The room is big, modern it has, comfortable beds. The kitchinette has everything needed. Balcony is big. Staff is very kind. Free parking is available at location. We also stayed here in June and we booked another stay for end of August, so we definitely love Elephant Suites

The location is not the best. However if you don't mind walking, you'll reach Aristotelos square in 20-25 min. Despite the fact that neighbourhood of Elephant suites does not look good, it is not dangerous at all.

The appartment is new, and very nicely decorated/furnished. There is a big terrace, toilet is separated from the bathroom, big modern kitchen. Entering the building and appartment is contactless, with a pin code. Street is mostly quiet. Location is away from center, but near the shopping mall and a lot of street stores. Our stay was really comfortable in this suite. If you need something, response from support team is timely and helpful.

Getting hot water in taps and shower is a bit tricky. It's on demand. We didn't understand at first, but their support via booking helped us out. There is a switch to press when you want your hot water to be prepared in the system, so once light goes off, the water is hot.

The suite was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities that one would require for the stay were offered. Additionally, there were itinerary suggestions for the visit available. The check in -check out process was automated and the doors are on codes which makes it easy for travelling. The location was near an outlet mall and restaurant so there are food options. The location is about 30-40 minutes walk away from the town centre or you could take a bus (€0.90) from a few bus stops in the area. It was also right next to the event that we went to. There is a bus that takes you straight from the airport to a bus stop, which is a few streets away, for only €1.80.

The area seems a bit dodgy at night due to empty locked shops and garages, which isn't the hotel's fault. I would have liked to have a deadbolt or a chain on my door like in other hotels, especially because the main door, even though it was on a separate code, was never locked.

We enjoyed our stay at Elephant Suites. Room was clean, kitchen was well equipped, we also had a terrace where we had our breakfast. The biggest pro if you come with a car is the public parking place. There are a lot of parking places on the property street. It is a great advantage because I noticed it to be a problem in Thessaloniki since people park their cars in 2 rows. The entrace system is very modern, with codes, now worring about losing your keys.

It is a bit far from the city center, like 20 minutes walking, but we enjoyed these walking because we explored the city more.

1: Awful check in experience, they totally forgot to send me check in code/instruction in the day of arrival. Registration desk was empty. Took me more than 1.5 hours to get to the property with a luggage. Annoying!!!!!!! 2: Really far from the city center. Took us around 40 minutes to reach the center of Saloniki on foot. 3: Heavy noise from the road crossing nearby the property. Even completely closed windows cannot solve the noise problem. As a result 3 sleepless nights in our trip...... 4: Huge amount of ants in the kitchen area. They managed to get into our chips packages and completely sealed/unopened oatmeal package and covered all fruits we had leaving us without our breakfast.

It is the 3rd time i come to Thessaloniki and stay at Elephant Suites. :) The rooms are big, clean, have good lightning, big terrace and kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comforrable. I like it very much that rooms and property are accesed by door codes and not requiring keys. Even if it has 2 floors, elevator is available. Staff is very attentif ( remote- via email) and reminds that they can be contacted 24/7. Parking can be done free of charge in the street. Outlet mall Salonica one and Supermaket are at 2 min walk from the property.

If you don't have a car, it is a little bit far from center. However, if you don't mind a 20-30min walk, you'll reach the center on foot. The neighbourhood of the property does not look good, but it seems safe. As the rooms are used by a big variety of people, sometimes small things start to break or not function well ( ex: batroom door locker, soap bottle pump) . It would be nice if staff can pay more attention to this small details and fix them before they get unasable. This way property will remain at high standards during long time

The studio that we rented was really clean and functional. We had everything that we needed to make the stay comfortable, from basic practical appliances in the small kitchenette to a washing machine in the common hallway. It was such a nice sensation to come back to the room after a day’s walk in Thessaloniki and everything to smell like “new and clean”. The staff were really helpful and basically always present (only a phone call away), which made our stay even more pleasant: they were proactively in touch with us to ask how we were feeling and if we needed something, they adjusted the cleaning schedule based on our request, and immediately assisted when we had a minor issue with the door lock. Regarding the location, the property is located not very far from the center (20-30 min away on foot, and it really is a pleasant walk!): as a plus point, it is not in the “hustle and bustle” of the center, so we easily found a parking spot for the car, we didn’t have to pay for parking (both of which things are rare things in Thessaloniki), and we could rest well, as the sound of cars was not overwhelming. On top of this, we were happy that we were close (literally a stone’s throw away) to the Outlet Mall: for some shopping, it was really great! Overall, both me and my boyfriend were really impressed with this property and will definitely consider staying there again when we come back to Thessaloniki.

Easy self check-in and check-out using digital codes, which we received by e-mail. Our room was on the second floor, it was very spacious and quiet. We liked the design of the common areas and our apartment. There is also a common lounge zone on the ground floor, they even care about aromas in the common areas. The bed is comfortable, powerful air condition, full kitchen, hot water with good pressure. Everything is new and clean. There is public parking and a large supermarket near the apartment.

I had asked for an apartment that is accessible by disabled since I had a surgery, and I am on crutches. I was given an apartment on the ground floor. We arrived at 11 pm at night finding out that the apartment was on the ground floor, but there were several stairs to walk up and then down again. I called the hosts in the middle of the night and they immediately changed me to another apartment. Thank you very much! During our stay we had a water problem, and again we were immediately moved to another apartment. Changing apartments was very easy since they all work with codes, and no keys or keycards. I liked this too. All the apartments are very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay, even an oven! And they are very clean. We stayed one week, and the last day the manager came, helped us with some TV settings, and brought us a bottle of good wine. Thank you for everything. We will definitely stay at Elephant Suites again.

Very comfortable apartment, I booked family room, which had two rooms , bed room and hall/kitchen. Fully equipped. Very convenient especially, if you have car. Lot of free parking spaces available, makes life very easy in Thessaloniki, as finding parking is difficult. Bus stop to center is also nearby. Very streamlined process to get key codes, and 24/7 service

Nothing as such, however minor repairs need to be carried out, bathroom door screws loose. One recommendation is to provide microwave, however baking oven electric stove is available.
