Mr Pavlos the man who greeted us is very polite and made us feel very welcome. He also had a small gift for us the day we've checked out. Although the hotel apartments are next to the beach you don't risk swimming if you are not a very good swimmer but there are some areas with sand and shallow waters if you search for. The views are very beautiful. Breakfast was good enough and had lots of season fresh fruits which was a pleasant surprise. Looking at the sea and listening to nice music while having breakfast was a quite nice experience.

There was not a whole body mirror to make it easy for us to dress up. The swimming pool was very deep for us to use. The first day at breakfast I had a little bad experience from finding some small ants in my coffee cup and that was probably because I was the first to use the coffee machine that day. I don't know if other people had the same experience but I'm sure it was a just a bad incident and not due to the place cleanness. The very hot weather made those small incents work like crazy in many areas around the garden which is something that was not the personnel's responsibility do something about it. The personnel was very helpful and they offer right away to make a new coffee for me.

The location was fantastic - a few steps from the best part (in my opinion) of the Kato Stalos beach. Here the sand was dry and fluffy whereas further down it was compact and hard. It was also in a quiet part of the town which suited us. The room was fitted out to a very good standard and the balcony was great for a drink while enjoying the view of the sea and hotel pool. The breakfast was superb with both hot and cold choices and the staff in the bar were welcoming and friendly. In the afternoon/evening a great selection of music was quietly played making it very pleasant to sit by the pool, in the bar or on the nearby sun loungers.

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk so we had to phone the owner from our booking reference who came quite quickly from his residence next door but a notice or sign on the reception desk would've been welcomed.

The location was amazing right on the beach within one minute walk. The apartment had a fresh and modern look Plenty of restaurants and shops beside the hotel The view of the sea from the balcony

The bed wasn’t a double bed was made up of 2 singles that easily moved away from each other. The only sink and mirror in the apartment wasn’t in the bathroom, it was inside the bedroom which caused a great inconvenience The water in the shower was cold at times, especially in the morning or during the day, was only ever hot at night

Lovely pool following by a cool restaurant/beach bar which was literally right on the sandy beach . I really liked the size of the place as I think there were only approx 10 apartments and always sun loungers around the pool. We booked last minute hence our daughter and partner stayed in the very gorgeous refurbished sea view studio room whilst I , my husband and two sons stayed in the spacious unrefurbished, two bedroom apartment. It was basic but most importantly had comfortable mattresses and was immaculately clean with towels and even beach towels .There was only air con in the main room so we kept the bedroom doors open at night which worked well .Due to the latter being very basic the owners charged the same for both room types which was approx £110 per night including a delicious and high quality breakfast inc a bottle of wine on arrival . This meant the apartment worked out at an extraordinarily good value £27 per person per night. It admittedly wasnt luxurious but beds were made daily and the shared facilities were fab. Be aware if you want to cook its got an oven , fridge etc plus plates, glasses, saucepans etc but not a full kitchen of bits and pieces for cooking more elaborate meals . Owner waited up to 12 to let us check in and all staff were really smiley and friendly. Welcome gifts and.... departure gifts! Great food and best coctails we had in our trip round Crete.

The hotel was incredibly comfortable, offering a fantastic breakfast along with excellent food and cocktails at the restaurant, which is on the beach. Since we visited during the off-season, the atmosphere was very peaceful, and we practically had the beach to ourselves. The staff was outstanding—helpful and thoughtful in every way! They even let us check out late since our flight was scheduled for later in the day.

The water in the swimming pool was ice cold, so we couldn't really enjoy it.

I loved the position of the hotel, right on the beach, the appartment was perfect for our family with 2 kids, the pool was cleaned every night, the cleaning lady passed every day and was very nice and she did her job , the breakfast was very good , especially when the young lady was on duty she really made sure that we didn’t lack feta cheese tomatoes etc.

The only downside was that the hotel has a very nice beach bar and if you want to occupy 2 beachbeds with umbrella you have to have a consommation at the bar of 16 euros( noted on the beds). The problem was ( and we never ever has this problem in another part and we come in Crete for 7 years) that when we left to eat we were asked to take all our things even if we already payd the price, the owner’s son is in charge of the bar and he is the one who made this rule , I understand he wants to make a maximum of profit but I don’t think what he’s doing is legal ! Anyway, we went to the next beachbar where we didn’t have that problem.

We liked a lot that the hotel was on the beach which made easy either to swim at the sea or at the pool if the weather didn't permit sea swimming. We also liked the room, the facilities in it including the bathroom. The beach bar served nice drinks and food at a reasonable price (not cheap but not over priced either). People were very friendly, provided instructions about the area and places to go and were ready to serve. The hotel is nearby many stores, taverns, supermarkets and it's easy to go around.

The parking space is a little bit hard to find plus there aren't many places since it seems to be shared with the hotel next door. In addition the price per night seemed to be a little bit overpriced for the hotel itself but on the other hand staying on top of the beach at high season is something to be expected.

Location is about half an hour from Chania airport the hotel is located right on the beach side with direct exit good size pool for adults and children snacks bar with fully equipped kitchen rooms were provided with towels and beach towels cleaned and changed daily family apartments newly refurbished everything brand new with air conditioning on each room plenty to visit around and local transport right outside the hotel it is a quiet place and recommended for families with children I haven't seen disabled facilities as lift or ramps for those ones you may need to arrange for LG apartments We had a lovely time

The location was right on the beach in Stalos and close to lots of good restaurants. We like that it was quiet when we were there - We felt that we had most of the beach to ourselves. Free breakfast every morning right on the beach and the service was impeccable. The staff were super friendly and no complaints here. We also really loved the interiors of our room. Very tastefully renovated.

I could not think of any issues.

The hotel is directly located on the beach - so you have the pool and the beach right on your doorstep. The only thing that separates the hotel from the beach is the wonderful all day bar where you get served breakfast and can also have lunch, dinner, iced coffee, cocktails etc from morning to late evening. The food is delicious and the staff lovely. We had the studio with sea view and the view was just perfect. The room must have been renovated relatively recently and looked very nice and stylish. The friendly cleaning ladies came every day to sweep up, change towels etc - whatever was needed.

The only thing we did not like so much were the mattresses - they were a bit hard for our liking. Other than that everything was perfect.
