First of all, the sleeping quality. The mattress was very comfortable, very warm duvet, 3 pillows of different sizes to choose and not a single noise, which is impresive as it has a fridge for the minibar and makes no noise at all. Good size room, with plenty storage space and a clever place for suitcases. Heating was fast and easy to regulate, both in the room and bathroom. That was my main point for a proper hotel as it was -2C max in Budapest in our stay. I appreciated the big sink in the bathroom and the non complicated shower heads, where you don't get wet trying to figure it out how to open the water. The staff was superb! We met around 5 different receptionits, we talked to all of them for different reasons and they were very kind and helpful. Even with last minutes request on 1st January when the taxi app was not working properly. Also, they all speak English. The location was great, a very frequent bus with the stop just 2 min away and 10 min walking to the Buda area, which I find nicer to stay than Pest. It is very safe and gets quitter at night but still plenty of food options. The cherry on the top was the Riso restaurant, that you can access from the Hotel Reception. It is busy so better to book but you won't fail eating there! You could literally eat there every day! The food is great quality, not expensive and they are so many option! Including traditional Hungarian dishes that were amazing! But they also have so many other dishes and good wine! Finally, the staff there was also very friendly and nice. Best hotel experience in a decade! Better than NH, Premier Inn, etc!!

Fantastic and kind hotel staff. In addition, delicious coffee at the reception. Quiet neighborhood and close to the castle. I recommend!

I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Rooms are clean and provide the highest comfort. In the bathroom you can expect beautifully scented cosmetics. We’ve been greeted with much needed coffee, while in the room there was a small treat waiting for us. The breakfast - pure perfection. But the most precious thing is the staff - professionals, who are really empathetic and always open to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Whenever we come to the Budapest, we will stay here.

Great place to stay in Budapest, right next to the Castle District and well connected with Pest by public transportation. Charming and quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly and helpful staff (we even got an early check-in as the room was, by chance, ready when we arrived). Very clean hotel. Tasty breakfast, tasty food at their italian Riso Restaurant with a cosy, warm ambiance (table booking recommended, it's almost full especially in the evening).

Excellent location, 100 m away from Budai Varnegyed, one of Budapest's iconic castles. Mammut shopping center is walking distance of 10 minutes. Underground parking (very convenient during winter, your windshield does not freeze), opened also during the night. Very clean rooms, the ones on last floor have a small terrace, you can easily go out and smoke, without leaving the room. Small, but cozy restaurant, with good food and drinks. Nice people at reception, always helpful, Lili was smiling a lot ;)

The hotel is wonderful. The location is close to everything, yet quiet enough. The room service was exellent, they cleaned every day, even if I didn't ask. The stuff is too very helfull and kind, and will help you with all questions

Almost all of my 6 nights except the last one was quiet and wanderfull, but in the last night a couple moved door next to me and were talking after 22:00. And I couldn't do much about it. Unfortenatly it was the same night I'm flyed so I slept maybe 2 hours becouse of them. The hotel stuff couldnot help me with this becouse this was not loud music or loud noise . The reason of this is that you and your neighbours, from both sides, sharing the same porche/terrace, and the separation from glass and air so if you stucked rith not thoughtfull neighbours, you screwed

The location is amazing! Very cozy, a couple of minutes walk from the Fisherman castle. The bathroom is nice, there’s a possibility to have a bath. Complementary wine and a welcome drink were amazing

The breakfast was really disappointing. Very small. There was no choice. And the coffee was horrible. The terrace in the room was OK. But not like in the photo of the hotel :(

This is my favorite hotel in Budapest. Modern architecture, but cozy and comfortable. I stayed there dozens of time, while travelling in business or pleasure. Location is perfect, also due to its proximity to tourist attractions of my interest. The place seems to have its own genius loci. Service is really good. Staff - always helpful and friendly. And the adjacent Riso Ristorante is a very good addition to the place.

The access to the (temporary) parking place in front of the entrance should be somewhat remodelled, if allowed by zoning regulations. Or a guarded (monitored) parking space should be arranged across the street (there is a paid public parking there).
