This is not an issue of course, since the city is only 10 minutes by car/taxi.

The apartment was little dated & the bed so hard it was uncomfortable also every night a dog was barking & every morning 5.30 /7 am a cockerel was crowing loudly
