The apartment is great. Loved everything: location, welcome, cleanliness, authentic house, silence. Wonderful design: modernity, industrial style blended perfectly with authentic antique details. Convenience is well thought out to the smallest details: in a small apartment, there are many places for things. A shower in the room is a very interesting solution. Accidentally leaving behind valuable items when leaving, we quickly got in touch and managed to retrieve them. Excellent value for money and quality ratio. 10!!!

Third visit to Budapest, third stay at Downtown Boutique Suite. Cosy, safe, private apartment which has everything you for a short stay. I slept like a baby for the three nights I was there. Easy check-in/check out. Clean and very convenient for the airport bus from Kalvin Square. Excellent communication with hosts. Gregory is the man, always very helpful & went out of his way to help me find a shop that sells a travel adapter. His weather prediction/warning was amazingly accurate!

The accomodation is an unusually well-designed studio apartment. The layout is just superb! Out of the four corners, the first one contains a comfy bed, the 2nd a television and some storage area, the 3rd is a bathroom, 4th is the kitchen. A separate restroom also belongs to the property. Heating and lights (both natural and artificial) were awesome too. The building has an elevator, which provides easy access.

I cannot really mention anything.

I absolutely loved the property. The quiet neighborhood was a big plus, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the space was clean and cozy. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. It’s a 10/10 for me!

There was honestly nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything met or exceeded my expectations!

Great location close to bars of Raday Street, only 15 minutes walk to centre. Apartment was clean and a nice style, and bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Gregory was so helpful and gave us lots of advice. A brilliant price for location and standard of rooms!

The room was warm so needed fan on to sleep. The fan was plenty powerful though. 10 sets of stairs were fine but some may struggle. There is a small lift. The lobby area was a little run down which didn't represent the quality of the apartment. Overall very few negatives and would definitely book again!

Comfortable and cosy apartment with everything that I needed. The host contacted me the day prior and met me at the front door to show me around. Well located within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the city. I didn't need to use public transport at all.

The location was good, easily reachable with the airport bus and close to nice cafes and restaurants. Our host Dora was super nice and helpful during our stay. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a short stay.

The perfect birthday Budapest retreat I booked Budapest as a surprise for my partners birthday. It was a no brainier to book the Downtown Boutique Suite as it looked modern and in a great location. I can honestly say we weren’t disappointed whatsoever, the stay was nothing short of brilliant from start to finish. Dora and Zsolt couldn’t do enough for us, from arranging birthday decor and wine for my partner to dropping off a fan for us as the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough for us. The location is spot on, a short walk from lots of shops and restaurants and a short taxi (be sure to use the app bolt for cheap taxis) or the train from the thermal spa and castle. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything you’d need should you wish to stay in and cook. Budapest is a brilliant location for a city break, you really do get value for your money and this accommodation was one of the best we’ve stayed in! A huge thank you from Jamie & Shannon!

The kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything needed to cook a full meal. The dishwasher was convenient. Well located near the market hall and plenty of restaurants and shops right around the corner. Laundromat nearby. Communications with the staff were very easy and they were quick to answer. The room was fairly clean.

The bedsheet was kinda rough witb lots of lint. the shower inside the room itself made the studio a bit steamy and hot after a shower.

A lovely studio with all necessities. Very clean and cozy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay for a few days. Excellent communication with the owner & great value for money

Nothing I didn't like! Note for future visitors: if you drink tea, bring your own teabags, because those are not provided & also the same with shampoo / conditioner and shower gel. But maybe that's going to be implemented in the future :)
