The accommodation in this facility was perfect. The owner was very accommodating, friendly with a great sense of humor. He arranged a transfer for us to the airport at a very reasonable price. The beautiful pool with open bar offered daily relaxation. The apartment was clean and cleaned regularly. I would recommend staying at this complex.

We found Othonas Apartments after we had to move out from an other one due to mold issues. And what can I say? This is THE PERFECT apartments you can find in Sidari. Clean, cozy and close to the beaches. Our host - Telis - was easily the kindest person in whole Sidari! He made sure that we can enjoy our stay there as much as possible! Breakfast was awesome and after a lovely chat on our last day we have even got a small gift as well! Highly recommended place and hosts! You cannot make a mistake booking accommodations here! Thank you Telis for making our last 2 days flawless! :)

The pool area is really lovely and Telis is a welcoming host. It was never overly busy, the sunbeds are comfortable and the lush garden surroundings make it such a pleasant place to spend time. We were a party of 7 including an almost three year old and so we stayed in the bungalow. We had our own garden with a table and chairs to sit out on a night when we came back from our meal. The accomodation was spotless and cleaned every day. The beds were so comfy- so not usually the case for holiday let beds- and the sheets were changed during our 9 night stay. The kitchen has everything you need to knock up a family lunch and there is a large supermarket a short walk away and a very friendly mini market right across the road. And theres a good snack and sandwich menu by the pool. The communication with Christiana before the holiday was fast and helpful and Telis could not do enough for us whilst we were there. Othonas Apartments is a place I will continue to recommend. Thank you.

There was just one thing and it was not within the control of Telis and Christiana - Because the surroundings are so lush and green, the mosquitoes are vicious - day and night so come prepared!! There was v helpfully a mostiquito machine in each bedroom waiting for us on our arrival. You'll definitely need your sprays for evenings out!!

we chose the accommodation thanks to great reviews that even exceeded our expectations. A very nice complex with a beautiful garden complete with a perfect and clean swimming pool that has been maintained every day. The rooms are nicely furnished, everything you need was in the furniture, the rooms were cleaned every day. I have to praise the excellent host Telis, who always complied with our requests or questions, was willing to give us advice and share tips on where and what to see on the island, and also a very pleasant person who will only make your stay more pleasant

Beautiful , clean and comfortable apartments . We stayed in the bungalow which was really spacious and private and is equipped with everything you need. The lovely cleaning lady calls every day. The beds are really comfy . Gorgeous pool area . My kids loved it ! Telis is a gentleman, he is very welcoming , helpful and kind . He also makes the best cocktails ! About a 10 minute walk takes you to the town of Sidari and the beach. There is also a large supermarket a few minutes walk away and some nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

The accommodation was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. the pool and bar areas were fantastic. so clean stunning surroundings. the bar area was stocked with every drink you could possibly wish for

Perfect gem of a hotel. Very late check in and met by the owner goes over and beyond to help.. Appartment Immaculate with everything you need. . Pool view and the pretty Meadows to look over. Bar and pool times detect. Pool clean and well maintained by really friendly staff. All the people staying there were lovely and chatty it felt like a family atmosphere. . Owner knocked when we were leaving to thank us for being his guest's

The walk into town is dangerous not the hotels fault

A fantastic 6 night stay at the end of June as a family of 4. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted from our transfer by Telis the manger who showed us to our apartment and made us feel extremely welcome. The apartment was 2 bedroom and spacious with 2 balconies and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - when on holiday we cook little and like to eat out so there was sufficient to make breakfast / lunch/ snacks etc. The pool area is lovely and the pictures on the web site do not do it justice, the sun beds are comfortable and the bar area is lovely - Telis serves all the drinks beautifully and will bring them to your sun bed if you wish. If staying in Sidari do not hesitate to book Othonas Apartments you will not be disappointed. 5/10 minutes walk to the main area depending on your pace with a vast selection of bars and restaurants, however there were a few restaurants very close by also. Selection of supermarkets very close.

Nothing to dislike about the apartments themselves About 5/10 minutes walk into town with no footpath for the first part of the journey - so with small children you would need to be careful if walking, however it did not bother us. Telis showed us a side road to the beach which avoided the road and you could use this way to cut back up onto the main area if you wished

Room only basis / Telia stayed late to meet us and this was appreciated. He showed us around the apartment with great care. He has a tremendous amount of pride in his property and this is evident by its cleanliness and upkeep.

The property has beautiful gardens surrounding it but essentially situated on the main road like many others. Only bother negatives were the mozzies really.

Our host was very helpful, especially worth mentioning was the fact that he waited for us at 1 a.m. since our flight was late in the night. Not only he waited but also gave us a few packs of instant coffee and a large bottle of water free of charge. Our room was decent, not the most modern one but definetely clean and tidy. I highely recommend to book your stay here!

The apartment window of our room was right next to the street that was somewhat full of loud traffic during the night which made sleeping kinda bad if you dont close the window. But, since rooms have AC, that is really really a minor issue.
