Beautifully designed hotel, parking is available, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and they offer a lot of services. The location is great for exploring the city. Overall a positive experience.

Rooms are on the smaller side and cleanness could be better (dust and hair from former visitors fell into the crevices of the bed so when the cleaners tuck the sheets into the bed and you pull it out, dust comes out, but everything else was perfectly clean so I'm sure it is just a coincidence). Sound proofing is poor - you can hear everything from the streets and the halls but it isn't unusual for the location.

A very good hotel, cozy, clean, modern looking, and stylish. Very helpful personnel, special thanks for the early check-in (an hour before the official check-in time). The room was quite spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a good working desk. Special thanks for big bottles of drinking water and the coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was good, and the small bar downstairs was very nice. Love the location - close to the main pedestrian street, the river, and many nice places for tourists, and easy to find, with good access for a taxi. Good wifi quality, too. Only the best impressions, and definitely recommend the place.

Maybe a bigger choice of food for the room service, but this is not a must. Everything was very good!

The hotel is very centrally located. Easy to reach everything. The Danube is also just around the corner. The hotel was bigger than expected. It also offers a bar, which was nice in the evening for a nightcap. The room was nice, but unfortunately not much space for luggage. With two luggages it is a bit narrow in the room. The room was good equipped - there was also a tea kettle and a coffee machine. Coffee and tea was restored every day. There was one breakfast included in the price. However, that was not very transparent while booking. So, it was a bit confusing when we arrived. The breakfast was nice and offered something for everyone. I recommend this hotel and would certainly come back.

The breakfast room is not very big. During breakfast rush hour (after 9 a.m.) and during weekends it tends to be a bit crowded. We managed to find a place everytime. However, for a hotel with 7 floors, the breakfast room could be bigger. The room scent on the floor in front of the room was a bit strong and pungent. That was not very nice.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The location was perfect for accessing local attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the rooms were clean and well-appointed. We booked three rooms for a family stay, they kindly provided rooms next to each other. Overall, I highly recommend it! Thank you for a memorable stay, will definitely stay here again next time.

Personally, I found everything to be perfect. However, since it was a family stay, I believe the breakfast variety for kids could be improved. Just a suggestion, It would be great to have different types of porridge and options for those who eat halal food.

The hotel is clean, cozy and modern, situated in the center of the city, near the metro station (2 lines) and the bus stop for the airport. The breakfast is really good, with great variety, tasteful and well cooked. There are also many healthy, gluten free and vegan dishes. The staff is very helpful and kind. Excellent choice if someone travels either for professional reasons or as a tourist.

The room could be considered small for two persons. And I believe that there should have been a free bottle of water for the guest (there is free coffee in the room, but the bottle of water is charged)..

Location close to the Danube River and to the start of Vaci Utca street, 2 mins away to tram and buses stations that get you to the main attractions, great breakfast, not excesive options on the menu but you had plenty of choices, which were also really tasty. 40 mins ride to airport by bus which has a stop 5 mins away from the hotel. Really comfy beds. Even though it had few minuses I totally recommend the staying in this hotel.

Small restaurant area, but we were informed by a note in the room about the waiting times based on the hour chosen. Central Air vent looked a bit dirty and seemed it needed a cleaning and sanitation job. The room window was facing a wall and a passage which posed some problems in airing the room while out as anyone could have entered your room through window. The size of the room was kinda small while the photos weren't exactly showing that

The location of the hotel is great. It is really in the centre, next to everything and at the same time very quiet. We slept comfortably there was no noise at all. The room very nice , although a bit small, with 2 large suitcases we were a bit cramped. But it was clean, modern, they changed towels every day. The staff was polite and the breakfast was nice.

The breakfast area is a bit small. You may have to wait a while for a table , but there is also a very nice bar with comfortable sofas where you can have a coffee until a table for breakfast is empty.

Nice, small hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. Very close to the airport bus stop and other public transport. There is an amazing thai restaurant just right out side. Personal is very good as well. All in all - recommend.

Location is central, but at the same time away from main attractions. It can be a plus for some and minus for others. Just be ready to walk a lot or use public transport.

Perfect location, very clean and very nice staff. Had an amazing stay here, I’m a solo traveler. The location is just perfect, it’s close to the tourist spots yet it’s not crowded. The staff is very helpful too. Breakfast is good, tho would prefer if they have some warm soup after all its winter but other than that it’s great!

The room is quite small, I’m alone so it’s fine for two travelers with lots of luggage’s might not be too ideal. Also I booked with them for airport transport going to their hotel. Their transport provider had a problem, they weren’t aware. I had to call them coz no one was waiting for me at the airport that’s the only time they checked with them. I just wished they double check and made necessary arrangements. Luckily it’s budapest, it’s easy and safe to get a cab so it wasn’t a big deal but if it’s a different city I would have been furious. But overall all I had an amazing stay. I would still definitely book them again once I come back to budapest.

A very good hotel on a quiet street, but at the same time 3 min from 2 tram lines and subway station. Also Airport express 100E in 5-7 min walking distance. Hotel is very close to the large historic Budapest Market Hall. Next to the hotel begins the pedestrian street -Vaci utca, with many restaurants and pubs. The hotel is very clean, the rooms were cleaned carefully. Breakfest is very good, even champagne.

One minus I know - there was no beer from tap in the hotel bar, only bottles.
