The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming lobby. The room was very spacious and thoroughly cleaned. My only regret; not spending more time exploring the hotel. The hotel was above an entire shopping center and right next door to one of the nicest malls in the city. The area felt very safe for walking and I had access to anything I needed either in the hotel or within 5 minutes away. Grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

Spacious, airy, full of light and bright spaces!

My reservation included breakfast, which I had paid for. Unfortunately, the lines for breakfast were so long, after two attempts I had to give up. A real shame!! The next day I attempted breakfast a la cart, I was told it would take between 40-50 minutes!!! Which forced most people to opt for the buffet. A little scam to force the customer to pay even more for breakfast! Not very honest!!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

What I didn’t like about the property was that it was sitting above a hotel because I had to walk through the mall a little to get to the hotel elevator. I will say, having the mall food court accessible was convenient. I did have a very minor ant issue but nothing that was causing me any discomfort.

The facilities are enormous, they have a pool with normal water and a jacuzzi with hot water too. Rooms with air conditioner even though Guatemala City is cold. Comfy and elegant. They have access to a Spa and gym. And they are just 5 minutes walking from Miraflores Mall which is a pretty nice mall.

The water at the pool was salad because of the chlorine, I think that's not healthy. They should check on that. Everything else was OK, nothing to improve.

"It seems like a medieval rule not to allow entry in shorts on a Wednesday at 5 o'clock in the afternoon at the Lobby Bar. I felt violated when I was prevented from entering to have a drink after a long day of work. Fortunately, there's a shopping center below, and I decided to go there from that day on."

Great breakfast food and variety, the ladies preparing the eggs to order are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Waiters and hostesses are also very friendly.

Spa Lockers not avaliable for hotel guests, only for members, this is very disappointing. Complementary shuttle to airport no longer available.

I like the swimming pool, the restaurant the connection with two shopping mall is wonderful

The staff from front desk doesn’t have some It lacks a little more empathy to guide new tourists than the rest, the very polite staff

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The elevators coordinated well, no long waiting times. Excellent breakfast and the pool is open from early morning til the evening, giving time to everybody to enjoy. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, luxury hotel, in a great location!

We liked everything. Only inconvenience was trying to get room service in the morning. The phone line was always busy and we never got through. We had to go down to order coffee to be sent up.

The room had a great view of Guatemala city and surrounding areas. The breakfast (at a cost) is great! The gym and pool were great! The location is central go the city's landmarks.

It is overpriced. I did not feel the price reflected the services provided at this hotel. Also, at the price, breakfast should be included at no charge. Moreover, we were overcharged during our check-in but they returned the extra cost without accounting for international transaction costs and exchange rate fluctuations. We also had issues with the spa. Even though we booked in advanced, the spa was not able to accommodate our appointments due to a scheduling issue. The prices for treatments are good though.
