Its in a quite area of suburban Budapest, the train station into the city is at the end of the road and across the road there is lidl, aldi and an open air swimming pool. The breakfast was substantial and very good. The rooms are a little dated but, its very comfortable. We sat outside on the terrace in the afternoon and had our own drinks which we had chilled in the fridge in the room. They do sell beer and water, tea and coffee but its not a bar as such. Plenty of parking on site. We would stay here again

The room was fine - private room with bathroom and fridge, view to the garden, in residential area - calm and quiet, very simple room but it had everything we needed. Perfect if you want to enjoy the city and don't care much about the design of your room. Comfortable bed, good heating system, walking distance from 2 supermarkets, no worries about the accessibility to downtown, it's 5 minutes to the H train station + 15 minutes to downtown and still in the city ticket zone! Reception is open 24/7, so it was very easy to check in/check out any time. Private parking lot (but we didn't use it)

No cleaning. The room was cleaned before we arrived, during our stay there was not even basic cleaning of the bathroom/room, no making the bed, no changing towels etc. But when I asked the staff personally they changed the towels without any problem, even smiling. About the breakfast, first day I didn't understand the poor reviews, but after 4 days eating the same I dreamed about some variety (breakfast choice: cheese, salami, jam, boiled eggs, bread, jogurt, cornflakes, fresh vegetables). It's fine if you are not very picky :) Still it was good value for money and I'll book again.

Absolutely lovely staff. We have been travelling to this part of Budapest for over 20 years and always used to use the nearby campsite which has unfortunately closed. The area is perfect for visiting Budapest - train a 5 min walk away (suggest buying online tickets as the station does not sell them). Lovely open air swimming pool complex a walk away as is the Danube. Lots of shops around. Rooms all seemed to be different (we had 3). One had a large jacuzzi in it!! Nice breakfast and lots of parking - half of it in the shade. The receptionist booked a cab for us (5 of us) to visit Lake Balaton for the day and bring us back. Very good price. Would certainly recommend. (I couldn't be bothered driving through Budapest to take the family myself).

Staff were lovely. Exceptional value for money and lots of parking - half of which had shade. We know this area of Budapest well as we have been using the nearby campsite which has now sadly closed down for over 20 years. Very close to suburban railway station which goes directly to Budapest (and to Szentendre in the other direction). Breakfasts very nice. On the recommendation of the receptionist we used a taxi for a day trip to Lake Balaton (as I couldn’t be bothered to drive there). Exceptional value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend the nearby swimming complex. Shops within an easy walk.

It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was totally delicious and very varied. The room was modest but clean. The bed was honestly one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. I had the nicest sleep of my life. Location is far from the centre but if you're not interested in going out at night then it's perfect. Super close to bus stations and easy to get to. I was really happy about the free parking for our car as well.

There were many spiders in the room, could have used some sweeping for their webs. No other complaints :)

Very quiet and peaceful location with lots of trees. Our window looked towards the garden and had great views of nature. The breakfast included was great, continental style with hot drinks. Good value for money. Aldi, Lidl and a small shopping centre just a short 5-minute walk away. The room was nice and spacious. Plenty of parking available at the premises and on the street. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome.

It would be nice to have kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

I enjoyed my stay because the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room had a beautiful nature view, and the location was decent and not too noisy.

The only downside was that when I asked about the train, they provided directions but didn't mention that I needed to buy a ticket at the next station, as the nearby one didn't have a ticket machine. I found it odd that I couldn't locate a ticket machine, and I took a risk by planning to buy one at my next destination, but it didn't work out, and I ended up with a fine! Quite the adventure, I must say!

It is very close to the train, which is going to the city center on the last station. In 20 min you are there and you don't need to find parking and pay for it. At the last train station is hop on hop off bus station and you can see all the beautiful parts of Budapest. The hotel's room is very comfortable and all is quiet during the night. They did laundry service for us and it was for free. In the Morning you can hear birds. Breakfast is very good, continental breakfast, and you don't need to wake up too early. We enjoyed it very much..

The bed and pillows it's extremely comfortable, honestly I slept like baby, they accept pets and normally hotels don't accept cats, in there wasn't a problem and I didn't pay nothing extra for it. I was attended by a male receptionist, he saw I was calling from a Romanian phone number and immediately he started to speak in Romanian with us for his attention I give to this hotel a extra star. The place it's simple, the hotel's name it's Bed and Breakfast and they keep their promise, comfortable bed and good breakfast, they also offer free parking place, another plus. If the person it's searching for something fancy should search for something else and pay close to double of the price. But for me, was a good experience

The bathroom door doesn't close fully and the balcony door don't open only on the top. It's just details, nothing that could make my experience nasty
