This place was awesome! We mainly booked it looking for somewhere with a bath... And the hot tub in the room did not disappoint - especially seeing as it's actually more like a hot tub for 2 than a bath, with jets and a changing coloured light and everything ! We felt well fancy. And yes, despite the size of the bath there was plenty water more than hot enough to fill it and have a proper good soak! It's right in the centre of town close to the main square so the location is perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and when we had additional requests they were more than happy to help... It's also nice they don't charge for water bottles because we tend to drink a lot and hotels often overcharge for additional water - where as it was free here! All round - an epic experience and would definitely go back, especially for that bath! 🙌🏽✨💎

Nothing to say here, we were happy with everything... Mind you one of our breakfasts the veggies in the omelette were definitely a bit off, but nothing that was worth us really complaining about. If staff read this, perhaps they can have a bit better quality control on that in the future :)

Hotel was great, quiet and the staff is amazing, breakfast is included and it was perfect every morning to start our day eating a big breakfast in the courtyard. Super clean, staff is very accommodating and even communicate via WhatsApp for making an order or just a general question, super informative, Elvis goes above and beyond, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I think the property needs new towels, also at times we found clumps of hair on the floor of the shower or in the bathtub jets (jacuzzi) not sure if that was from them not cleaning the mops. We also didnt like the convenience store across the street who would up sell products and over charge us for beers and snacks.

The bedroom and bathroom were modern and extremely comfortable. The hotel is located centrally and close to many tourist attraction, restaurants and shops. The property manager is friendly and helpful answering any questions you have about Antigua. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and there are about 5-6 choices that will be shared with you via what’s app or when you come down for breakfast. I highly recommend staying at Casa Bella for your visit to Antigua. It’s a perfect home away from home.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. First, the location is central to everything Antigua has to offer. The air conditioning in the rooms is rare to find and felt amazing after a long day walking around. Lastly, the staff truly went above and beyond providing us anything we needed while there - I even forgot my passport & my pillow the day I checked out and the staff arranged to have the items delivered to the next place I was staying! They’re so kind. 10/10 would recommend

The hotel seems pretty nice, but we were lucky there. Our room was late 1:30h and we were super tired after spend the previous night in volcano Acatenango, so we were awake for almost 48h. After getting our room, and trying to use the hot tube (reason we got this hotel, once we knew we will be really tired after a backpacking) we realized there isn’t hot water and we need 1 more hour to take a shower and give up to relax in the hot tube. With all of the inconvenience we needed to change our plans what was really bad. I think if the hotel is working normal it’s a really nice one to stay.Hopefully it was a pontual problem. The location is pretty good.

Breakfast can be better. They have 5 or 6 options, and each person can choose one and they will deliver in your room in the morning. Our room wasn’t ready when we got the hotel. Hot water problems.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, Jose helped us a lot! They helped us keep the luggage when we spent one night on Volcan Acatenango. On the morning of the hike, they sent the breakfast to our room at 7am and it tasted very good.

Very clean and safe. Very close to el parque central. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent but you have to place an order for it 15 minutes before you want to eat. It’s not a buffet. Internet worked well. Would definitely recommend

Lovely lovely apartment. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have stayed in ever, place was clean and in good location. The water available was nice and we always had some one by to help if needed.

Slightly more on the expensive side for Guatemala but was worth it.

I'm pretty sure I loved just about everything about my stay. I was sick and confined to bed, and I found it extremely comfortable. The room just had a lot of nice little touches I appreciated. It was centrally located, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

They provide free bottles of water, and they did run out at one point. Thankfully it was a minor inconvenience, and I can't think of anything else I didn't like.

Everything! The most attentive and helpful staff. Centrally located and room was comfortable. Lots of small details and perks too.

Only thing I can think of is my room didn’t have a window, but that didn’t bother me too much as I was always out and about. Everything else was great!
