I had a wonderful stay at Posada De Luna. The young staff was delightful and helpful. This place is not very fancy but very homely. The room was not very big but comfortable. Every day, the bed was made, the bathroom was cleaned, and a big bottle of water was provided. This property is well-secured and located only two blocks away from the main street and six blocks from the city center. The road is well-lit at night and is safe to walk. The breakfast was very good with a choice of different menus. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Lovely little boutique hotel on the outskirts of the centre. Staff were super friendly and eating breakfast in the courtyard each morning was a delight. Cleaned to the highest of standards and has a real homely feel. You have to ring the bell on the gate to gain entry and it feels incredibly safe. We loved everything about Antiqua and our stay at Posada de la Luna.

We have nothing to complain about, everything about our stay here was perfect and we would highly recommend it to other travellers. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one.

We loved breakfast. The room was really comfortable, the bathroom great, and amazing shower. The staff is amazing, friendly and very interested in meeting our needs. Very professional and helpful.

The location in google maps or maps is not accurate, its in the same street but it is not precise. I think a road was being fixed or something and that caused a lot of noice from buses.

Staff were outstanding, above and beyond in communication, helping with tours and transport, etc. Best ever breakfast included: great presentation and decent variety Rooms are good size Location 4 blocks walk away and felt safe throughout, even at night

This is just knit picking: Shower sometimes loses pressure and temperature - we think it was when someone else was using the shower at the same time you just need to wait out. Also, showers are a problem across Guatemala Wifi was spotty at times - I was working from 3am Guatemala time and until 5am wifi was coming and going There were only 2 plugs and you had to move the beds to use them but we worked around them

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location was good, just a few minutes walk to the center of everything. The staff here were EXCELLENT. My arrival flight was so severely delayed and had to cancel a pre-booked taxi. They were able to arrange last minute pick up and transportation to the hotel. They helped with translations, recommendations, booking shuttles to and from the next towns, basically anything I needed. Wifi worked well and I enjoyed breakfasts in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staying at Posada de la Luna was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The atmosphere was charming and serene, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The room was beautiful, I loved the window alcove. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the courtyard was a lovely place to sit for breakfast.

If walking into town you have to cross a busy road, this got a bit stressful.

This place is both cozy and cute with the kindest staff imaginable. They went out of their way to help accommodate a request for special food, and they helped us with everything along the way. We're excited to go back and stay for a couple of nights after Atitlán!

The only complaint is that if you leave the shower drain open, there's a mildew smell, so close it after use.

This hotel is amazing, such a nice vibe! I would stay again. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and it was so nice to have a bath! I loved the window bay seat looking over the volcanos. Breakfast was so delicious and the staff were so friendly!

I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper because noise can be heard between the rooms if someone is being loud. Everyone at the hotel was respectful, and it was not a party scene - it's just that the walls were a little thin for light sleepers :-)

Great breakfast and friendly staff

They have a policy of paying for stains towels and linens. Unfortunately, their linens already had some stains, and they want you to pay for other people's stains. They should take pictures of their bedding and towels beforehand.
