Location is great. Right in middle of the park. Bed was big and comfy. Room was big and spacious. Bug screens on the windows. Staff were nice. Food was decent if a little pricey.. We got a sunrise tour through the Inn and it turned out to be just the two of us so was essentially a private tour - Yonathan was excellent. Nice to be able to go back to bed for a few hours before venturing out again. I can't imagine doing a whole day tour from Flores.
The area itself is quite small and we were closest to the restaurant. Supposed to be quiet hours from 9pm but we had issues with noise both at night and early morning with people talking outside; though more of a people issue than a hotel issue. It's not cheap but it's understandable given the lack of options in Tikal itself. Still worth staying in the park in our opinion rather than Flores with the heat, humidity and early start 🤷🏼♂️

Excellent location by the Park entrance made it easy to pop in and out for the sunrise, cone back for breakfast, take a nap and then spend the rest of the day through sunset in magical Tikal. The nice staff accommodated a sentimental request and a late dinner due to our late arrival from the airport.
Lack of a lounge area to relax outside the room. Although there’s a hammock by our door, sometimes you need a chair and a place to put your feet up. Hot water never came even after running the tap during stated hours.

Clean facilities with friendly, helpful staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. The hotel restaurant had good food prepared with much care. We stayed in a king bed room which had plenty of space for 2 people. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to get the most out of being in Tik'al. We stayed for two days and were able to easily explore the site multiple times. We would stay here again if we return to Tik'al.
For the price, we expected more amenities to be provided within the room.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Best of all the staff were so friendly and helpful Arranged excellent tours for us, explained everything we needed to do, pointed out wildlife and generally worked really hard to ensure we had a great experience
we found the afternoon heat at Tikal very difficult to deal with and for a few hours it was impossible to escape it. None of the hotels in Tikal have air conditioning and the room fan didn't make much difference.

Inside the national park, easy to walk to after visiting Tikal. Easy checkin, they can hold bags for you if you arrive early, provide a welcome drink. They try to run as much as they can on solar, and have batteries for evening power.. Bed was good size, fresh towels.
Water pressure from shower was terrible. The fan was too high up to feel any proper airflow from it. A crack in the floor was covered by a rug. No screens on windows, so bugs coming in and out. I only take cold showers when it's this hot, but if you want a hot shower you won't be able to.

Property is in Tikal- contact with nature- beautiful experience- rustic, simple and clean- friendly staff Liked the contact with nature, you can hear wild life at its best-
The food is not great- there are no other options so you have no choice. One of my family member ate the shrimp tacos became really sick- food poisoning. Staff were kind enough to give us a special drink mix that helped control the symptoms. They were attentive and apologetic. Stay away from sea food- The beds are hard as a rock-

Very good location, nice , friendly and professional staff, good value, close to the Tikal national park, the hotel is built in such a way that respects the environment.
They run 100% on solar - renewable energy is a must but there should be a back up option. Still was a good time - no bad experiences except for some insects in the room but honestly, in the middle of the jungle, that is to expect! I would totally stay there again!

Very clean rooms. Beautiful property. Across the parking lot for Tikal National Park. The hotel arranged our airport pickup and dropoff as well as a private guide for the sunrise Tikal tour. The gentleman at the front desk was also the restaurant waiter. He was friendly, efficient and informative. Restaurant had a good selection of food and drinks.
This is not within the hotel's control. You're in the jungle. Temperatures can reach 40C and no AC but ceiling fans operate while there is electricity. It can get very hot but that is all part of the adventure and expectation.

The courtyard is gorgeous and filled with wildlife. The restaurant is delicious. The staff is very helpful and can book any outings or taxis needed. The room is comfortable with lovely local touches.
The water is all trucked in so the shower is meager. The power is all provided by generator so is only available at certain times. AC is impossible with such little power. This is not a luxury hotel, but the location is unparalleled. If you know what to expect you will have a great stay.
