Lovely clean room with great decor. Very Greek and perfect for what we needed (2 adults and three children). Excellent location overall, right at the top of the main strip. Beautiful restaurant at the bottom of drive. Our apartment was one of the best locations of all the apartments. We were number 11 and had direct access to balcony and front door. Lovely staff, real family feel where nothing is too much. Pool nice and quiet, always a sunbed available

Shower cubicle very small and difficult if you are big and tall. Shower tends to spray over the toilet floor no matter what you do. Air con wasn't that effective but we stayed in May so it was fine. Pool bar quite expensive in comparison to other bars.

A Hidden Gem ..... I recently stayed at Razis and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with vibrant flowers and fruit trees creating a peaceful, natural atmosphere. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the pool area, and the pool itself was crystal clear with no overpowering chemical smell. What truly sets this place apart is the warm, personal touch of the staff. They are incredibly hardworking and make you feel as if this has been your home forever. Their genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday xx

Great accommodation with lovely owners/staff. As a family group of seven, we had two x two bedroom apartments in the same building. It was perfect to have the four separate bedrooms as everyone had their own space. The decor of both apartments was lovely: traditional but modern. Bathrooms also modern and very clean. Well equipped kitchen areas with fridge, toaster, kettle, small cooker top etc. The rooms were kept exceptionally clean and stocked, with daily visits by cleaning staff. Aircon was included and worked very well. The outside area of the downstairs apartment was great and the long balcony upstairs was lovely with amazing views to the sea. The pool area is great, plenty of sun beds and they were always available. No sun bed wars here! Pool bar also good, we had drinks and snacks which were all great. We’ve all had a brilliant stay.

The property was very clean, the room was cleaned daily as well. The owners of the hotel are also so lovely! They are always ready to help and offered many suggestions on what to do on Zakynthos.

Unfortunately the location is a little bit noisy due to the night clubs nearby. With the windows shut you can barely hear them. We didn’t expect this when booking the apartment, we wanted a bit more of a calm and quiet holiday. Planos was definitely louder than we expected but overall we still enjoyed our stay and liked the central location (everything is +/- 30 minutes away).

Really friendly staff and helpful, reasonably priced food and drink. The studio was really clean, bedding changed daily and towels every other day, safe and air con included which is always a plus! The pool and bar area were very clean too and nice and quiet, especially at night, we couldn't even hear traffic from the road or noise from nearby bars. Totally relaxing complex, we will definitely recommend and book again 😀

When using the shower it was a bit difficult not to flood the entire bathroom but after some practice it was OK.

I’ve never met more nicest people in Greece before. The owner’s are so friendly, helpful and so kind. I knew that Zakhyntos is a beautiful place but staying in Razis Apartments made it even more beautiful. I would recommend staying there for all!!! The apartments are so fresh, clean and well designed. They’re cleaned everyday. All of the stuff from the object is super nice. Also, the location is perfect. Don’t even think twice, just book your vacation in Razis Apartments!

Last minute decision to visit the island.The hotel is on a hill which gives a very nice view while you are away from the central road. The buildings are traditional and the property offers excellent places for photography. We were positive surprised about the breakfast. It offered a lot of choices, all made in the kitchen beside the kitchen where you can actually observe the preparation! Melina and Anthy is preparing the breakfast like they would for the own families. Andreas and Melina is very helpful and their suggestions about the what to visit saved us a lot of time.

The family managing Razi's is incredible! They went above and beyond to help me plan my daily activities. The room was very clean and the location is ideal in Tsilivi, right next to a bus stop and next to a bike and quad rental shop. It's just a few minutes walk from Tsilivi Beach and very close to all the main restaurants. The fact that there is a gym and a pool is also really nice and hard to find at accommodations with a similar price. Each apartment has a spacious balcony and a small kitchenette with all the essentials to give a lot of independence to travelers. I strongly recommend people to stay at Razi's!

As most bars in the neighborhood stay open until late with very loud music, the apartments close to the street can be a bit too noisy for the ones going to bed early. Normally, everything stops around midnight, and there are also apartments away from the street that seemed very calm, so it's not a big issue, but maybe other travelers find the information useful.

Facilities were really classic greek! Beautiful apartment and the pool bar was relaxing! Simple and everything you need, one of my favourite places to stay in Tsillivi and I’ve been visiting for 25 years

Only thing I’d say is to have more pans and kitchen utensils, there were a few but I’m being really picky here!! Still amazing and super clean

Central location that’s close to everything but also quiet as it’s set back from the road, meaning we didn’t hear any of the noise from the bars at night so we had really peaceful sleep. There were always plenty of sun loungers by the pool at all times of the day. We loved the relaxed atmosphere of this family run hotel.

Very little to dislike - the shower could do with a slightly different layout of the shower curtain so the water is more contained in the shower itself.
