This small hotel is conveniently located at the edge of the historic centre of Antigua but still within easy walking distance of all major attractions. It is tastefully decorated, features a lush green courtyard and the room was clean and sufficiently large for our family of four (two double beds).

We initially had the front family suite with a mezzanine floor hosting two extra beds. While the room was great, it was facing the relatively busy and noisy road so we asked to be moved after the first night which the nice hotel staff happily accommodated. The other rooms are much quieter.

Excellent location within walking distance of main attractions in downtown Antigua. Beautiful courtyard and cannot beat value for the price. Check-in and check-out were smooth and they were willing to refrigerate some leftovers for us.

The room was a lot smaller than I expected but had all the basics and a private restroom. There were cockroaches in the room, and mosquitos and flies also got in though the window since there was no screen in the sole restroom window. It could be a bit noisy since the walls were thin and our room was near the lobby. We were not told anything about breakfast (paid or otherwise), but I do not believe it is included with the room.

Very friendly & helpful staff, tasty local/traditional breakfast and great location. Beautiful backyard for the days you want to relax in silence and overall a great stay.

The walls are a bit thin so it's easy to hear everything going on around the house but it's quite silent at night so I didn't feel like my sleep was disturbed. The wi-fi is ok to use but not the fastest speed to make work calls and video conferencing.

The staff was one of the nicest and most helpful I’ve encountered. The hotel was nice enough and was located near every point of interest.

The only thing was that the bathroom was shared even if the description said it was private.

Great value for money for a cheap stay in Antigua. Comfortable king size room, large bathroom and a nice little terrace and courtyard to sit outside with free drinking water. Free breakfast from 8am and the staff very kindly bought me up some food one day when I was sick. It was also very useful (especially when I was ill) to be able to communicate with the staff on WhatsApp. Rooms had good storage.

The first of the two rooms I stayed in here was quite dark but the second had lots of natural light, so if you're able to I would recommend asking to see the available rooms as they do vary.

room was clean and bed comfy. warm water and possible to refill my bottle.

the staff doesn’t speak English but just like a lot of people who work in hôte in guatemala. one of the women didn’t really want me to leave my luggage when I checked out. I finally could do it but with explaining why I needed to do that. the breakie not a lot of choice

The location was great near to the cross on the hill walk. 5 minute walk to town square. Breakfast was very traditional and nice. The hotel staff were so friendly and allowed me to check in early. Very secure hotel. Thanks for a short but great stay.

it was on a main road but as soon as you enter the building it is so so quiet. beautiful and cozy. very clean. kind staff. great location. less than 5 minutes to the arch. shops and restaurants everywhere. we even booked an Acrea day and they held our luggage when we did the camping trip.

The fact that you can’t have guests in your room that you pay for is quite silly to me. They state it is for “security purposes” however I do not see the problem if the person is going to your private room and there are also cameras.
