Everything was perfect. Mandala is a frontsea restaurant with beautiful suites in Zakynthos. We enjoyed the position, the view on the beautiful Laganas bay, the kindness of all the staff, especially Roberto who was always kind, very nice and friendly with us. The food and the beverage was great, with a very high quality and efficient service. In front of Mandala there's the private beach which offers the possibility to rent sunbeds and umbrellas for 10 euros/day. Near Mandala there are a lot of clubs, pubs, restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets. There are also tour agencies that offer the possibiliy to visit the most beautiful and suggestive places and landscapes that we have ever seen in our life, such as the Navagio shipwreck beach and the Blue Caves. Mandala is a synonimous of relax, quality and well being. For sure we will be back as soon as possible. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable and memorable. Bianca and Diego.

We made a room reservation on the website without understanding and knowing that the room entrance door was at a narrow passage corridor of the entire hotel, Everyone who passes by makes a noise that disturbs the night even at 5 in the morning, Especially with the teenage guests(families usually guests there) I notified the staff manager and after two days free of charge he changed the room.

I have discovered Mandala three years ago and since then, I spent every year my summer vacation at the place. I was absolutely fascinated by Mandala, a luxurious boutique hotel right on the beach, comprised of seafront suites with beautiful individual terraces. Mandala offers an absolute luxurious experience, whether you are a family, a romantic couple, or a single person that loves fabulous sea front locations. The suites are spacious, quiet, clean and top furnished. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, diversified and very fancy. You can have buffet or à la carte, as you prefer. The place is run by an extremely kind Greek family, with excellent skills in providing high-class hotel and leisure services. Everything you need you can ask and they will make sure you will have a one of a kind personalized luxurious experience. The staff is extremely kind and professional. During the day you can experience sunbathing from your individual sea view terrace or from Mandala private beach. The property gives you easy access to turtle spotting tours, where you can swim in the crystal clear blue waters, alongside the marvelous Caretta Caretta turtles. Dining at Mandala restaurant is an absolute must-do! The experience is fine-dining indeed. Whether you prefer fish & seafood or meat, you will definitely love it! The food is delicious and sophisticated served in a wonderful atmosphere. At Mandala restaurant you can enjoy as well thematic evenings. You can enjoy live piano music while tasting a glass of exquisite wine. I highly recommend Mandala, a magical place, depicted from fairy-tales! ❤️

We stayed here lately. It is a good location because it is close to all the other big “must go” places. It is very quiet at the same time and it is offering very clean rooms with very high level of service. Pricing was fair and it was definitely a value for money for what they offer. The patio outsite is so nice that you can have a great view of the beach while you ejnoy the sunbeds. I think is best for families and for solo travelers as well.

This is the second time I stayed at Mandala and this hotel deserves all the praise it gets! I absolutely love its location - right on the seafront, with amazing panoramic views of the sea and the sound of waves crashing against the shore to boot. The staff, as always, was friendly and always ready to assist with any request I had. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply ensuring my comfort, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. If you’re looking for a 5-star retreat with impeccable service and breathtaking views, I highly recommend this hotel.

My partner and I spent 5 days in the hotel. The room was well-equipped, modern and tidy. The personnel, stuff and management were outstanding; friendly, down-to-earth, helpful and always at our disposal. The hotel is located right at the beach, therefore all rooms face the sea, which provides remarkable and unforgettable experience for guests. The restaurant, which is beneath the rooms, offers a great variety of delicious traditional Greek dishes, fancy cocktails, not to forget the plentiful breakfast included in the price. 100% recommended and cannot wait to return. You have to Pay for sun bed even if staying at hotel but you get reduced rate. Still worth it because good location and Roberta will look after you.

I was fortunate enough to enjoy a stay at this exceptional hotel. Let me tell you, it was awesome! The place had a really cool vibe, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cosy, and had everything I needed. Also, the bed was large and comfy! The location was spot-on too, with beautiful views of the sea from both the balcony and the restaurant. The sandy beach is about 10 steps from the room, it is just incredible. All in all, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The location is unbeatable. Right next to the sea, and at the end of the main road of Laganas. You can hear the sea in the night and watch the sunrise from your private sunbeds of your spacious glass balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The interior design is luxurious, the space felt huge, more than what is listed in the details. There is plenty of room in the walk-in shower, the bedroom also has access to the balcony and plenty of room to move around. The main kitchen-diner-livingroom area is as nice as in the pictures. No fishy tricks with lenses to make it seem bigger than it is. We stayed in the 2nd level penthouse suite with no other apartments on that level. It had lift access, we could move easily and with privacy to and from our apartment although sometimes we could see into the back/kitchen area of the restaurant which is where the ground level access of the lift is. The housekeeping made the sand we carried up disappear each day and changed all our towels with only meeting once (although we spent most days on the beach). The breakfasts were nice with the enough choices that we only felt we needed to eat somewhere else 1 or 2 times during our 9 night stay.

There were some issues which I will not list in full detail, as I think that for the price we paid and the positives mentioned in the first section far outweigh the minor inconvenience they caused to us. Just to be correct most of these issues were due to end of season disrepair (you obviously don't have time to fix broken tiles or a few not working electrical sockets). We didn't have (or didn't find?) a hairdryer in the apartment either which is listed in features, but we didn't care at all in the 30+ degree weather. Probably if we mentioned it the helpful staff would have gotten one for us.
