From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this charming and luxury boutique hotel run by a wonderful team. Every corner of this establishment exudes warmth and attention to detail, making our experience truly unforgettable. The recently designed rooms (we stayed at the 4th floor with a view to the see, olymp and sundowner) were not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable (we loved the mattresses). It was evident that every element was carefully chosen to ensure our utmost comfort and enjoyment during our stay. The staff deserves special commendation for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to cater to our every need. Whether it was providing recommendations for local restaurants (Tsinari restaurants are great) or beaches in Chalkidiki.

Feel like u are in your own home

There is nothing that I didn’t like about it. However, anyone wanting to walk to town should be prepared for a 40-minute walk downhill, and the return trip uphill.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the incredible attention to detail that has gone into every aspect of the design. The room concept is not only thoughtful but absolutely perfect – every element seems carefully considered to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view over the city. We were lucky enough to witness the sunset from our terrace. The friendliness and warmth of the staff are remarkable. No matter what we needed, they were always there to help with a smile, making us feel completely at home. Unfortunately, we forgot to take the greece-language-cheatsheet offered by one of the nice staff members there. But next time we won’t - for sure! We are certain: we’ll come back just for this hotel alone. Thank you for such an extraordinary experience!

It’s been ages since we’ve had an experience like this. The whole HORECA industry pretty much went up in flames post-pandemic, so we’ve been keeping our expectations way down. But wow—did this place blow us away! Okay, maybe it’s not the fanciest hotel in the world, but hands down, it’s the best stay I’ve ever had. I mean it. I’ve never felt so welcome. Usually, you get those "customer service 101" fake smiles, but not here. These folks were genuinely happy to see us and bent over backward to make sure we had a relaxing, enjoyable time. Parking? Check! Breakfast that made me consider staying forever? Check! A room so good I almost forgot it wasn’t my house? Check! Staff who could probably teach a masterclass in hospitality? Double check! Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully put together. Every staff member? An absolute gem. Honestly, if all hotels were like this, the world would be a much brighter place. Now, about the location: sure, it seems a bit far from the city at first glance, but it’s in a lovely area close to an old fortress you have to check out. Uber works like a charm here, so don’t even bother with bus schedules—it’s not worth the headache. And if you’re driving, park your car at the hotel and Uber your way around town. Trust me, Thessaloniki is a parking nightmare, and this is the way to go.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. We’ll definitely be back! My only hope is that this hotel doesn’t jump on the Thessaloniki bandwagon of randomly doubling or tripling prices—because, seriously, who even knows why that happens? Right now, the price perfectly matches the quality. So, I’m just going to leave this nice little blank space here in case they decide to change their mind later: _________.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating and even provided a gluten free breakfast for me which was delivered to our room. Everything was so clean and the bed was so comfortable! The decor in the apartment is beautiful and we stayed in the penthouse which has incredible 360 degree views of the city and a lovely pool which was really clean. Overall we were very impressed with the facilities and service and would 100% recommend for a relaxing stay!

Didn't dislike anything! One recommendation would be for the shower in the penthouse to be reconsidered; it's in the bath which is fine, but there was no screen so water splashed on the floor.

This is an exceptional apartment, but I would like to pay special attention to the amazing staff, who are very helpful, kind and friendly. The room was beautiful and clean, with an amazing view and a heated pool. Thank you for everything

We had a fantastic stay at Sigma Apartments! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by the option for an early check-in, which allowed me to settle in and relax without any rush. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for my stay. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. I highly recommend Sigma Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We only stayed for one night and we couldn't enjoy the apartment to it's fullest.

Leaving the hustle and bustle, the noise and traffic of downtown Thessalonika I retired to the serenity of Sigma. Perched on the rise above town, the air is fresh, the Greek eateries are frequented by locals, yet it’s only 3 minutes by taxi from the centre of the city. Sigma is unpretentious, yet truly luxurious. My apartment, particularly the bed was beyond comfortable, every detail meticulously considered. The building is beautifully designed, and furnished with unsurpassed class. I was in Thessaloniki for a trade show, and after an exhausting and busy day, retreating each night to Sigma was simply sublime. At the conclusion of my 6 night stay, the staff prepared a spectacular supper of local cheeses and wine which I shared with colleagues in the downstairs lobby. The caring and attentive staff speak a flawless range of languages including English, German, French, Russian, Serbian and of course Greek. I travel extensively and over my two decades of trecking around the world, Sigma is the standout accommodation experience.

Nothing

One of the best new places in Thessaloniki, a perfect construction made with much style, much quality and much sense, not speking of the heart :) The location is not in the city center, but not bad, cheap and good eating possibilities and supermarket nearby, waking distance to the city. It is really the best quality construction I've ever seen in Thessaloniki (although I come here 3-4 times a year and I've tried literally everything), you can see that it was made by architect owners, putting all their knowledge and heart. Besides, Sofia and her staff are marvellous, helping and joyful, the breakfast is more than perfect, free parking right in fron of the property, nothing to complain.

Just a suggestion: these kind of properties are favourite of business trips, and a working desk is missing (at least from the room I've been), it would be good to have. Also, the high chairs for the eating table are not very confortable.
