free private outside parking (video surveillance), online check-in (prior to arrival, fast key collection), clean and comfortable rooms (with great view), complimentary water bottle upon arrival, elevators, 24h spa access (pools and sauna) and breakfast (and dinner) were included, nice restaurant with diverse, fresh and healthy food options, bracelet/watch is payment tool for snacks and drinks in the spa area (very convenient), helpful and friendly restaurant staff

my room did not have instant tea/coffee machine and no slippers for the spa (I did bring my own anyway); the day of check out cleaning staff were already knocking at the door a couple of times long before check out was due (1-1,5 hours before) which I find a bit annoying

We had the Junior suite and that was big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The king side bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed was not very good, ok for one night though. The food for breakfast and dinner was great, lots of choices and delicious. The aqua park was accessible from the hotel and had entertainment for any age. I wasn’t too sure about the sauna world as now a part of it is designated for naturists. Even though the sign said that privat body parts should be covered with a towel, there were a couple of men walking around naked between teenagers ( boys and girls ) which I found very uncomfortable.

Children over 14 can go into the area ( boys or girls) and I don’t think they read the signs about the naturists..they are in for a bit of a shock.. Even myself, as an adult was not prepared to relax in a sauna around naked men.

We booked 2 room apartment which had a balcony overlooking the pool area. The room was fantastic and big enough to accommodate us along with 2 kids aged 4 and 2. The room had amenities like AC, bathrobes, small kitchen area that included fridge, microwave, coffee machine and sink. The food in the hotel was served as buffet with plenty of options to choose from. There were a lot of things to do in the hotel apart from many outdoor and indoor pools like the playway area for kids, the game room, squash court, fitness centre, spa, lots of outdoor area for kids just to play around. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if they are visiting Budapest especially with kids. The hotel staff was friendly, they accommodated us for early check in and late check out due to the flight times-- this ofcorse had cost associated with it. Overall the hotel was fabulous and wonderful.

no water was provided during dinner time, ketchup or mayonnaise with food isn't provided for free, for my 2 year old the milk in the hotel wasnt free either so if you have young kids probably best to buy the milk from outside.

Family of 5. Children ages 6, 4, 2 years of age. We had interconnecting rooms which were comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet. The tv had the disney channel giving us a bit of respite early in the mornings. Robes were provided for all the family. The food was lovely with a varied selection each evening. Facilities were excellent. Bus outside the hotel to city centre although not overly frequent. Taxi rank outside main door. Outdoor and indoor pools ranged betweent 28 amd 36 degrees so weather for the week was inconsequential.

The best holiday ever according to my kids! However, there was a slight lack of atmosphere in the evenings, and not much to keep parents from getting an early night but overall very happy and would recommend Aquaworld as a family destination.

The apartment we were in was very spacious, it was super clean, and comfy. the sofa bed in the living room could be a bit better, but what the heck. The food was superb, and we really enjoyed it. The main thing was the waterworld, for which we chose the facility, and it was marvelous. The kids have enjoyed it all the time.

When one is in the apartments, has a private parking in the back. However, in order to reach it, one has to pass the gate, which is opened electronically with the bracelet you get on the reception. BUT, in order to do so, one has to step out of the car, there is simply no way for anyone to open the gate without stepping out of the car. That's the only bad thing I have noticed.

Everything is very clean. There is content for all ages, from small children's pools and slides, through the bigger slides for kids and teens, and for older people. There are two more quiet SPA areas with different saunas. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they make the whole aquaworld safe. You can pay for everything in the hotel area with the room key, making it very easy to use. The food is extraordinary, and the staff is helpful that even on crowdy days you get served and you feel welcome and relaxed.

The only issue is that the property is very big. And you need time to get from one side to the other. Especially if you are located in one of the apartment buildings. There is a warm connection to the hotel and pool area, but you need to walk a lot.

We arrived 2 families with teenagers and kids <10 years old. the hotel was welcoming and clean, rooms are big and organized (we took 2 rooms and asked to have it closed to each other which was approved before arrival. there is coffee machine with some snacks for early morning persons before breakfast (which for me was great!). breakfast was very good. Dinner had variety of food types for adults (less for children but managed). the Aqua part if was great and had everything inside for children and adults who like gliders, hot tubs, SPA and Sauna. Saturday evening there was late night party in the Aqua which was very good surprise coming back from city center :). overall, very good and welcoming hotel and definitely worth value for money. we will probably come back again. We rented a car so we could travel to Vienna day trip and also easily in Budapest city. hotel is working with Bolt Taxi which is also good and fair fix prices.

As many Israelis are staying in the hotel, can think of additional food types for children like chicken nuggets and chicken breast etc. dinner is very good for adults. breakfast - have the eggs/omelet station be more welcoming and open for what the customer asks for. but those are very small things looking on 1 weeks of staying.

Our kid enjoyed the aquapark, especially the slides. This was the reason for choosing this and it was worth it. My husband and I liked the selection of the food (and the large timespace for it) , the cleanliness of the room (and space), the thermal pools etc. also, the staff are doing a great job. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will return. It’s a great spot for kids’ vacation.

All inclusive should mean including the drinks at the lunch and dinner too. They were included (juice, coffee etc) only at breakfast.Also, sometimes a bit of queues for food, maybe that could be organized differently.

The hotel is clean and spacious, the rooms are as well. In the interval when we were there, there were a lot of guests (it was a holiday, so it's understandable), but not too many. Due to the size of the hotel and its facilities, it is not noticed much except, perhaps, at breakfast and dinner time. Speaking of meals, it should be noted that the offer is rich and varied and that everyone can find something for themselves. We liked the pools and aqua park too (although it was more crowded there because of families with small children). Children also like the playroom (younger) and the part where they can play table tennis, air hockey, billiards, and the like. The staff is friendly, and accommodating. I would especially like to praise the employees in the kitchen and dining room. The large free hotel parking is one more reason to come back soon.

There are probably things that can be improved, but I can't think of anything right now.

The water park is fairly large and there are lots of pools and slides to choose from. There is also a section of the part that is (I think) exclusively for hotel guests, and therefore much quieter. We had the half-board option and the buffet was always extremely varied and the vast majority of the dishes were very good.

The hotel is getting a bit dated, with the carpet being fairly stained both in the hallways and in the rooms. A couple of the saunas were out of service for the entire duration of our stay as well as one of the slides, with no attempts (at least that we could see) to fix these. At one point they also had a tube elevator, but I guess they gave up on it and simply boarded it up.
