Honestly don’t get all the bad reviews! Me and my girls LOVED this hotel. It was the best holiday ever. Everyone who stayed here , made friends with eachother. The rooms were so easy to access aswell as the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and very giving! The food was also VERY nice. We bought an unlimited drinks for 3 hours a day package for 80/60 euro depending on days you stay which came in handy for pre drinks! The vibes at night at the pool bar were lit! The pool and slide was super fun! The staff have limits but with rules they aren’t strict which is nice so you don’t have to constantly worry if you’re doing anything wrong ! Aircon is 10euro a day but we all never needed it and at the end of the day it’s a family run hotel, why should aircon be included, the room is cheap enough! Me and my friends miss this hotel so much! And the staff! When we come to zante again, we will be staying here!

We arrived and they instantly told us we needed to pay 90 euro for 5 days of air conditioning and a safe. they then proceeded to tell us an extra 115 euro just to get 3 hours of ‘all inclusive’ (the drinks weren’t at all nice.) The bathroom in the room was not clean and was growing mould.

The staff The disgusting rooms Air con didn’t work Plastic chairs purposely break so you get charged. Extra charges you don’t know about. Electric went off for a day they gave me a separate room at 2am after hours of waiting but it was someone elses room with peoples stuff in it then the guy said theirs no rooms left even though half the hotel well (youth hostel by the look of it) was empty so i ended up staying in my room anyways.

The owner is a scammer, on the website it clearly says that the rooms include air conditioning, but once you arrive they try to charge you an extra EUR 10 per night and when you show him the ad, he tells its only the included facilities and that doesn’t mean that ist included in the price :-) I then asked if it charges you extra for sleeping in your bed, after all the double bed is listed in room “facilities”. To add insult to injury, you cannot sleep because of the loud music. Trust me, never come here

Didn't like nohting about this hotel

There was dirty sheets and floor air conditioner didn't work properly and they asked 60€ for ac. Tv didn't work shower didn't work properly and staff was very rude and idiotic.
