The hotel is very accessible, bus stop is just across the road. they've organised our transport from airport to hotel. the Rooms are Big, the beds are comfortable. 2 bedroom hotel, 1st room 1 double bed, 2nd room 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in living room. heating and air conditioning available. the hotel rooms are very clean. the staff are very nice, breakfast is good with fresh fruits. the swimming pool is good size, after a stroll or swim in the beach u can relax by the pool. beach is just 2-3 minutes walk. theres a shop beside the hotel. we're family of 5, with 2 teenagers. we will go back for sure, this is a good location to base in crete. we stayed for 6nights.

Nothing to dislike.

Literally everything was exceptional. Location is great as it is relatively close to the old town of Rethymno. The room was very comfy and clean and it came with a very spacious balcony. The room was equipped with everything that we needed and it was cleaned daily from the very friendly housekeeping ladies who did a decent job. I want to say a big thank you to the 3 ladies in the reception. Irini, Peggy and Virginia were very friendly, helpful and willing to help and answer all our questions, making our stay even more pleasant. Apologies to the Lady who was preparing and serving the breakfast for not remembering her name. All in all, a very pleasant stay that even exceeded our expectations for the price that we paid. It is an absolute value for money and we will definitely try coming back when we are in Rethymno. Many greetings and thank you very much!

Nothing to really complain about. If I had to say something, it would be that our room at times was kind of noisy because of the passing cars and vehicles on the street. But this is minor and not something that the hotel can do. Probably a room with pool view in the inner courtyard would be calmer. But as I said, this is minor and not worthy of complaining or affecting our stay.

Lovely big room with enormous balcony. Bus stop for the short ride into town was outside the hotel and there was a new supermarket opposite. So comfortable we stayed an extra (fourth) night. The lane opposite lead to the beachfront and the east scenic walk into the old town. Helpful, friendly staff.

Some shoddy construction work in the new bathroom has resulted in faulty plug in vanity basin (couldn’t drain it), the bottom door edge rotting away from its poor alignment with the shower floor. Air conditioner was ineffectual .. we resorted to sleeping with the balcony door open because it was cooler.

It was clean, nice looking. The room view was of the pool and trees. The breakfast was delicious and varied. There was always a parking space in front. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach. A large store is just across the street. Towels are changed every two days.

Two single beds were moved apart, they are not fixed. The parking in front of the hotel is uphill. There is no bar in the hotel. There are no holders for toothbrushes and soap in the bathroom, nor for soaps and shampoos in the shower cabin.

We stayed in a Superior 2 bedroom apartment as a family with 2 couples. The facilities were excellent, and the apartment furnished to a high standard. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and show their pride in this lovely hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, with gorgeous local specialities made in-house. Everything was explained to us, which was great. We did not get a chance to use the pool, but it looked really inviting. It is a great value and definitely better than 2-star hotel. We would be delighted to visit again.

Nothing the hotel can do anything about. Rethymno is a very busy place for traffic and therefore a bit noisy. The location close to the beach and not too far from the venetian harbour and old town more than makes up for it. It's definitely worth a visit.

The room is spacious, modern, well preserved and bright. It has a little kitchen for those who want to cook. The bathroom has a spacious shower and very bright. The beds comfortable and clean. The bedroom had a little balcony. The staff is super friendly and provided us with a bottle of water as soon as we arrived which made us feel the hotel staff is very thoughtful considering the high temperatures of Crete in July.

The pillows were not very soft but it’s ok because it’s a personal preference. The hotel is a fair 20 min walk from the city center.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment, which was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even better. The location is great—only a 2-minute walk to the main beach, and there’s a supermarket right next to the hotel where you can find everything you need. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back!

Spent 2 weeks at Eltina Hotel. Room 621 which is in the back of the Hotel. The street was quiet. Good location, very close to the beach. 20-30m walk to old town. Rooms and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was good. Breakfast was good but nothing special or greek. Sun umbrelas are available to borrow. Easy parking.

Overall, we are satisfied, but there are some minor things that could make our experience perfect: Every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom flooded. There is no place to put your things in the bathroom. There were not enough hangers (3), but we could ask for a few more. Kitchenette had a fan above the stove, but it was not connected to anything. TV was very small. Corredor was loud, and the pool wasn't always clean. Staff was helpful if you needed something but not overly friendly ( sometimes I felt like I was only disturbing them). There are no pool towels.

We had an awesome stay at Eltina Hotel. Everything was perfect, the beds were super comfy, we could get late check in, because we didn't exactly know when we'll arrive and the breakfast was fantastic. We had it for only 2 days, but everything felt homemade and they varied the choise even within this 2 days. The breakfast area was so nice, bright and quiet. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was especially nice, we could have sit there for hours and enjoy the food. The staff in general was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

The pool did not look that nice...but the weather was not that nice anyways. Wi-Fi signal was super bad in our room. But also in other accommodations on Crete, so maybe a general problem.
