We stayed for the weekend and everything was pleasant and quiet. The location is the center itself. Everything you need is a few minutes from the apartment. Metro, cafes, restaurants... The apartment itself is clean and functional. I've read that some complain about the light in the bathroom turning off. All you have to do is wave your hand in the direction of the sensor and you're done.

The parking lot is for you only to take your things out and not to park for a long time because the maximum stay is 3 hours. There are plenty of parking spaces in the area. I would recommend "Bálna Budapest underground parking", which is located about ten minutes from the apartment. The price is 10 euros per day.

Perfect location; near the river and close to good restaurants and bars. It was 30 min on foot to the parliament. We found parking in front of the hotel and it was free during the weeekend.

We did not like that they wanted our credit card information to pay in the event we break something, even though we paid through booking and our card was there on booking. It is not ok for them to request our credit card details so they can withdraw money as they please, whenever they want. Our card was on booking and that is enough; we traveled in so many countries and that never happened to us before. I call that stupid Beds were NOT confortables and pillows were a joke, also the walls were so thin you could hear every neighbour as they were there with you.

Location was excellent , really in city center . Even the bus 100E to the airport is only around 10 minutes walking. All the facilities upon to your disposal, including microwave , boiler, fridge ,etc.

The wifi had lot of interruptions . The check-in in person is only available till 19:00 , however they facilitate to you a platform in order you can send a copy of your ID and do check-in on-line ,for free, in case if you arrive afetar 19:00. Otherwise you will need to pay an extra in cash to check-in after 19:00 if you want someone there. The safe is to short to keep a laptop (even with 13” ) in case you need to store it there. The blackouts of the windows do not cover all the windows , so in the morning the daylight will not let you sleep more.

The apartment is centrally located. There are several bars and cafés nearby. In a few minutes you will reach the promenade on the Danube. The nearest metro stop is Ferenciek tere. The area where the apartment is located is quite quiet. The staff was kind and quick to change the mattress cover as it had a stain. The procedure of self check-in was very easy. Good price/ quality ratio.

Personally I didn’t like the bathroom light that is activated by a motion sensor along with the fan. It turns off after about 5-10 minutes and you can’t control it with a button. The cleaning of the apartment was generally good but could be cleaner. Also the garden light was sensor-based and it sometimes it is annoying at night as the the door is trasparente you see the light when it turns up.

Location is amazing, it’s quiet, the staff is super friendly. Room itself is comfy, it has nice ventilation and a heater so you can adjust temperature however you like. There was an AC as well so I assume during summer it’s not too hot either. It was perfectly clean, the bedsheets and towels were fresh. It was a pleasure to come there after a long day of exploring the city. We could use luggage storage for free before check in and after check out which helped us out a lot.

The hair dryer in our room constantly overheated and was turning off, so it was a bit tricky, but if this happens to you, just put it in mode 1 and it will work perfectly fine. The room is a bit tiny, smaller than the ones on the picture, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all, it easily has enough space for 2 people and did the job for us. Also I think kitchen is good only to maybe have a cup of tea or something, but nothing more, it’s really tiny, I’d say it will be tricky to cook an actual meal in there, but we didn’t need it anyways. Also it was not ideal that we could’t check in before 3 p.m. but since you can leave luggage in the storage before checking in it wasn’t that big of an issue.

The room was always very warm and cozy. The location is great as it is near the center. Finally the check in and check out (even though little intimidating at fist) was very easy and the instructions very clear.

At the fist two days of our stay the bathroom smelled very intensely from the sewages. But then after the 3rd day the smell got away. We concluded that maybe is due to the old building or maybe the area in general has some problem with the sewage system. Also at the cleaning day the cleaning service only replaced our towels with clean ones.

Location is perfect. Staff gives clear instructions. Quite quiet at night. Height of appartment. Looks safe.

I've read Your answers to some guests on Booking. Yes, You are right that Your place is cheapier comparing to others at that district. No offence, but I suppose cheapiness does not automatically mean that towel can be with holes on it, hair dryer's handle in black long hair of previous renter or kitchen furnitue doors and handles untidy and oily, and a curtain teared from a hook. I've experienced that. Just details? Maybe. Your place is very good. Just a tiny effort for cleaning- and it would be one of the best for that price in Budapest. Thanks.

Room is nice, kitchen is okay, the air condition is a nice feature. Location is perfect, everything is close by or a 20 min walk distance. The staff was friendly.

The pillows weren't very clean, same goes for towels. Pillows weren't comfortable also, every day when I woke up I had back and neck pains. The bathroom sensor is awful, just get rid of it, every time I was showering it turned off the light and you have to stop the water and open the door to activate it again. It's literally dangerous and a slipping accident waiting to happen.

Perfect location, nice garden in the patio, kind and helpful personnel, quiet atmosphere, all equipment and facilities in the apartment are in a proper condition.

The bed in our apartment was installed in a way which does not allow you to approach it from both sides without an inconvenient maneuvering via a rather narrow place next to the wall. But the layout of rooms is varied. My friend in another apartment did not experienced such discomfort. So, it is a matter of your luck - which room you get. Too small pillows.

This location is very close to the old city. All the medium of communication is just 6-8 minutes of walking. Stayed 2 nights with my family and there is nothing we can complain about. There are many restaurants on the next street. The staff are good and very nice to describe all the details.

The property is recently renovated, and there is nothing that we can complain about. however, the only small thing that looks weird is the light sensor in the bathroom, which automatically turns off after a few minutes and won't turn on unless it detects any motion.
