It was a really good breakfast. It was connected to the beach and the staff was really friendly and Ashley helped me a lot. If I visit zakinthos again, I will stay at this hotel.

If I knew one room was underground, I would have booked another room. The reservation system did not notify you that there was no window.

We came here for our honeymoon, and the kind hotel staff welcomed us with rose decorations in our room and complementary champagne and seasional fruit platter. The room was extra spacious and we had a huge terasse with jaccuzzi on it. The hotel is located right next to the sea and the view and the sounds of beach waves just makes this the most perfect place to completly relax and unwind. The bathroom had two separate showerheads and two bathroom sinks and that made it so much better. Also the bed was trully comfortable and cozy, and we finally got the rest we needed. The food at the hotel was absolutly amazing, everything tasted great and the staff was so kind and friendly. They complied with all of our wishes, and made our stay great. This is not a huge complex but rather small hotel where you can escape the crowds and fully relax. There was only one thing that I would make different, and that would be the jaccuzzi cleaning patterns. Upon our arrival it was already not clean, and they haven't cleaned it during our stay in 7 days. It would be preferable to me to have it cleaned at least on the exchange of guests to feel more comfortable using it.

Excellent stay. I believe those are the factors that contributed to our outstanding experience. Facilities - modern and great, proximity to the beach, relaxing atmosphere, great mood, you feel welcomed there. Last but not least - the staff. Particularly Emma, the lady from the continental Greece. She took care of us in an exceptional way, she was a brilliant example of what customer care is about. She deserves a great salary raise for she is one of the main reasons people would go back to this hotel - believe me, I have been travelling a lot and seen good and nas examples of customer service and what hospitality is about. But also the entire staff was great and made our comeback to Greece (last time for me 2009) and the first time for our kids a great experience.

You were fully booked (for a good reason!) and we could only stay three days. Breakfast - more veggies would be nice, breakfast was good but some more tomatoes and other green stuff would do the job.

The beach at the back of the hotel was really nice (a little rocky in the beginning of the water), and very pretty. Be aware that there is only space for 12 chairs at the beach, so it is not likely that you find one. And other guests just reserve seats for the whole day by putting their stuff on the chairs, even if they are somewhere else for a few hours. Nothing can be done about that, they say.

The lady working at the reception in the morning was very unfriendly. The lady who worked in the afternoon was very kind and compensated for her colleague.

Fantastic breakfast, warm smiles and genuinely caring and attentive staff, with the hotel located right on the beach and in close proximity to watersports, shops, bars, restaurants etc. They also offered complimentary Yoga on the beach in the mornings and their food and cocktails were of high quality and reasonably priced. They had other services which we did not use, like transport to the capital city and/or airport with a minivan (not sure if it was complimentary or not)

It is hard to fault anything, but perhaps the rates were a little on the high side.

All members of personnel were extremely kind and available, the room we had was big, with nice seaview, and very comfortable bed. The Jacuzzi on the terrace was just perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the pool area, although small, was calm and nice. I would definitely like to come back.

The gym was very tiny and with no windows. It was a bit complicated to regulate the temperature of the Jacuzzi on the terrace.

I brought 12 or so members of my family to stay here for my wedding (different venue though). The location has been perfect, the staff have been amazing and the food has been delicious, well priced and plentiful. Me and my new wife are already planning our return for our anniversary.

My Mrs is a raging pesimist but she has loved her time here so I do not have a bad word to say about the Iakinthos hotel.

This beachfront location exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, water sports, and Greek culinary. To enjoy the beach, in addition to sunbeds, they also offer surf boards, paddle boards for free. The warm and attentive staff, especially during breakfast went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect.

The communication it is in so professional way that is not make you feel warm and nice at all They talk kind but you feel cold in the same time Most of hotels check out at 12:00 but they have at 11 and I asked 10 minutes mores which 11:10 they call me to leave the room now The swimming pool dirty Breakfast with nice fresh orange juice but not open and the orders make up to 1 hour come which make me to make late the check out

It has a very nice location, right at the beach and close to town center. Rooms are very spacious. The breakfast buffet is quite good as well.

We asked for 1 hour late check out (noon) and turned down immediately by the receptionist. The cleaning lady knocked our door very rudely at 11 am. Staff could be much politer.
