Basic but clean accommodation, very close to strip and beach. Air conditioning included with booking.com. Nice pool and play park for children. Ideal for families. Restaurant / bar good for snacks and meals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Airport transfer for 15 euros.

Could do with more towels and toilet roll for bigger families. The room door could easily be opened by my toddler as there was no lock inside.

Perfect hotel In Kalamaki, staff were very friendly and nothing was an issue. The restaurant connected to the hotel was second to none, great addition for the hotel. Rooms were a good size, clean and tidy, well presented and nicely decorated. Even though the hotel sits in line with the airport, having planes come over, it was not disturbing and is a focal point.

Excellent facilities, everything was clean and the room was comfortable. The place is close to most tourist attractions. There is parking space available too.

The pool was closed early in the evening, even for just sitting around it. The most important drawback however is certainly the proximity to the airport which is really close! Planes flew about 50 meters over our roof and everything was shaking for a couple of seconds every time. Not suitable for light sleepers!

Know the area well, but was favourably surprised at the standard of the hotel, the pictures do not do it justice! Great pool area; close to the beach; close to the 'strip' but far enough away to not be bothered by any revellers, so all in all a great location. Good food, great staff (from the maintenance man to each and everyone in the bar.

Whilst the proximity to the airport can be deemed annoying, this did not bother us & watching the planes taking off and landing was all good.

Cleaning every 2 days, the lady was lovely. It was a nice room, perfectly enough in size for a week. The location is perfect as well, 6-8 minutes walk from the beach, couple minutes walk from the shops and restaurants on the main street and about 30mins walk from the neighbouring town, Laganas. Nice if you like looking at planes landing and taking off above your head. Very nice restaurant, delicious food and the server girl is the best! She was such a lovely girl! Nice pool area, we only tried it in the last days but wish we spent more time around the pool. We had free transport from the airport to the hotel. At the end our flight was delayed from morning to evening, and we could stay in exchange for €30 until then (we left at 6pm). We could also arrange a transfer to the airport for €13.

The main concern was with the AC, the water from it was dripping down the wall on an electric output which is kinda dangerous. They did check it but did not manage to repair whilst our stay. The toaster did not work, and one out of two beds were cracking very bad.

Lovely little hotel with all you need for a break away. Friendly, clean, good amenities & good location for shops, bars, restaurants, beach, bus stop etc. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Shame it’s right by the airport/flight path, but this didn’t bother us too much as the planes didn’t fly all through the night.

Had a problem with the toilet flush breaking. It was repaired very quickly. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Delight Kitchen Bar attached truly is a delight. The food here is excellent.

A/C not included in the price. Seen in the room difference on price for low season and high season, so in high season A/C could be included in room price.

We booked a last minute holiday with this hotel. And it surpassed our expectations. Lovely room, lovely surroundings and delicious food from the delights bar attached. 5 minute walk from the beautiful kalamaki beach. Was a holiday to remember!

Beds comfy, nice size balcony and location close to main strip.

Bathroom tiny and no view on 3rd floor. Pool very shallow and quite small but all in all ok and enough. Just being honest. 1 week was ok,,
