Great location in Budapest, close to public transportation (tram and subway) and within walking distance of major sites. The hotel was secure and the staff was very helpful. The room was large and I liked the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, so it is easy to get ready in the morning!

It was hard to find the hotel initially, as there is no “store front” at street level like we are used to. We found the address, but it took us a bit to find the small call box next to the door, which had the name of the hotel. We rang and once we were admitted, it was easy to find the hotel one floor up.

We do not have breakfast, but the location is perfect. And girls on the reception desk are lovely and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our balcony was perfect and cute. We did not face any problem in the hotel. Also, we got some recommended from the girl on the reception desk. We tried their recommended restaurant for dinner, and it was perfect as well. We arrived before check in time, but our room was clean and ready, that's why we entered our room. Thank you all.

everything was good, maybe only there could be a special locker for luggage. Because there is an area for luggage but it is open. There is just a curtain.

In our room, there were steel stairs that led to the upstairs sleeping area. After a long day of exploring, it was quite challenging for me to navigate them when I just wanted to rest. However, I learned that if you indicate during your booking that you prefer a room without stairs, the hotel staff is more than willing to accommodate your request and will provide an alternative room. This is definitely a helpful tip for a more comfortable stay! One more thing to keep in mind: if you are traveling with children under 14, please be aware that, according to the hotel’s policies, they do not allow children in the rooms. It’s important to check this in advance to ensure a smooth stay.

The location was great, easy to get around. The staff were very courteous. The rooms, the bedding and the towels were clean and the showers were great. I loved the hotel's grand entrance and their security system - we felt very safe.

There was a limited supply of teas and coffees in the room - a cup per person per day, and the cups are tiny, so I wouldn't count on those if you have coffee mania, like me. There was a hole in the wallpaper on one side of the room. It was quite obvious, not sure why it has gone unnoticed. Small double room is only big enough for one person, although to be fair, the hotel did send a notification warning about that. If I decided to stay here again, I would book a bigger room.

The room was even better than in the pictures. It's very spacious, clean, and the location is excellent. I must mention the receptionist — she was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend giving her a raise! I would definitely choose this accommodation again for my next stay. It's very close to the city center, within walking distance, and there are also metro and train stations right in front. Additionally, we stayed over the weekend, and in Budapest, street parking is free on weekends, so we were able to park nearby, close to the building, which was fantastic. Just avoid parking directly in front of the apartment, as we were advised not to.

In general, it's a good place. It was very convenient to check in and check out ourselves, and we're very grateful for it! In our case, it happened such that we didn't have a chance to meet with a stuff - both when we moved in and out the reception desk was closed (because it was either a bit earlier or later than it's working hours). Very beautiful building, the room was clean and we even had drinking water, tea and coffee in the room! Also, the location is amazing

We didn't expect a 2-level room at all. Room photos were misleading and had photos only of one level room for our specific option. Maybe it'd be better to highlight it in the description of each specific room option? Also, soundisolation was not very good, and we had available sockets only on the second level (which made it less convenient for charging our phones)

The location was spot on as everything we wanted to visit was all within a 20 min walk of a 5 minute metro ride. The staff were welcoming and gave us information on travelling around the city and also gave recommendations. The room was spotlessly clean, we had room 102 and the balcony out onto the main road was a bonus. Plenty of hanging and drawer space for a couple of days. There was a coffee machine and a carafe of fresh chilled water, there is also a fridge in the room which was handy to put waters in for our return in the night. There is also a free safe to use.

There is only one small thing and that’s if you were to stay longer than a couple of days more drawer space would have been advantageous.

The location was great, 15 minutes walk to all the main sights, 2 minutes to underground, buses and trams nearby as well. Rooms very spacious, bathroom on the smaller side, but a big shower. Water in the room, coffee machine as well.

In the morning you can hear the noise from the hallway, it might wake you up if you are a light sleeper. I am not, so I didn't mind, but good to know for those people who are.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Adagio Downtown Rooms, and our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the three receptionists went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Unfortunately, we didn't catch their names. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated close to the Oktogon station, getting around the city was easy, they have a coffee machine in each room and a nice shower.

The heater system is a little bit old and took some time to heat the room and it wasn't very strong, to be honest. although we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Exceptional location! Only 1min walk to both tram and metro stations and you can access many local restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area was really safe and clean. The room was reasonably sized, clean and well-equipped. We had a minor issue of not finding the a/c remote in the room and it was really appreciated that a staff did picked up our phone in last night to help and we managed to sort it out. Highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back if we got a chance to revisit Budapest!
