Great location, extremely kind and friendly staff- responsive to messages before I arrived and went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. I only had 48 hours on Budapest but saw a lot thanks to tips and advice given. Comfortable bed and fan helped as it was very hot. Clean, spacious hostel. Flexible with check in and check out. Great value for money.

AC would have been really nice to have. I had a private room so could direct it right at me, which was satisfactory. Might have been less pleasant in a dorm situation. The showers (single sex) only had curtains rather than doors. Personally I would prefer more privacy.

None, maybe one shared bathroom is not enough for all guests

It's right next to the metro station Oktogon and 10-15 minutes by foot from the train station. The host was nice and very accommodating, communication with him was fast and easy. The kitchen was equipped nicely and instant coffee was available, too. The shared space was really nice and roomy, also our private room was good, each bed has its own electric sockets and curtains for privacy. My group had our own room and apart of that, we almost never met with other guests, it almost felt like we had the whole place for ourselves. We're used to living in dorms with shared spaces, so for us sharing wasn't a problem and we were actually quite surprised how nice the place is for a hostel. Overall it is a great value for the price.

price, minimalistic hostel, simple but very cozy for me, appropriate for young travellers :) , quick and right instructions for self check in, quick responses and kind owners, quiet room and quiet hosts in other rooms :)

there was no shower or i could not find it but 4 toilets , so i used lavatory :) , for me no problem, for the price it was luxury for me anyway :) , i made a soap with help of boiling machine :) , microwave was there too

Perfect location, easy to get anywhere. The owner replyed quickly to questions. As I traveled alone I was a bit hesitating with the self check in and no one to meet when arriving. But it was ok and all instructions sent to me were clear and friendly.

My room was very close to the entrance so I heard everyone who were coming in and out, but it wasn't crowded. If you are a light sleeper this might be important.

Great value for money. Location is perfect: plenty of great restaurants in the area, walking distance to bar areas, well connected to all other parts of the city with metro, tram and bus. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had private room with private bathroom - it had good amount of space, clean and comfy. Extra thanks for the fan - it was very helpful in the given weather.

It comes with location, nothing against the place, just be aware - Oktogon is noisy. We kept window open a lot, due to hot weather, and there's quite some sports cars, motorbikes, speeding through the night, and emergency vehicles on full volume passing. Also, our water heater was broken, but I guess it just happens sometimes. We could use the shared bathroom for hot water, or take refreshing cold showers :)

Really liked the place. A lot of space, also had a big room for 4 with private bathroom. The location is perfect, shops are nearby, as well as public transport. Room was clean and tidy.

Was something wrong with the shower, the water was cold, maybe the boiler was not on. But it’s good that besides private bathroom there was the common showers. So we used these ones, everything inside is new, and the water was hot.

Felipe who checked us in was AMAZING! He was very kind and helpful and had great recommendations for us. The location is incredible - very central and right by lots of public transport. The shared facilities were nice and open, never too busy.

Unfortunately the room we booked had air conditioning advertised, but it wasn’t working. It was very hot and we couldn’t have the windows open due to noise on the street. This was unfortunate, but Felipe was very helpful throughout the whole situation.

I liked the location, the room was clean and warm . I greatly appreciated the fast and kind communication regarding questions and the self check in. It really helped that they let us store our luggage after checking out.

I didn’t find anything wrong with the property. I just found it uncomfortable that 2 bathrooms did not have toilet paper and I could not find new ones.

Good for a short stay. Location is great and there is a garage close by to leave a car.

Check in is not available at all times and we didn’t have fixed time of arrival due to multiple factors. We had to change our plans a bit to make sure we pay for the stay a day later. It wasn’t an issue but also wasn’t convenient for someone how had the trip planned.
