The room with private pool was lovely. The food was exceptional with huge portions at both breakfast and dinner of some really exceptional food.(but see note below on what we didn’t like). Staff were very pleasant and keen to please. The Movie Night by the pool was a fabulous treat. From check in to check out a fabulous stay.

It’s a minor thing but we decided at check in to go half board for 45 euros each per day, as discussed the food was exceptional with ample portions, so we would often share a starter and we never eat dessert - looking at the a la carte prices we wouldn’t have spent 45 euros on food on any day of our stay and would have been better off going a La carte. Just a word of warning if you are considering upgrading to half board! Also the Zakynthos themed dinner (on Sunday) was heavily ‘promoted’ so we booked but found out in the day it was exclusively fish dishes and we would be charged an extra 35 euros per head for it. As it happens we’re not fish mad, so the hotel happily provided us with dishes from the half board menu.

We had the most amazing time staying at the Zante Maris Suites! We were blown away from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were so attentive, kind and helpful. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade on the day we checked-in and all I can say is WOW....the upgraded room was absolutely beautiful, and huge!! The breakfast was high quality with a large range. The room and the view were great! The staff were very helpful with arranging a hire car for us and a private boat tour, which I would highly recommend! The waters in the southern part of Zakynthos are unreal! Thank you Zante Maris Suites for exceeding our expectations in every way!! We can't wait to come back.

Loved everything, honestly nothing not to like! Great welcome, breakfast is fab with great choice. Literally 1 min walk to all the shops & Tavernas/bars. We bought some food/ drinks & kept in our fridge. Airport 15 mins away, don’t get there too early as it’s quite quick to get through! Staff were fantastic, we want to return! 20 min walk to beach. We r in the eve and had drinks at Ive if the bars. Had dinner watching sun set at a beach restaurant, fantastic.

Fridge didn’t keep things cold. Website says there is a gym but not really, just random outdoor machines.

Everything! All members of the staff are simply wonderful, such a nice team. From the restaurant ladies to the coffee bar, reception staff, the pool bar or the spa!! My room was wonderful with a small shared pool. Bed was awesome and very comfortable. The breakfast is simply excellent! Dinner at the restaurant is very good, and they have an excellent choice of local wines. Most of the nights there is something going on, music, movies, wine tasting, etc

Some times there is a bit of noise from the planes…the hotel is at some points during the day in the take off route. It did not bother me, though. But it is there.

Zante Maris Suites is with its 45 suites beautifully situated on the hills of Tseveli, with a good sea view. The whole complex is very well and stylish designed sourrounded by olive trees and flowers. The rooms are very specious, minimalistic designed with great sea views. The staff is very attentive and polite. The service is great. Breakfast is amazing and the pool site and bar is comfortable in a relaxed atmosphere. All in all a great vacation.

Shower and toilet floors may need a bit of refurbishment.

What a pleasant stay this was. Beautiful hotel with stunning views and top quality facilities. We particularly liked the staffs kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for any request, and also the complementary room upgrade and welcoming drink at arrival - the bartender Kostas makes some of the best cocktails I've ever had (tried all of the signature cocktails). I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this one beats them all. Would definately recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with amazing staff for a moment of relaxation.

Hotel is located on top of a hill which for some people could be hard to reach. However the hotel mitigates that by providing a shuttle service using a golf cart both up and down - so not really an issue.

From being met at the gate and our cases taken to our room, checking-in without once standing at desk (instead, an app-form completed whilst we had our welcome cocktail), and 24/7 room service (with a ‘tray charge’) and housekeeping - to amazing facilities, enormous room, and the best inclusive breakfast service I could ever imagine; this holiday was simply amazing. The staff portrayed a genuine friendliness and desire to ensure my partner and I had the best holiday experience - and how they went about their work made us entirely believe that was their purpose. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and more often than not they preempted what we needed or made a suggestion before we asked. I’ve never taken a holiday like this, and so it felt like a real investment/ luxury treat to what I’m used to experiencing (and let’s be frank, what I’m used to spending), and so I had high hopes for it being my best ever holiday. In reality - any expectation I had was surprised. Simply amazing.

Nothing I say detracts from how great the whole experience was. I’ve offered some simple feedback - such as more hooks in the bedrooms and a larger table on the rooms sun deck/ terrace - and otherwise the only thing I can suggest is a little more notice as to the daily activity/ entertainment plans (we missed out on a wine tasting event because we’d already booked a boat tour and so were away from the hotel).

Everything about our stay was fantastic. But I have to first mention the amazing staff they have at Zante Maris - they are quick to help, so fun (and funny) and polite, you immediately feel comfortable and look forward to your encounters - they are like one big family! Shout out to all of them, they really made it memorable! We had a minor issue with a smell in our room at first (this came from the town and it's system that is not within the properties hands) but as I said, the staff were super quick to help and accommodated us to the next available room - & this did not deter us at all nor was it a hassle as the staff were very hands on. Second, the property itself is stunning (prettiest plants and trees - and of course the olive trees) and super quiet but just a minute drive (with a club car) away from the town. The rooms are also super cozy, but tastefully designed and decorated- super spacious too. The rooms with the private pools are everything (they even have the best floating breakfast btw)- Every morning you will catch a beautiful sunrise and every night a gorgeous sunset - you will also have a delicioouuss breakfast waiting for you every morning at the restaurant- they have it all...fruits, amazing greek pastries, sweets, yogurt, fresh juice and fantastic coffee/tea...and Prosecco which is obviously a plus! The pool and pool bar are also very nice and clean, it's the perfect place to spend the morning. Apart from all this, we got a massage at the spa which was superb. Overall 10/10 tbh and I'm picky! And finally, big shout out to Mahmoud and Alban as well, you’ll feel so spoiled by everyone 🙏🏼❤️

Wish the tvs in the room were smart-ER tvs for nighttime viewing 😅

From the moment we walked through the doors, we had great service the staff were so nice and me and my partner felt so welcome! They gave us complimentary drinks upon arrival, and let us settle in nicely. Always were available to help and dropped us down the bottom of the road and back to our room on the buggy so we didnt have to walk far in the extreme heat in zante which was so helpful and nice. The food was amazing, and drinks and facilities were great would definitely recommend to friends and anyone who is going to visit Zante.

The only thing id say is to have Smarter TVs that you can sign into Applications such as Netflix.
