We were of the impression that there was a swimming pool and gym, both included in price - such facilities SHOULD NOT be mentioned anywhere on the site or booking.com as it is misleading.

We very much liked the size and location of this apartment. Easy to access all Budapest offers - close to subway. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The washing machine was great. Especially our teenager loved it for the spacious bedroom & privacy. Overall, would recommend.

Check in instruction should be provided a bit sooner. Ultimately they were provided and all was fine but a bit of anxiety could be prevented. Visitors should know that the kitchen holds zero provisions outside of a few espresso pods and sugar packets. There was no dish soap. No dish towel - just a used sponge. Not so appealing. No dishwasher pods. No salt, pepper, etc. You would really need to arrive with all provisions unless you intend to eat every single meal out. Owners should provide coasters for glasses. We used bits of paper so as not to leave rings on your lovely furniture. The place needs a few touches of home. It is so great, it really wouldn’t take much!

We thought the location was perfect. Close enough to get to the centre within 5 mins using the excellent public bus and metro systems but far enough away that it was a quite area away from the major nightlife of the city. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped, the staff where very helpful when asked and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Perhaps the only down side was not being able to use the pool and spa facilities at the sister hotel next door without paying and at €18 per person per day we didn't think it was value for money. Maybe this can be reviewed for future travellers to enjoy the facilities.

Excellent location, pretty central, but quiet. Good breakfast (not in the hotel but in the same building). The hotel is a part of expressive beautiful building, looking completely renovated. We have a huge flat (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with kitchen, convenient for long stays. Excellent showers with decent water pressure. 2 big bottles mineral water - appreciated. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Bedding should be improved - linens and pillows were worn and not as high quality as you can expect in good hotel. Parking is very expensive for outdoor parking 150 m from hotel. Strong sewage smell in the hotel lobby (not in the rooms), possibly a common problem in the buildings with old infrastructure.

the parking, we parked our car in the underground garage. the following day, we wanted to go to the garage, but no one was at the reception (and no one was picking up the emergency number), so we had to go to the kozmo hotel and ask them to open the garage for us.

We visited Zoya with our 3 small children. The staff was great, willing to assist anytime with everything. Our apartment was neat, comfortable and felt like home.

I have probably missed the swimming pool opening hours and that it requires extra payment. We didn't got a chance to enjoy the pool. The entrance had a few staircase and also in the floor before the room entrance, so the mobility with our baby stroller was a bit challenging.

Everything was very good like apartment size, interior, Kitchen .

Washing machine was absolutely useless . It is like if you still use old Nokia phone , in the era of Smart phone !!!! However reception staff girl & night duty boy had helped to their best & they had taken all our clothes for washing in their washing machine. By next day Morning , all our clothes were ready & dry. For such price per day, they can put new modern washing machine & it hardly cost Euro 700-800 & it can serve for 10 years easily .Due to this , i will 10/10 for Staff on duty.

Excellent apartment. Very spacious, has everything you need. If I'm being picky Internet didn't work properly on the fist night, which was inconvenient as I was trying to plan out the next day. Would cost nothing to have little pots of milk for tea and coffee but would make it more convenient for the guests. The towels are white which is not a great choice in my view as they become off-white very quickly. We were given beautiful new white towels to take to the baths, which made the towels in the room look old and not so clean ( they were clean, just not as white). But this is being picky, There is nothing wrong with the apartment, they are minor tweaks which would gain them 5* in my view if were addressed. Location is good. 40 min walk to the city centre or a 15 min bus ride. Bus stops near by. Staff was very helpful. Dmitry gave us some great tips on local places of interest. Beds are comfy and big.

Spacious and clean.

The apartment was spacious and well presented. The kitchen was well equipped and the living areas were very comfortable. The front desk was always attended and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lift to the apartment which was a great bonus. The apartment was on a bus route but also easy to walk to many places.

The towels, sheets and pillows were poor quality and grey with age and over washing. Quite a small thing but it made an impact to our comfort and contrasted sharply with the opulence of the apartment.

Apartments are lovely and roomy - staff at the apartment were helpful

We had breakfast included which was next door at their sister hotel, after having breakfast which was lovely, whilst waiting in reception we saw their was champagne, we were on my sister hen do, so we asked if it was free, one of the foh staff asked if we were staying at the apartments we said and he ‘you order it inside at breakfast’ we asked if it was free, he said ‘you can have it at breakfast not here this is for our hotel guests’ So we assumed it was free, 3 of us waited 20mins for a glass then the bill promptly came - we explains the reception scenario the waitress went to reception and then we were greeted by the rudest man ever, who basically said we were lying and could not see it from our perspective even though the man that created the confusion understood. Ruined our stay.
