Our stay was beyond perfect, the apartment with sea view looks even better in reality than on booking photos or any photos provided. The balcony left us speechless, so spacious with beautiful sea/beach view and the sunset colours over the sea. It's perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our 4 days stay, parking was possible to find in the streets around the block. Just around the corner there's a supermarket with everything you may need, bakery and some restaurants with amazing local food. Lefteris is an amazing dear person, he helped with everything we needed and made our stay worry free. This will definitely be our home whenever in Rethimno in future.

Very good location, friendly staff ( big thank you to our host Lefteris), late check out with no extra charge, you can reach the beach, supermarkets and restaurants within 50 meters. Apartment is very well equipped with sandwich maker, coffee machine, electric plate, kitchenware, etc. View of the sea is absolutely great. Despite the minuses listed, we enjoyed our stay here!

Cleaning service is every 3 days, in the other days not even the trash gets taken. There is a strong sewer smell in the bathroom at some moments. Water pressure in the high demand periods, is very low (common problem in Rethimno). Baby ants in the kitchen cabinet and a strange smell from the back of the refrigerator.

It's amazing place with very good value for money, location is close to the beach (1 min), city centre (15 min), and castle (20 min on foot). Multiple restaurants, shops, car rentals, etc around. The apartments are good looking and generally well maintained, the flat with garden was the best choice for hot days!

All was great. One very minor thing noticed was the presence of a few small mouldy spots on bathroom wall.

Proximity to the beach and the promenade, it takes only 1 minute by foot to get to the beach. Quiet neighbourhood, away from noisy bars, but at the same time close to the center. Spacious apartment, perfect for a group of 3 or 4 people. Two large balconies, one with sea view. We were on third floor so the view was amazing. Beds and pillows were really comfy. Great value for money.

Although our apartment was on the end of the hallway, my parents were constantly woken up during the night and morning due to careless neighbours who were slamming doors (which are really heavy). Poor sound insulation, so if you are a light sleeper be aware of that. It was really spotlessly clean, but my mom noticed a couple of moths (I know that’s not the owner’s fault, but the mosquito window net could be useful). Check out can only be extended to 11:30. Water pressure was low. But none of these things had a significant negative impact on our stay, we really enjoyed it.

Spacious,very clean,well equipped ,beautifull apartment.Sea view .Lift to floors.Ideal for families.Perfect location,1 minute from the beach and promenade with shops and restaurants, bigger supermarket on the same street 300m, bakery 1 street further. Very nice staff and helpfull. They even clean your apartment and change towels during you stay.Superb, I highly recommend.

Fabulous apartments, would definitely recommend. The owner is very helpful, great communication before arrival and during our stay, he is usually around most of the day in his office downstairs if you need any help. Great location, the beach is at the bottom of the street and only about a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. We had a studio apartment with side sea view. Very spacious, plenty of storage, lovely big balcony with view of the sea. Good Wifi connection, air con which is a must as it was so hot, safe, TV - so overall great facilities. Small supermarket at the end of the street and a large supermarket a few streets away. Loads of cafes, bars, shops, restaurants etc at the end of the street and along into town where there is everything you could want. This is our fifth stay in Reth over the years, our favourite holiday resort and would definitely stay at the Aloe Apartments again.

Only a minor thing but it would be nice to have some sort of blind/shade on the balcony. Our room 305 got the sun most of the day and it was really too hot to sit on the balcony for breakfast, even at 8.30 am. We ended up having breakfast indoors which was a bit of a shame.

Everything was exceptional. Superb location overlooking the sea. Friendly staff and maximum cleanliness. Every two days, they changed our bedding and towels. The room is spacious and with all amenities. We felt like home and the price was advantageous. We will definitely come back.

Super location: very close to the beach and grocery store, restaurants and 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. However a quiet side street.
