Good location, clean rooms, had everything we needed and very confortable beds. The breakfast has lots of options and is very good.

The person at the reception in the evening of our arrival wasn't the friendliest but the one we talked to the next day was very helpful and friendly. The parking service is offered in collaboration with another firm - we had the bad luck of finding that the barrier/key card not working (the nice man ath the parking was very helpful and tried to explain us what the problem is). Other than that, the parking is a little tight (might have issues with a big sedan, good enough for a hatchback car).

Breakfast was pretty good. The staff constantly refills what runs out and they have a plethora of options. The hotel is located pretty close to the Metro line M3 and other public transport lines which makes it very convenient as a starting point to travelling around Budapest. One evening when we returned, our keycard to our room didn't work. The staff handled the issue swiftly and professionally and immediately replaced out keycards.

The bed was too soft but we could still sleep well enough. Another (rather silly) minor complaint would be that the hotel offers not to wash your towels if you leave them hanging on the rack (to minimase water waste etc) but no matter where we left the towels, they were replaced every single day.

The location of the hotel was simply amazing: in a cool, buzzing neighborhood, shopping center, restaurants right next door; subway & tram in short walking distance, parking garage very conveniently just across the street. The breakfast was also awesome, loved the spread, the quality of the food and the breakfast staff was wonderful, too. Room was clean and comfy.

Since it's located next to a busy street, the urban noise can be a bit troublesome at night. I also didn't like that the walls were a bit thin, we could hear talking, coughing, tap water running from the room next door.

We loved everything about the hotel, the location is very close to the city center and it was incredibly warm and comfortable. The staff was always eager to help and breakfast was very satisfying.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The only thing that made us a bad impression was that during the check out we were told that we had emptied the mini bar on our second day while, in reality, we had not even touched it. We had no issues with the reception as they fortunately did not press things. I am just giving this as feedback because obviously someone from the staff lied about it and it made us feel uncomfortable. Again, the staff handled this perfectly but I mention it solely because the hotel might need to take measures from this happening again in the future.

The room was spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The electric kettle and mini fridge in the room added to the overall comfort, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect: near the metro and bus stops, just around the corner from a shopping mall, Lidl, and many restaurants and bars. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of options. After checking out, we left our bags with them and picked them up later. Highly recommended hotel. I will definitely return.

There was nothing we didn't like. We had a perfect 4-day stay, and the hotel's excellent location was very convenient. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return.

It was amazing, there was all the facilities it is amazing value for what you get it was very clean and 24/7 staff there to accommodate your every need. The air-conditioning was perfect the best was nice and comfortable there was hot water the place was also close to public transport and had a plaza nearby. The breakfast was amazing many options for anybody and also the people there spoke both English and Hungarian they were also very accommodating with the luggage storage which is free it is a plus if you need a place to put your luggage but do not need your room which is great for a solo traveler like me.

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't stay another night.

The hotel personnel was welcoming and very helpful, especially on our arrival, whereby some important information was given to us regarding how to travel around the city. Breakfast was excellent and varied every day. There was a substantial choice ranging from English breakfast to different types of bread, cereals, fruit, and a variety of tasty sweets. The hotel is situated in the Budapest Corvin area. It is a perfect location as you can reach various Budapest attractions within walking distance. Furthermore, it is situated only around 6 to 8 minutes walk away from the metro station named Corvin-Negyed as well as the tram stop. Next to the hotel, there is a big shopping mall named Corvin Plaza and in front of it, there is a street full of restaurants of every kind.

There was no option to pay the hotel from Booking.com before the trip, so the payment had to be affected only on our arrival. Hence, this resulted in a charge from my bank due to the currency conversion from Forint to Euro.

The staff, especially David from the reception are great and always ready to help. My car died in the parking garage and he helped me with everything. Rooms were also nice and comfortable beds. Location was also good and not too noisy. The hotel is next to a big shopping center and close to bus and metro stations. Thank you again, David!

Just the bathroom had a slight smell when we first arrived but went away soon. The breakfast was okay but nothing stands out.

The Hotel City Inn is amazing with its clean rooms, great staff and a good quality breakfast with multiple options. It's located between two metro stops that can take you to the city center and there is also a shopping mall almost right next to it. Grabbing a quick dinner before bed is as easy as it gets as the whole street that leads to the Mall is covered with restaurants and there is also a food court in it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine with a range of products and constant refills. The location is great, near a mall, a little far from the central area of the city. Rather quiet, as well. Overall, nice impressions and the hotel offers everything as expected for its price. We would consider staying there again.

Possibly, some more provisions in the bathroom. Other than that, no more specific observations.
