Amazing hotel, very nice, very clean, staff super friendly, the parking is underground and it costs 1€/hour, the room was very nice, with a beautiful view, large variety of food at breakfast time. We will sure come back!!

Nice and clean as a new hotel should be. Great breakfast and parking facility was good too. Nice view from the room and staff were great.

The shower cubicle was on the smaller side. Nothing really around the area only the stadium. No restaurants or pubs, only the one at the hotel.

The location was great for me as I was attending the concert in MvM Dome which is just in 3 minutes from the hotel. The metro station is also close. Nice clean room with large window, large bed and air conditioning. The bathroom has a tropical shower and a regular one, the hair dryer is also available and a soap/shampoo/shower gel is also offered. There is a locker in the room.

I’d like to have more bathroom things like cotton swabs or a lotion. Also there is no towel dryer, in the cold season I’d like to have one. Also make sure to bring the sleepers with you - they are not offered in the room. It would be great to have a small teapot as well.

We chose this hotel as it was conveniently located for us. We did not have to get deep into the city as traffic jam in Budapest gets worse year after year. This applies if you are coming from the south. It has a parking garage where you can leave your car and is close to M3 metro station that gets you to the heart of the city quickly. Hotel is recently renovated and is very modern. Lots of guests make it lively. Breakfast was nice too. Room was small, clean and fit for what we needed. On TV you have a nice selection of English language channels, though mostly news. No movies. I also need to emphasize that this is a very good hotel if you travel on a budget. Probably the best price/value ratio I saw in Budapest.

On the other hand, there is nothing special about the hotel. During breakfast, we had 3 coffee machines - two of which were broken. The one that worked produced probably the worst coffee I had in a while. For coffee go somewhere else.

The hotel is situated near a metro line. It's also not too far from the highway. There's one P+R really close by and one relatively close by (you can get to the hotel by using metro). However, there's also parking in the hotel itself. The room itself was clean. There's air-conditioning, a safe, some space for storing your stuff. The bed was great and comfy. Although the room was looking at the street, it was quiet during the night. In my opinion, the hotel is perfect for solo travelers or if you intend to spend a couple of days in Budapest. No major qualms.

The room was not overly spacious.

Room was clean and lovely. The bed was soo comfortable and big. Hotel staff was friendly. We also included breakfast and it was really great, fresh. Location was good for getting easily with the metro or tram to the city center. We also went to a concert so the location to the arena was in perfect walkable distance. On the upper level there is a skybar which was great with nice cocktail options.

Really small thing but the shower glass was too short and no matter how you shower water will be all over the bathroom floor.

Nice new hotel, the room was sparkling clean, big comfortable bed, spacious and very nice.

I was a bit disappointed when I didn't find any tea/coffee appliances in the room. I went downstairs to buy the tea in the restaurant. I was surprised when I was given the tea and was asked to bring back the tray with the kettle and cup because they don't have a room service for that.I was tired after a long trip, it was late evening hours, felt like restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel itself at all, no communication, no normal service. so when I was checking out at night to catch the train I was going downstairs with the suitcase in one hand and the tray in another. Never saw smth like this, it's a hostel level of service.

Very clean and comfortable. We stayed here when our flight was cancelled so we only arrived late but we enjoyed a drink at the bar and then a good night’s sleep followed by an excellent breakfast

Unfortunately I was charged twice for my room, they took the fee from the credit card I used to reserve the room even though I opted to pay at the property which I then did on arrival. I have messaged them and sent emails and been told that they have cancelled one of the payments but it has still not been credited back to me four weeks later 🙁

The design is very minimalist, lots of storage. Comfy bed. Fast WIFI. Cleanliness. Spacious bathroom. There are 2 bars inside the hotel.

We ordered from Foodora because the hotel restaurant was already closed and all nearby shops were already closed. We were waiting near the lobby for the food, we added our room number to the delivery instructions, we were waiting for a long time and we thought it was not delivered so we ordered from another restaurant, apparently, the receptionist took both out deliveries and did not even bother to inform us so we ended up with 2 portions of cold food deliveries. No fridge/cooler. Most of the TV channels are in German, very limited English channels or option to even to put any english subtitle.

The fact that it was very well located. There was stations close by for bus, train and tram. Room was very comfortable. Good pillows and good lighting in the room. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

I requested to clean the room since I was going out for a few hours. However, when I arrived I noticed that the bed wasn't freshly made. The young housekeeper basically pulled out the sheets and duvet, and the pillows were crumpled. She also didn't change the towels. So I had to request for clean ones. It was only possible when a manager translated to her what I needed.
