Staying at this hotel has been an incredible experience! From the impeccable housekeeping to the delicious inclusive breakfast and thoughtful extras like prosecco for our anniversary, wine in the room, and a special gift at checkout, everything was perfectly organized. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the rooms were always spotlessly cleaned with great attention to detail. What truly sets this hotel apart is the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thanks to Marili, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to arrange tours, secure discounts, and offer recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful, answering all of our questions and providing us with lots of recommendations. Nothing felt too much trouble. Our return transfer wasn’t until the evening and we were offered showering facilities and towels - very thoughtful. As it was my birthday we were blown away when the staff gifted us with a cake and a bouquet of flowers! The hotel itself is spotless and kept clean throughout the day. The room was beautiful - we were given a room with a Mountain View which we loved. The pool area was amazing too, lots of room and never felt too busy. Great selection of breakfast food.

We spent a week at Nikon boutique in June. This hotel is amazing. From the moment we arrived Marili the manager & her team made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone wore a smile & more than happy to help you. The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are well equipped with a fridge, safe, robes & slippers. A bottle of wine also welcomed us. Breakfast is plentiful, the pool area is quiet with waiter service & towels provided. We received a lovely leaving gift from Marili along with a bottle of Prosecco she had very kindly put in our room. It was fabulous & we would return in a heartbeat. This is the best hotel in Zakynthos. We loved it. At the end of October the prices are really good and we got upgraded to a room with a private pool. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choices, cold and hot meals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, desserts, white and brown bread etc. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and nice. But the icing on the cake was the gift we got at checking out. A small bottle of olive oil, olive soap, a packet of raisins and a small bottle of ouzo. I do not believe. We have never ever had such a pleasant experience! We want to go back one day.

Beautiful hotel, not crowded and the staff and facilties were 10/10. We were staying for a belated honeymoon and the staff had decorated our room with flowers and made us feel very special. We also got a little gift when we left with was a lovely touch to end our stay. They were very friendly when we had a small problem with our shower and had it fixed within hours and were very helpful in recommending places to go.

It was a little further away from the main area than we realised, walking anything over 15 minutes in that heat was hard, but on the flip side it was a lovely quiet area and it felt very safe.

Absolutely love this place. Amazing helpful staff who work incredibly hard. Fantastic, modern pool area which is always kept perfectly clean. Comfortable beds and kitchen area (loft apartment suite 24). Breakfast buffet is fantastic (potato dauphinoise was delicious). Close to the restaurant strip and easy to get to beach. Taxis are very easy to order from hotel for any trips. The hotel is beautiful and sun is shining all day over the pool until you get a beautiful sunset. Ice cool air conditioned marbel hotel which is so refreshing when you step in from your excursions in the hot weather. The staff are so friendly and organise everything you need with a smile. I love it in this place.

Amazing small boutique hotel, beautiful rooms which have all the amenities you would need for a trip away. Breakfast was great! Consisting of a mixture of greek, continental and english breakfast. The pool area is clean and is a great addition when it is too hot to travel out of the hotel. However, the best part of Nikon hotel has to be the staff, the most friendly and helpful people. I have to specifically mention Marila the manager, she went out of her way to make our trip absolutely incredible including sorting trips out, tips that only locals would know and most of all her food recommendations! Thank you for making our trip so special!

I can say confidently that this is the best hotel experience I ever had, much better than some 5 stars hotels services. Hotel is brand new, clean, modern and not crowded. You feel peaceful in your room as well as in the common space. Music is never too loud, other guests are calm and respectful. No noises at all. The team genuinely think about everything, they even offered a beach bag with towels for our stay to make our beach days easier. Breakfast is high quality and diverse. The service is absolutely outstanding from the receptionist, to the cleaning team without forgetting the barista / people helping with breakfast. Everyone is so kind and someone even remembered how we wanted our coffee every morning, as if we were at home. Big thank you for Marli the manager who was exceptional. We had a free upgrade to the loft (best room available), she gave us the best tips to enjoy the island and even suggested to call the police to make sure roads were safe given the fires. Her energy, smile and positive attitude made us emotional when leaving. Lastly, the offered us a gift upon departure with local products. We will 1000% be back and stay longer! Don't think twice if you want to book here, we've been to other pricier hotels in the island and service at Nikon is unmatched.

I genuinely can tell that all was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Cozy, clean hotel with nice scents and refined details and perfect atmosphere. Beautiful design in the rooms and overall. Relaxing common pool area, tasty and assorted breakfast and perfect service. Staff is super attentive and kind, also compliments to the cleaning staff: very careful not to disturb with cleaning noises and they don’t shout or chat in the corridor among them: this favored a total relax mood, even on the last day! Thanks to Marileen and all the rest of the wonder-staff for all care and attention that makes the difference!

Everything was perfect

The hotel was exceptional and looks exactly as advertised. The breakfast is the same everyday but has lots of variety allowing you to have a different style every day. We had a private pool room and it was fantastic. It was very clean and modern, we would recommend. The other rooms looked nice and had small balconies over looking the shared pool. We didn't use the main pool but it had a lovely water fountain and there were plenty of sun beds. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially the man behind the bar. He makes amazing cocktails and milkshakes.

The location is a bit away from the main attractions, however the Kalamaki strip is close enough and offers a lot of restaurant options. We used quite a few taxis, which were a little pricey, to visit the main town and Cameo Island. There is a bus stop on the Kalamaki strip which goes to the town and laganas. There were lots of places to rent a car or scooter so we would probably go with that option next time.
