Amazing views, staff were helpful

The lady at Luno didn't allow me to have a crepe. I really wanted it but she said no :(

Incredible view and location, good size villa and terrace, helpful that staff carried suitcase up and down stairs.

We enjoyed our stay but with the high price there were more negatives than we'd expected. No rubbish bin in room so had to leave food wrappers etc out on the side which caused ants in the villa. Obviously it's a hot country so there was already a lot of ants on the terrace. Breakfast was awful and even though it was included we went elsewhere and paid. Jacuzzi in room was cold- I'd asked in advance and been informed it was 33 degrees but I don't think that was the case- the light in the jacuzzi in the room stays on until 1am which attracted a lot of flies inside the villa.

The location of the hotel was great. It was away from the crowded tourist areas, but close enough to walk and enjoy the sunsets. The seas food was excellent.

The jacuzzi was nice given it was private. However, it was a little too close to the walkway for our liking thus making it less private. Moreover, it was not heated for the evening!

Everything was extremely smooth, from initial communication to departure. The property itself is extremely clean, and quiet, and the villa is a lot bigger than I imagined. Three levels, including the pool and the terrace. Top service, hosts are extremely accommodating. And a special thank you to Ioanna, the property manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic, helping us with a LOT more than just the usual touristy stuff. Would definitely go back again, just excellent!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the high review rating truly reflects the quality of this place. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, and I am genuinely thrilled with my decision to choose this hotel. Highly recommended! It was a 10 for me!

Overall, there weren't many bad things about this hotel, but I do have a few small points to mention. The hotel is a bit far from the main road, requiring you to go up and down many steps to reach it. This can be challenging in the warm weather of Santorini. If you're not very sporty or have difficulty walking up and down steps, you might want to consider another place. Additionally, it would be an improvement to install some small glass partitions between the bathroom area and the bedroom. Sometimes, it's difficult to take a shower without worrying about splashing water on the bed and other areas.

Beautiful and spacious property with an amazing high view of the sea and Santorini mountains. Suite had a Jacuzzi with adjustable temperature. TV had Netflix and other streaming services. Air conditioned room (much needed on hotter days). Staff were wonderful and helpful, reached out before our arrival to help us organise transport, offered to help us organise any activities, and finally our transport back to airport. Honestly cannot recommend White Pearl Villas enough for their excellent service and breath taking villa. Maintenance staff also deserve a shoutout for always attending if we had any requests which were always addressed promptly.

The location was perfect and a lovely hotel for our 10 year anniversary. We had a hidden gem villa… it’s a lot of steps which I wasn’t prepared for.

I think the hotel is pushy about the trips and excursions. It’s a lot cheaper if you go to the provider directly. Also the recommendations they give are all with their partners. For example a jazz night was recommended to us and they said a name of the place which actually turned out to be the sister hotel with the same name and a very expensive meal. However the views were amazing but you only find out it’s £250 per person when you get there.

White Pearl Villas was absolutely beautiful. We luckily got to stay in two of the rooms they offer and both were breathtaking. Anna, the host, was absolutely beautiful. She made our stay and we miss her!

We loved everything about White Pearl Villas but my only thing was due to going in peak season, our first room we stayed in, Blue Horizon, was above the restaurant where you have breakfast which of an evening plays music until very late. This was pretty loud and made it a little more difficult to fall asleep.

The room is right at the entrance of the village, so everything is super close, but you avoiding the crowds. The room is incredible, with an amazing sea view and a private jacuzzi with ambient temperature water. The bed is huge, and the sheets are delightful to sleep in. They bring your luggage to the room, and Anna, the host, attended to us impeccably. She even left a complimentary bottle of white wine, which was delicious. On our last day, she kept our luggage until our departure to the airport and let us swim in the hotel pool after checkout, always with a smile and great professionalism. She made us feel at home. It was a beautiful experience highly recommended.

Gorgeous rooms, spotlessly clean. The views are incredible. The rooms are all situated at the beginning of the Main Street in Oia so whilst you’re perfectly located close to everything you’re also away from the busy crowds that pile into the town from the cruise ships each day. We couldn’t have had a better stay. The room and pool were fab, we stayed in mystic luxury. Ana was so helpful with everything from local recommendations, bookings & answering questions promptly. The breakfast provided is at a nearby cafe which is lovely, you can also pay to have them delivery it to your room for an extra slice of luxury which we did one morning.
